No, you don't get to act until the round after you make your save.

Oh yeah. Oh well.

That's what you get when you are dazed and fatigued...

Will Save DC 15: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

Whoosh! A rustling sound passes, as if every page in every book is billowing in a breeze at once.
A tall, white-haired elderly tiefling glides out into the southwest chamber. Glowing green robes surround his body, which pulsates with the mage's slow, deep breath. His face is crinkled and ancient, but distinctly like the one you have seen before, as you were brought into the Pyramid originally.
With a gasp, the Head of Vyrellis exclaims
"A splinter of Karavakos!"

Moments later a cold, echo-like voice sounds in your ears. It is raspy and much like Karavakos'.
"No more words."

The tiefling's lips do not move, as he speaks directly into your minds. His right hand releases the book he is holding and aims at Mundarion, then spins towards Gemheart.
"No more sight."
The voice comes again.
Two blobs of acid manifest themselves on Mundarion's eyes as the tiefling gestures, burning through them, blinding him...
acid damage: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 2) = 9
Mundarion is blinded for three rounds. A DC 17 reflex save halves the damage and negates the blindness.
The acid remains on Mundarion, and continues to burn into next round...

The rasping voice of the tiefling calls out again
"No more distractions!"

Hozela steps forwards and unleashes a barrage of magic missiles at the splinter of Karavakos.
force damage: 3d4 + 3 ⇒ (1, 3, 3) + 3 = 10

The map has been updated. Gemheart's turn.

Male Elf Rogue 3 / Wizard 3 | HP 25/25 | AC 17, T 13, FF 14

Reflex save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24

Normally Mundarion's evasion class feature would mean that he would take no damage on a successful save. Does that still apply with him tangled up with the panther?

Forgeborn map Armorist(Symbiotic Knight) / Incanter 6 || HP 53/60; g

still trying to save versus daze, i guess?

Yes, Evasion still applies.

Mundarion:
The mental voice of this piece of Karavakos sputters in your mind. To you only it hisses
"Thy speed is impressive. Thou mayst evade Dawn. But what next? Thou could never evade Dawn's follower, Mourning."

De'arv'ki's turn, who is also trying to save vs daze.

DMB - can we get an update on who is suffering from what? I think I saved against the daze, but I'm still fatigued?

De'arv'ki shakes of the effects of the dazing But cannot act until next turn.

Looks like I forgot to roll for Hozela's will save both times:
initial will save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
So she was dazed on her turn...
Hozela's second save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

So, current statuses:
Yessai, Gemheart, Mundarion, and Hozela are still fatigued, and will be until you rest.

Hozela is the only one still dazed.

THIS POST MARKS THE END OF ROUND 1 AND THE BEGINNING OF ROUND 2!

The statue lets out another blast of psychic energy, this time extending only five feet around it, hitting Hozela and Yessai for psychic damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (5, 1) + 2 = 8
A DC 15 will save negates.
Hozela's save against damage (2nd round): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17

The third panther, still holding Mundarion, tries to pin him to the ground:
maintain grapple/Pin attempt: 1d20 + 9 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 9 + 5 = 31
The panther growls, pressing Mundarion's shoulders to the ground, pinning him. However, it leaves the panther unable to maneuver to dodge attacks...
Mundarion is now pinned, the P3 is grappling him and loses its dexterity bonus to AC. So now it is vulnerable to a SA.

secret purpose: 1d2 ⇒ 2

The other panther bites and claws at Gemheart once again:

bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

claw 1: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
claw 2: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14

Its bite manages to pierce Gemheart's metallic body, but its claws are ineffective.

And now, finally, we have returned to Yessai's turn, and she is NOT DAZED!

Mundarion's turn.

Not too much I can do at this point.

Mundarion attempts to wrestle free of the pin.

Combat Maneuver check: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20

Hopeful, but at best I'm going from being pinned to being grappled.

Mundarion breaks free of the pin!

The echo-like voice cries out again
So it has come to this. Mortals assaulting my library once more. If thou were wise and had seen all I hast seen, thou wouldst flee. But alas, thou hast seen so little in thy short lives.

Gemheart:
The voice continues, this time to you alone,
"Meaner machine, dost thou knowest whatfore is in thy core? No, thou shan't know thine own heart until thou hast been pulled apart into scraps of wreckage.

Yessai:
The voice continues, this time to you alone,
"Vassekh-Arokh, fear I feel in thee. Fear that shalt be turned against thee. Thy mistress beckons for thee to be devoured in death.

The splinter of Karavakos steps back, and holds out his hand. A large
whirlpool of water manifests above the first panther, stretching out 15 feet in all directions, one panther, Hozela, the statue, Yessai, Gemheart, and Mundarion!
The map has been updated: anything covered in the orb of water is light blue.

Spellcraft, 18:
The splinter of Karavakos has conjured an Aqueous Orb, but he has enhanced its power to be far greater than those of the more common version of the spell, almost to mythic proportions. His augmentation makes it bigger, and deadlier, and easier to maneuver than ordinary aqueous orbs.

Those covered by the water are swept into a whirling pool of barraging water, battering you constantly, exhausting you...

Everyone in the area takes nonlethal damage: 2d10 ⇒ (10, 4) = 14. A DC 17 reflex save negates the damage.
If you failed the save, make another save (DC 17 reflex again) or be engulfed in the whirlpool. If you are engulfed, you are immersed in water (so can't breathe unless you can normally breathe in water) and are Entangled.

Panther reflex save: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
Hozela reflex save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Hozela's second reflex save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10

The dragonborn cries out as she is engulfed in the giant orb of whirling water, before being silenced by the water. She looks really beat-up, and might not last much longer.
Still, she tries to shake off the dazing effect from the statue:
Hozela's will save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
and succeeds. Not that it helps her much, being trapped in the water.

Gemheart, Mundarion, and Yessai all need to save against the water spell. It is now Gemheart's turn.

Gemheart lands a direct blow, causing the panther to recoil in pain. It's still alive, but...barely.

De'Arv'Ki moves toward Mundarion to attempt to get him free.
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
She misses quite resoundingly.

Gemheart sucessfully pushes the panther back, pulling Mundarion with it. Mundarion is now out of the water entirely. But still grappled.

De'arv'ki shoots passed Mundarion towards the panther, but misses.

The panther grappling Mundarion claws at him, while trying to keep hold:
grapple: 1d20 + 9 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 9 + 5 = 16
claw: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
The cat loses hold of the elf, and its claw is unable to harm Mundarion!
secret purpose: 1d2 ⇒ 2

The other panther bites at Yessai and claws at Gemheart. However, the churning water provides them with some protection against the cat:
bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
50% miss chance (high=hit, low=miss): 1d100 ⇒ 64
1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

claw 1 (at Gemheart): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
claw 2 (at Gemheart): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Now it's Yessai's turn. Those of you entangled in the water (Yessai and Gemheart) can try to jump out, and land on a random space just outside the water (DC 17 Reflex save). Escaping is a standard action, but if you fail, you can still act inside the orb (but are Entangled and unable to breathe).

do i still try to save vs the spell?

'saving vs the aqueous orb' entails jumping out of the water entirely, as a standard action. So, you can't do both that and attack. Assuming you would prefer to attack the panther...
Gemheart steps back, and stabs the water-soaked panther right in the heart. With a howl, it shrivels into a skeleton, as the divine energy of Vecna leaves its body, before its bones are torn apart into dust by the whirling water!

P1 is destroyed. The map has been updated.

It is a (Su) effect, not a spell.

As far as drowning goes, you can normally hold your breath for a long time before being damaged, so you aren't being damaged by drowning.
