Ok, just trying to figure out some timelines for games so I have the proper characters available and keep others from sitting around idling for too long.

Mr Peppers will always be on Red Arm duty.

Yup! I can flurry maneuvers, so if there's any chance we can get both hags within 5 or 10 ft of one another, I could potentially get at both of them in a single turn.

Well, to be honest, that may just be the crappy part about starting an event on a Friday. People aren't going to get into it until Monday starts most likely. I personally don't enjoy the Friday starts for this reason. Its not a big deal for our group, but for a random group of players it could really start things off on the wrong foot.
PS, You really can't do too much strategery till you at least know what we're fightin :P
