I think we're probably alright, actually. The size of the group and the pace of the game is quite good, and we're pretty balanced at that. Anyone you bring in is gonna step on someone's toes, except MAYBE the magus. I say stay.
OK, so far it seems everyone is happy with the current group. I'll wait until Gkirkhan & Que respond to confirm, but it looks like no new PCs.
I like the group as is as well. I think I'd enjoy playing with all of you face to face.
And yes, you only get the money when you deliver the books, 30 days after the reading of the will. Once Harrowstone is finished, I'll jump to the end of the time-period, unless any of you want to do stuff in the town.
Summoners broken 100% agree-an eidolon that has the melee power of a fighter and a support character to cast on top of that. Sometimes I wonder who playtests these things. Maybe the word is out and all the baddies know if they kill the guy with the funny rune on his forehead the eidolon goes away so they all rush him.
We still get to visit the forbidding prison don't we?
RAW for potions is 15+spell level for perception. With two 17s, an 18, a 24 and 25... I figured they're unusual or high level.
As for spellcraft, different RAW. 15+caster level, much more difficult. As for the int check... 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

why does that scare me?
Because when a GM laughs like that, it's almost never a good sign for the party.
I'm fine with adding a new character or just going with what we got.
GM you can remove players from active status by going into the campaign tab click edit and at the bottom are check boxes next to player and character names, uncheck them to put them into inactive status,
There is also a NPC checkbox to make the system note an alias as a NPC.

It won't be too bad. Most of it is just horrid luck.
Okay, first is Pan. To date she has been killed by a gorilla, cut in two by a fighter power attacking with a greatsword, and nearly killed by another fighter wielding a Ransuer, both of those last two were crits.
Elaina, has had more luck staying alive, but worse luck in general. She has accidently keel-hauled herself after getting a boat unstuck, which got her thrown out of the boat in the first place, crashed the same boat into a dock, been brought from full to 0 hp by a baby snow leopard before the anyone in the party could act, and has triggered a trap that landed her right in front of a ghoul that paralyzed her.
And I can't believe I almost forgot this gem. I had a magus go from full health to negatives in one shot, with a blunted arrow, that did non-lethal damage.
so yeah, surprised Elaina isn't psychotic by now (Pan already is).
BTW, I had pm'd Kurik (with no response) and actually considered marking him as an NPC, but soberdwarf never posted the complete character, just the stats.
So it costs 10gp + cost of Identify Scroll and DC16 spellcraft(once per week if failed) to add Identify to my spellbook. With the loan from Que consider this our plan.
Otherwise we can do more research to get more experienced--but I bet Gkirkan is itching for action.
Lvl 1 scrolls are typically 25gp (potions 50gp) if I remember right. So that is 35gp total.
I actually bought a wand of enlarge with my starting money as I found enlarge to be extremely useful at low levels precombat. Enlarging Evangline and Gkirkhan will definitely increase their damage output and reach is always good.
That plus my signature Necronomicon cost 850gp of my starting 900gp.

Gkirkhan's actually wondering why his name's on a tombstone.
I bet escavating to see what is buried there would be frowned upon.

Oh, that happens all the time. It just means dark forces are trying to scare you off.
Question is, are the pushing the right buttons to scare him? >:)

I have just realized something, The person with lowest Will save is probably the most dangerous in straight combat.
26 points of damage on a crit, and I rolled all 2's on 4d6.
Yes Iron will is on the list of feats to get, right at the top actually. Too bad I have to wait until level 3.
I like giving Gkirkhan some training at fighting enlarged. It makes some sense that he may not be used to it and a tuneup battle against skeletons is a good time to learn.
I think the best part of enlarge is the reach. Maybe we get Gkirkhan a glaive so he reaches to 15' to 20' enlarged?

Ah, but then we start edging pretty close to a PFS character I have. Maybe a lucerne hammer or perhaps a Bec de Corbin?
