Was thinking of taking the Judgement Surge feat from UM.

However, the feat's description has a different pre-req than the preview list. The former requires one to have the Judgement class feature, while the latter says you must also have Judgement 2/day.

Also, do I need to worship Aroden? or would it be ok if I worshiped Calistria?

You can worship who ever, I will allow you to take that feat since you probably would have it by now, you just do not remeber.

Well, I'd like to have my other 1st level feat be something I can make use of now. So if Judgement Surge isn't something I can use currently, due to this memory loss we're suffering from, I would rather pick something useable by a normal 1st level character.

Also, how are we doing HP? I figured Max+Con, which is standard, but obviously I change that.

Cool, we have started to play Belros, up top is the gameplay tab incase you missed it(I did, new to these tools, they are nice though).

I know that I am not in this campaign yet, still crossing my fingers. However, in looking at the other characters, the Inquisitor, I think it is Akor Scourgebane, is Neutral Good, but worships Calistria. I am not sure about whether the DM is allowing variations or whether Inquisitors have greater latitude than clerics, but Calistria is CN, and a normal cleric would have to be within one alignment step of CN --> CG, CE, N or CN. Other than that have fun all, hopefully I will be able to join you, just waiting my time.

If I do get in, let me know whether I should start as a cleric or a wizard -- or if the party build requires something completely different.

I can easily change my alignment to match my deity. I chose my alignment before my deity, not knowing if I could worship Cal or not.

Out of sheer curiosity, how do you feel about 3PP material, specifically SGG's Inquisitor Judgements??

I am totally fine playing a normal Inquisitor, but playing the alternate class in there, the Justicar, would be more fitting to my concept.

I understand if its not allowed, just thought I'd ask, just in case.

Me too. I can't stand the waiting =). I have a feeling this combat is going to be really hard. I'm a total gimp until level 3 because a scimitar is not a light weapon so my weapon finesse can't play out ;). Not to mention I have no spells.

That brings me to another point, would divine spells work out here?

No divine spell, or even supernatural abilities. It is basicly like haveing antimagic zone on all the time.

Sorry Akor, In this campaign I want to keep it paizo only. I will allow you to "research" spells and abilities though and maybe then we can come up with something more in line with what you have in mind.

99% finished, just need to add spells known and equipment. Really, really annoyed that a dangblasted Handaxe is not a simple weapon, as that would make perfect sense for me to use as my melee weapon, sticking with the whole lone hunter theme I'm going with since it would double as a tool.

Also, Why are there so many good Inquisitor spells, but so few we can know?!? ...not fair.

Nimon, I just got done looking at the Words of Power. I'm not sure I would want to trade my traditional spell casting for them. When you mentioned researching them, would they be added as additional spell casting capability or a replacement?

No, not a replacement. I found what I was looking for on pg 166 Experimental Spellcaster feat. You get to add some Words to your spell list. I will be doing it simular to that, everytime you make a successful research roll, you can strip a word of power from a spell you know, eventually being able to make various combinations.

Its 1am here for me, and I need to head to bed, like 20 minutes ago, lol. I will level Akor to 3 when I get home from work tomorrow. I've been a bit sick lately, so it might not be till late morrow night, as this whole week when I've come home from work, I've passed out for a few hours.

I am not sure what WBL means. You will have some more equipment be fitting a level 3 if that is what you mean, but I will handle that once you reaquire your gear.

For level 3 this would be 3000 gp worth of equipment. It is under the Core Rules --> Gamemastery tab on the website. About the 4th table . Would post the link but Iam posting from my phone.

Sorry - posted with the wrong Alias earlier - before I start working on equip - do we have our level 1 money, or the equivalent money based on the Wealth by Level table --> 3000 for level 3.

It will be at least that much worth in equipment, gold still holds value in the wastes so that would have been taken. This will be remedied in other ways to be revealed.

I'd like to use a whip, as I gain auto proficiency with it, but the whip kinda sucks as an actual weapon. Any chance you'd allow a war whip of some sort that has maybe a metal tip so it deals damage on a regular basis??

Level 3 is where I can start kicking some butt - except I have a black blade scimitar hiding somewhere ;). I'll have to find it. Nimon, I have done some research, but haven't found an answer - so I guess it is up to you. Would you allow the black blade to be enchanted with other properties such as Keen?

I think we are doing the 3,000 gp version and are starting with maximum health or we roll it. What about multiclassing since I wanted to dip a bit into another class. Wondering before I do the all level up thing and the gold thing for gear.

I will not change the whip, it has it's purpose. There are some exotic weapons that might fit what you want, but you would need profiency.
You are all just now level 3, so no you can not use your craft wonderous items yet. There will be a chance for that soon enough though.
Words of power level = the minimum slot they can be put in. So if you have a spell that uses Target word- Personal(level 0) and Effect word - Force Armor(level 3) this would be a level 3 spell slot.
You may choose any languages with linguistics that is fine, there is plenty of opertunity in the past to learn what ever you would want(druidic is only allowed if a druid though).
Xideus your weapon will be rewarded to you as soon as you link back up with Arodeth.(Should not be long depending, just remember where she said she was going)

Oh ya, and to answer Xara, you do not get any Meta words yet, just Target and Effect. If you want boost you will have to get the feat. As you have noticed though, it is not a bad thing to have. Word spell feats are on 166 of the UM.

All done with the equipment. I bought a pseudodragon if that's OK ;)

You can if you spend a feat on exotic weapons, it is in UC as an eastern exotic weapon.

Even though it says if your proficient with a whip, your proficient with a scorpion whip(Akor is proficient as whip is Calistria's favored weapon)??
When I checked it out, I thought it was in the Gladiatorial weapons section, which would kinda be fitting, considering our current situation. The other reason I was asking is to pick my Teamwork feat. Might take a ranged one, or pick a melee one, depending.

Also, I am thinking of taking the feat Favored Judgement, which requires you to select a favored enemy ala the Ranger. Do you have any suggestions that might fit, especially since we don't truly know our full history?
