Greeg sees the Queen attempting to get herself to a point where she can launch into the air and throws himself at her. "You're not going anywhere Queeny. Stay here and face the fact you're too old to be ruling anymore"

1d20 + 11 ⇒ (12) + 11 = 23 Strength attack vs Reflex for a grapple attempt. I believe that's how it works.

Hmmmm... doesn't bode well. I don't think I've got anything to help with that.

Been delayed with sick family.

Male Drow Protecting Paladin 14 / Hospitaler

Male Dwarf Invoker/Divine Philosopher 14

"Dear me. I'm really not very good at this today. Could you stand still, please, so I can actually hit you, or is that too much to ask, considering your queen just demanded you put more effort into killing us, which I hasten to add isn't something you have to do, particularly if the queen is going to end up dead, and you might want to think about the possibility of turning up later claiming you were injured and unable to fight any more, the queen is dead, oh how sorry I am to here that, if I'd been there and able to fight on I'm sure that wouldn't have happened, you know the sort of thing?"

Hand of Radiance, targeting Savant only, 1d2 + 17 ⇒ (1) + 17 = 18 vs Ref, 1d4 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10 radiant damage
An Intimidate deck is a standard action, isn't it? Guldarin is just making polite suggestions anyway.

MARKET
Move and charge (Storm Hammer)

1d20 + 17 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 17 + 1 = 191d10 + 13 ⇒ (5) + 13 = 18

Don rushes along side Cronin, puffing "I don't want this thing coming back for us later..."

Move to O12
Piercing Strike
1d20 + 23 ⇒ (3) + 23 = 26

Another whiff. Since we're both slowed now, I think she can bolt and leave us in the dust next round. I'll roll an OA in case its needed

OA
1d20 + 20 ⇒ (5) + 20 = 25

Waaa whaaa whaaaaaaaa

M Goliath Cleric 14 / Storm Speaker / Druid

Thanks. I had moved, but forgot to save it. Fixed.

Qadira

there's a save option? O.o

Male Human Rogue/Daggermaster 14

Also, that 26 is vs Reflex, doubt that changes anything though.

Not likely unless she breaks my grip first. And that's going to take her a bit of time at the very least.

Kevaras' dagger seems to feel the same revulsion towards arachnids as its owner.

Aedre frees herself from the icy fist and tries once more to escape. She pauses only to spit a web of netting towards Don as she departs. The silk falls gently at his feet, utterly failing to entangle him.

He bows to Cronin. "You are a mighty oma," he announces respectfully.

From around the edges of the oklu city, come cheers and the sounds of triumphant shouting.

"Our masters will see that that oklu are not toothless. With the right leadership, we can be mighty yet."

He looks rather thoughtful.

Male Goliath Warden - Stoneblessed

Greeg's mark on the Queen had him ready for her fleeing. He lashed out with his innate guardian powers, hoping to hurt her as she left. He launched two quick attacks, taking advantage of her distraction while she fled and didn't attack him.

Wardens Fury - Immediate interupt; Melee. If an enemy marked by me doesn't attack me, make a str vs fort attack 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (1) + 17 = 18, 1d10 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17. Note this is vs Fort. Also note the damage is +11 because of my guardian stance.

As she leaves the threatened square I'll now make an AoO. 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (3) + 17 = 20 vs AC. 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (7) + 15 = 22. The +15 comes from guardian stance and class ability with AoO's. If this hits she is slowed. I believe that is perfectly legal given my immediate interrupt and the extended reach I have in guardian form means i can hit her up to three squares away for the interrupt..

Will wait to see what happens here before I post my main actions for the round. If she's slowed, she may well be still in reach of my hammer. If not I'll be throwing things at her. Cheers

Edit - Never mind.

Greeg's attack's both missed, his ability sadly lacking at the most crucial of times. He threw the hammer to the ground in disgust, reaching behind himself and bringing out his returning Javelin. With a grunt of effort he launched the thing at the Queen, but wasn't holding his breath in anticipation of the results.

1d20 + 14 ⇒ (12) + 14 = 26 vs AC. Damage 1d6 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14.

He ground his teeth in frustration as the weapon returned to him without striking teh queen.

I hate this dice roller. Nothing over a 12 since this battle began. And most things under 8. <sigh>

Please - all of you - feel free to home roll. I trust you. The RNG here can be very temperamental.

Spider Fight

Don delivers a little extra coup de grace, sinking his knife in to the hilt on the spider's brainpan, spraying ichor everywhere. He grins evilly, still covered in all sorts of spider goo, before he spits on the body.

I picture it doing the spider death curl up here.

He pulls a rag out of his backpack, panting, then begins to clean up his blades.

Nah Rev, I don't mind the dice roller. Keeps it easy and at some stage my Karma works out and high rolls come along as well. She may be hard to hit, but she doesn't do much damage in return either, so at least I'm not too bad off. :)

:) I love Greeg's philosphical outlook. And his player's.

SPIDER TEAM

Don's vicious stab drags downwards, revealing a tantalising glint within Aedre's entrails.

And at this point I must ask if you all have your wishlists up.

"Oh, this isn't going so well. I'm sorry about this, Nayce, Mister Savant, I'm really not usually so inept, unless it's that you're exceptionally skilled at dodging in which case I apologise preemptively for being so insulting, and I certainly don't normally play with my enemies by missing them and herding them into a place where they're easier for someone else to hit, I just seem to be having a very bad day today. Perhaps I need to polish my rod, give it a good rub, and now I realise just what a horrible euphemism you might think I'm making, which isn't my intention at all, and now I've embarrassed myself and no doubt everyone else, I don't normally babble like this, I normally babble in entirely different ways."

Please - all of you - feel free to home roll. I trust you. The RNG here can be very temperamental.

I know I don't. Mainly because I don't have the faintest idea on how to properly make one.

Pick yourself out some stuff you'd like to find or be given up to level 17. It makes it easier for me to provide welcome loot. If you can post a list in your profile somewhere, that would be very helpful.

Male Human Rogue/Daggermaster 14

I'll see if I can lend a hand, Andaros.

TRIGNOTARBS

Can we climb up to her again? and how high is it?

It's a drop down. 8 squares.

Male Human Rogue/Daggermaster 14

Having slain the giant spider, Don looks around, surveying the layout. The crew about him, battered, bitten by spiders innumerable; having fought for no purpose other than the safety of others... He then looks towards Kevaras. The one who kept almost all the enemy focused on him, risking his own life so others may fight unhindred.

The bandit strolls back towards the paladin, perhaps a gleam of respect in his sole eye finally. Perhaps a mutual understanding, that underneath the drow's flippant remarks, and Don's not so subtle scorn that they did work together as a team well enough, that maybe there was something more than just a job here, maybe...maybe there was the beginning of some sort of camraderie, and a purpose, a purpose beyond the grifter lifestyle...

"I'll be having that potion back if you didn't use it."

Classy, Don...classy.
