I'm good either way.

Me too. I hope Setesh didn´t walk out because of that.

Also:
Happy new year everyone!

Happy New Year!

I'll give it another day and see if we can't get back on track tomorrow. I'm mostly just hoping to hear what's going on before assuming anything.

Human Paladin HP 40/40, AC 19/12/17 || Ft +9, Rf +6, Wl +6 || Init +2 || Perception -1 || Smite 1/2 || LoH 3/5

Happy New Year as well everyone!

I would hope that was not the end of Setesh? Has anyone tried PMing him?

Still no word? I'd hate to look for a replacement without knowing what's going on. I know the player is still active on the boards so I can only imagine the lack of posting is a choice. Then again, I certainly hate assuming such things.

Male Human (Garundi) Cleric 5 | 38/38 | Fort +6, Ref +2, Will +9 (+1 vs. Divine) | AC 18, T 10, FF 18, CMD 16 | Perc. +8 | Init +0

Yeah, pretty weird. =/

Sadly, I think it's been enough time. I'm still unsure what happened but I think it's safe to assume Setesh isn't returning. I'll put up a re-recruitment thread some time this evening.

Female | HP: 14/23 | AC:13 / FF: 10 / Touch: 13 | Fort:+ 1 / Reflex: +4 / Will: +6 | Init: +6 / Per: +12 Elf Wizard / 5

Shall we offer opinions? Cause I don't think much of the idea of a kineticist.

Seelah HP 19/19 | AC 18 (20 with shield raised) | F 6 R 4 W 6 | Longsword +7 1d8+4 | Athletics +7 | Diplomacy +5 | Intimidation +5 | Lore +3 | Medicine +4 | Religion +4 | Survival +4 | Thievery +2

Too bad with Setesh.
I second the kineticist ban, it´s a fine class, but quite complicated and tons of stuff to keep track of. Also Occult stuff might indeed wreck this game.

Rogue, bard, even an inquisitor or ranger would be really good i think.

Male Half-Elf Alchemist (Beastmorph/Vivisectionist) 4 (HP 31/31) (AC 21/11/20) (CMD 18) (Fort +6, Ref +5, Will +2) (Init +3) (Perception +13)

I am still alive and kicking, but I won't stand in the way of getting a replacement.

I had been having a fairly bad week, certain stuff had pushed me over the edge, and I figured that I needed some time to cool off.

Seelah HP 19/19 | AC 18 (20 with shield raised) | F 6 R 4 W 6 | Longsword +7 1d8+4 | Athletics +7 | Diplomacy +5 | Intimidation +5 | Lore +3 | Medicine +4 | Religion +4 | Survival +4 | Thievery +2

Glad to have you back and hope you´re doing better.
Happens to everyone.

Just to be clear, are you back to play? I'm still unclear as to what happened. Certainly, if something happened to you off-line and you had to step away, I'm sympathetic and am happy for you to come back.

But, if you were unhappy with the game, I'd have much preferred that you had said so. If you needed a moment away, that would also have been fine, but again, I'd have preferred that you had said something. Unfortunately, your silence in the game and activity on the boards led me to believe that you were done with the game entirely. Which is why, as you can see, I started up a recruitment thread. So, with all that said, how would you like to proceed?

Aasimar Bard 5, HP 38/38, AC 17 [T: 13, FF: 15], Per +10, F: +4/R: +7/W: +5, Init +4

I'm sympathetic to being forced to take time away, we were discussing the absence for a while and the recruitment thread is already up. I'm not necessarily opposed to running with an extra person, but for long term stability, I'd like to keep recruiting a new person. A complete vanishing with no heads up doesn't bode well for avoiding needing a future replacement.

Male Half-Elf Alchemist (Beastmorph/Vivisectionist) 4 (HP 31/31) (AC 21/11/20) (CMD 18) (Fort +6, Ref +5, Will +2) (Init +3) (Perception +13)

@Erei: I have zero intention of coming back; I disappeared, and you already started recruitment by the time I posted again.

It would be gauche of me to insist on returning, after that.

I just thought that I should post *something*, so that I did not simply disappear into the ether, like, say, certain 'Chelish Heroes' GMs.

(I am now 'hiding' this thread.)

Aasimar Bard 5, HP 38/38, AC 17 [T: 13, FF: 15], Per +10, F: +4/R: +7/W: +5, Init +4

K.

I appreciate you posting, especially now that you've actually stated your intent. I'm still not clear what happened but I hope you had a little fun, at least, while you were here, and I hope you find even more fun where you're going!

Feel free to PM me any ideas on the new recruits or say them here if you're comfortable with that. (Or in the recruitment thread if you have any advice.)

Male Human (Garundi) Cleric 5 | 38/38 | Fort +6, Ref +2, Will +9 (+1 vs. Divine) | AC 18, T 10, FF 18, CMD 16 | Perc. +8 | Init +0

I like Marnarius from the offerings so far.

Female | HP: 14/23 | AC:13 / FF: 10 / Touch: 13 | Fort:+ 1 / Reflex: +4 / Will: +6 | Init: +6 / Per: +12 Elf Wizard / 5

Yep, that one seems the best so far.

Human Paladin HP 40/40, AC 19/12/17 || Ft +9, Rf +6, Wl +6 || Init +2 || Perception -1 || Smite 1/2 || LoH 3/5

I like Marnarius, though I feel Asaran is a bit more compelling. Both cover the trapbreaker and melee combatant roles well, but Asaran's plan to cross into cleric will also help with the support/secondary healer role the alchemist also filled. Plus the artful integration of the Resurrected campaign trait really brings the character to life. Just my 2 copper.

Half-elf Slayer/5 AC 17 T 12 FF 15|HP: 49/49| F: +7/R: +7/W: +3| Init: +4 Perc: +14/+16 traps SM: +9

Welcome!

Think i might look into giving Leto proficiency with survival via additional traits, might come in handy down the line.

Sorry for the silence today; had people over this evening, and I spent most of the day cooking.

Just waiting on Marnarius.

Also, please post the round in which your action is taking place and your initiative at the top of your posts.

Back at it; long day at work.

I've copied and shared the loot list so Luke doesn't have to keep doing so. (And thank you, Setesh, for continuing to do so until I realized I should have been doing it!)

I suggest someone take over updating it with the loot! You're also welcome to change the format to suit your needs.

I know Erei is at a convention this weekend and is a little busy and Leto has a personal thing going on that will slow his posting for a while. I'm not too sure where Assam went though.

Hopefully after the weekend we can get some things rolling again!

Female | HP: 14/23 | AC:13 / FF: 10 / Touch: 13 | Fort:+ 1 / Reflex: +4 / Will: +6 | Init: +6 / Per: +12 Elf Wizard / 5

I'm still here and available to post, but Thea has neither diplomacy or intimidate and so was hoping someone else would take the lead for that.

Male Human (Garundi) Cleric 5 | 38/38 | Fort +6, Ref +2, Will +9 (+1 vs. Divine) | AC 18, T 10, FF 18, CMD 16 | Perc. +8 | Init +0

I can question the guy if need be, but I wasn't really pushing for interrogation and not really in my character's natural skill set. He's more of a trader/diplomat than interrogator.

Assam would probably be best based on his background, but if not, I'll see what I can do.

One more time: Someone is going to have to take over listing your loot. The linked loot sheet is editable by anyone. I *highly* recommend that someone take charge of it, otherwise you'll be losing out on a lot of treasure!

Half-elf Slayer/5 AC 17 T 12 FF 15|HP: 49/49| F: +7/R: +7/W: +3| Init: +4 Perc: +14/+16 traps SM: +9

So far, all I see that's new is the unappraised assorted relics and the unidentified bag; I put them both on the list.

I think you're still all missing the gear from the thugs outside and the guys you've run into inside the lair.

From the leader:
Natron Fang: Carved from a single chunk of magically strengthened mineral salts, a natron fang is a +1 khopesh forged to combat the undead, specifically mummies and incorporeal undead. A natron fang overcomes the damage reduction of mummies, mummified creatures, and other mummy-like creatures at the GM’s discretion. Once per day on a successful strike against an incorporeal undead creature, a natron fang also deals 1d6 points of Charisma damage (Will DC 13 half) in addition to the weapon’s normal damage.
Kukri (mw)
Studded Leather Armor
Funerary Mask (75gp)

Three Thugs:
A dagger, five darts, a short sword, matching cloaks (magical, but I beliueve unidentifid), a spell component pouch, and a spellbook. They also all had brass funerary masks (35gp each), three turquoises (15gp each), and 4 gold pieces.

Two archers:
masterwork shortbows (STR+2), a dagger, a shortsword, leather armor, brass funerary masks (35gp each), two turquoises (15gp each) and 3 gold pieces.

At the desk:
A masterwork composite longbow (STR +3) lays against the table with a quiver of 20 arrows.
Three bird feather tokens.
Six potions of undetectable alignment.

Behind a brick in the earlier room:
amulet of natural armor +1
dust of dryness

The room upstairs:
Three kegs of ten pounds of saffron worth around 200gp each.

Thugs outside:
Leather Armor +1
Cure Light Wounds potion
A vial of alchemist's fire, holy water, and antitoxin.
A climber’s kit, crowbar, a very well-made set of thieves’ tools, and two sunrods.
Around his wrist is a silver chain bracelet. At his belt is a sap and a small pouch with fifteen gold pieces.
Rapier (mw)
2 Hand Crossbows (mw)
10 bolts for the hand crossbows.

I *think* that's everything after loot stopped being tracked. Hopefully? There are a couple of things in there as of yet unidentified. I think I noted them all, but if anyone sees anything, let me know!

I've lined out the items I put on the list. How many thugs were outside, or is that the total of what they/he had?

Six potions of undetectable alignment, what a coincidence^^
Might be good when everyone takes one.

That's all the gear from the thugs outside. One dropped his hand crossbow and ran, and one was killed by the group.

It's that way across the boards. Paizo developed a fix yesterday, but didn't want to push it out right before everyone left for the day in case the fix blew things up.
