Per the paladin class features, all paladins must be Lawful Good. The "LE" paladins you've seen might be Liberty's Edge.

I second Trex's comment. They're likely Liberty's Edge.

Anyone willing to GM We be goblins free? We have a table that got abandoned by a GM after the first encounter.
Thanks
I've just completed multiple tables of the trilogy, so can get that organised for you no worries. There was a WBG2 table also in a similar boat.
If you decide to go ahead, get your groups consensus and PM me.
It will involve a thread move because I want to be able to add the maps etc
Let me know what you want to do.

Someone here can always help to salvage games when GMs pull out due to RL issues or other reasons.
I can help as well if needed.
Im sure other GMs who are available can help out as well like Shifty.

"I just flew in from the Land of the Linnworm Kings, and boy are my arms tired!" A blond human flaps his arms like a bird and waits for the chuckles. After an awkward silence, he pulls out a scroll and pins it to the wall.
"We're looking for 3 more brave souls who want to travel up north to Trollheim and deliver an important package. I know, these things sound boring, but you know how this goes. One thing leads to another and you wind up saving the world!"
He waits for some cheer and enthusiasm. After more silence, he shrugs and leaves the tavern.
For PbP Gameday IV, I will start the Shades of Ice trilogy for Standard (not CORE) PFS characters. I have 3 PCs from a previous scenario I ran, so I'm looking for 3 more. Add your name to my signup sheet and I'll take whomever signs up.

Looking for a game. Have a wide variety of standard PCs, levels 2-8. I really should make another level 1 one of these days. I actually have an idea for one, but it relies on an ambiguous rule, and I don't want to risk table variation.
I also have a level 1 Core PC.
I have an idea like that.
Damned Scorpion Whip.

I'm pretty new to PFS PbP, (but I have been playing PbP for most of the year) and have started a couple games and am enjoying it. The problem with most previous PbP is that the games usually wind down and fizzle out in weeks or a couple months and the character never gets anywere. So I'm happy to be able to keep the progress from one module to another.
My inclination is to start another character or two, but that may be getting into more than will be easy to sustain.
The Siege of Serpents is schedualed for a little under 2 months. How does that compare to the average PbP PFS game?
Also how many PCs do you normally have going in PbP games at any one time?

Most of my PFS scenarios take 4-6 weeks, although I have been busy lately so I have pushed beyond the 6 week mark for a few of them. It is also highly dependent on the scenario and the posting frequency of the group and GM. Some groups take their time and a scenario will take 3 months; others will rush through in 3-4 weeks.
Especially if you are new to PbP, I would urge you not to overdo it by jumping into too many games at once. I think every veteran on here can tell you they have overdone it at one time or another and gotten involved in more games than they could keep up with. This usually results in one of the following:
1) burning yourself out and quitting PbP
2) quitting a few games to keep up in the others
3) suffering through it for a few months, which kinda takes the fun out of it when updating games becomes a chore
How many you can manage is up to your free time and the style you like to play. Again, I just urge you to ease into it. Try playing 1-3 games at a time and wait a few months before increasing beyond that. It's a slow medium, you just have to learn to be patient and not overdo it.

Fastest I've heard of was a week. I've been in a couple that were two weeks. Six-ish weeks seems pretty typical with an active party and the right scenario, so eight weeks sounds right for a full table and a longish scenario, with some time off for the occasional weekend.
Some of the GMs keeps stats. There was a great thread over the summer asking that very question that elicited some great responses. (Sorry, I don't have the URL handy.)

I have a question about one of the chronicle sheets and I figured this would be the best place to ask.
Blades of the open road are longswords specifically crafted to strike against the Aspis Consortium. A lesser blade of the open road is a +1 longsword with a Glyph of the Open Road stamped into its hilt. A blade of the open road is a +1 Aspis bane longsword. Against agents of the Aspis Consortium and creatures directly employed by the Aspis Consortium, the weapon’s enhancement bonus is 2 higher than its actual bonus, and the weapon deals an extra 2d6 points of damage. A greater blade of the open road has all of the properties of a blade of the open road and gains the ominous and heartseeker weapon special abilities against Aspis Consortium agents and the Consortium’s employees.
Any wayfinder the wielder carries grants a +2 circumstance bonus on all Survival checks, not just checks to avoid becoming lost. A blade of the open road and greater blade of the open road increase this bonus to +4 or +6, respectively. Between scenarios, the wielder can enhance a lesser blade of the open road to become a blade of the open road and later into a greater blade of the open road by paying the difference in price between the two items.
So I GMed Scions of the Sky key and applied the GM credit to a tier 1-2 character, so I had the lesser blade of the open road on my chronicle sheet, with the blade of the open road crossed off. This character is in the Exchange, so I want to eventually by the lesser blade with the faction card discount.
If I later on, in between scenarios, upgrade the blade, does it count as buying something on a chronicle sheet for the faction card discount? I ask because the regular blade is crossed off and technically not on my chronicle sheet, but the text that says I can upgrade IS on the chronicle sheet.

Hey, just running this by other heads and experts in the PBP PFS pthing: I'm under the impression it's illegal to play the same character concurrently in two different scenarios. Can someone confirm that?
I believe that is true, but I am relatively new to PbP.

Yes. Once a PC is in a play-by-post, that PC is essentially locked in until the scenario is over.

Yes, that is correct. Sames as you can't have a character in two concurrent RL games.
