AS stated above I have a wish list but as for the items on the table there is really nothing above that I need.

The Ranseur would be nice for reach but Seraph is a more up front fighter anyway so if I can just get a share for later I will be fine.

Well, no one spoke up, so I guess I do get both. I've added my bow (Mwk. Composite Longbow (+2 STR)) and my sword (plain jane longsword) to the loot pile to be distributed or sold.

I've updated Elania's sheet to reflect this, so she's good to go.

I think that list for our allies sounds good, though I'd like to say that if Jhod doesn't have a better bow, we might want to give him Elania's old one, (That would be the masterwork Composite Longbow (+2 STR))

Just on a side note, were we going to have PC's actively participating in kingdom building activities or did we just want to make it a part of the background.

The AP allows for either way.

A third way would be to role-play parts of the meetings / discussions, but make the kingdom build still fall into the background.

I would rather the kingdom building stuff be in the background. Or I'd agree if someone else wanted to be responsible for all that stuff. If, however, the group wants to build a kingdom by committee, I'll be in the middle of it making your lives a living hell.

Also Hero Lab allows for Kingdom Building. I just need the Roles of everyone and I can input them into the hero lab and export it into a live sheet with all the rolls and stuff setup. :)

It makes it fairly basic but it would give us everything we would need to make the rolls. I can add whatever extra info is needed. The Excel sheet is a bit more convoluted. It is a lot harder to do over Pbp and the above made it a bit easier to do.

WE have options at least and it would plainly state what is and isn't available at the settlement. :)

I chose optimum roles based off everyones stats. Where we fall will probably be different of course. But if everyone wants to kibosh it I will drop it. :)

One small detail, I don't think Asta (or anyone for that matter) can have two jobs. Don't forget about Kressel and Jhod and there may be others that present themselves as candidates for nobility as we continue on. There's still quite a bit of area to explore still.

That was a copy and paste error but you are correct you can only fill one job at a time.

It was just a quick example of what Hero Lab offers over a massive Excel sheet. Granted the Excel sheet is pages and pages of data and has the map and building symbols so you can add them in. Just more work but I wasn't sure how everything was going to fair.

That would keep it simple but I doubt its going to gain support, as the people who live their are remote trappers and such. Who probably prefer no rulers at all. :)

So (serious) Kingdom Names...

Kameland - Simple, Effective.

The Staglands - Representing the presence of Erastil's temple within the land. Also a good representation of its budding pastoral but mostly wild setting.

Green Marches (or Greenland) - Greenbelt Narlmarches (Kamelands) - Could also work if whoever is ruling is given the Title Marquis(e) by Brevoy. I suspect we will be treated as an autonomous frontier from Brevoy.

Capital Names

Concordia - Accord, accordance, agreement, approval, assent, Concord, consent, harmony, union of feeling, unity. Many positive meanings but most of all reflects the group wanting to bring The Accord back.

Capital Location? Stag Fort correct or what do we have planned?

In all honesty I am trying to do this as much in character and pertinent to the story as possible. The only other group I was in we named it...

as Torod: love the nation of Stagland and the capital of Stagfort. Then there's Kameland and Green Marches for the name of the nation. Concordia is my second choice for the capital, though I'll always call the fort the Stag Fort.

I'd like to put forward Seonaidh as the name of our new nation, with a capital of Stagwatch. Seonaidh was a spirit that was placated with ale, given how we came into possession of the Stag Fort, I thought it might be appropriate.
