Fizz will stand up and find a "tossable" object and cast light upon it, then walk to the corner of the wall behind where Haldor is standing and tell Fergus that when he opens the door, Fizz will lob in his "tossable" object about 15 feet into the room.

The fortress seems cared for, at least enough, as no stones or pebbles are around like you would find in a natural cave or the like. You'd have to cast it on something the group is wearing or has in their possession.

Fergus opens the door and then stands back out of the way. Fizz casts Light on the coin and chucks it into the room. The coin makes a noise as if it hit water, then moves to your right as if being taken by a current.

Since that had to be a somewhat coordinated effort I am going to rule that Fizz and Fergus have taken their actions. They can both finish any movement they may have (I'll say Fergus has used 10' of his move so far, Fizz is done).

Varis and Haldor may act.

Varis throws a flurry of punches, however his current condition prevents him from staying in form and the strikes seem wild and amateurish.

Thorn seems to find several openings during the series of punches however he also seems to have been taxed by the encounter. He is out of superiority dies so no riposte for you!

Okay, here's what I'd like to do. I'll let our wise DM decide how this works. Movement speed is 30.

Fergus still cannot see very well in the room but has a general idea of where Thorn is, from Fizzlebomb's comments and Varis's movement.

Fergus would like to enter the room, pick up the lighted coin, and move south with the coin until he can see Thorn. Then, to avoid being outlined with light, Fergus will drop the coin right there and finish moving south toward Thorn. If it's possible to do this and Dash, Fergus would cash in his action to Dash.

Fergus goes into the stream of water to pick up the coin but finds that the speed at which it moves is surprisingly fast!

Fergus manages to keep his balance and with effort manages to collect the coin before it can move further into the room. The paladin then proceeds toward the enemy!

Normally I'd allow all the actions, however picking up the coin from the "stream" was not a simple task. You'll need to use your action.

Thorn smiles as he drops one of his hand crossbows and draws his rapier again. Looking at Varis he laughs again. Come back for more, have ya?
