I'm a bit fuzzy on the notion of what second door you are talking about (none of these rooms had 2 doors).
I'll just ignore that and move you into the next passage north.
In this room are three goblins who appear to be eating the remains of one of their fellows.
They are basic goblins, so they see you, and experience cardiac arrest (not wasting time).

I love these old style dungeons. Monsters that stay in their rooms even when faced with the need to eat one of their companions for sustenance. :)
You have explored maybe 1/4 of this floor or so. This module is huge.

Wow! Well, next unopened door, then , please...
Next passage north takes you into an area featuring seven goblins fighting over chunks of a humanoid. Probably a human from a first glance.
They see you and drop the chunks grabbing weapons.
(fast forward)
You carve the basic goblins into chunky bits with minimal effort.

You've just cut scene past this area, so you are done with the feebs.
You need to head back out to the courtyard to actually move on to anything else.
Perpetual night rules the courtyard and the moon holds silver sway. Because there is not even ambient sunlight, the stars over the courtyard are thick and bright. Planets glow red and gold against the field of night. Moonlight seems to echo from the stones, glimmering like foxfire from every surface. There is always a cold breeze in the courtyard, no matter the season. The wind jangles through dozens of bronze chimes that hang from the eaves all around. Doorways and dark windows glare like black eyes. There is a crawling feeling of unseen presences, watching from every stone.
The courtyard is not empty. Tall grass stands almost four feet high, except where a stone path crosses the courtyard east to southwest, ending in a large pair of doors on the southwestern angle wall. There are two fountains in the courtyard. The east end of the courtyard is taken up by the remains of a garden. There is a cemetery against the south wall, directly across from the Gates of Fear, dominated by a large, stone crypt. A statue of great size looms over the center of the garden.

so Trib heads to the large stone crypt across from the gates of fear. Inspecting the crypt for any signs of traps or locks.

Maria looks at Gregor with piercing eyes.
"The inhabitants of this place don't know when they have been beaten either. So we came for them, to let them know whenever they appear, we will defeat them again."

Trib smiles at the banter going on between Maria and Gregor, answering Gregors question from a slightly different perspective "It's not tha undead I'm lookin' for. It's tha wealth that may have been buried with tha dead that interests me, yeah."
The cemetery is also surrounded by a wrought iron fence. It is overgrown with tall grass, like the rest of the courtyard, but grave stones can be seen here and there. Many of the stones are toppled or broken. There are pits or shallow depressions where some of the graves should be. Some of the grave stones are topped. All of them are marked with the teardrop and burning skull emblems of the Black Brotherhood. The faint stench of rotting corpses rises from all of the graves.
The crypt is a stone building, 30 ft. by 20 ft., standing just over 10 ft. high. It has been built down into the moist earth, so that the flat roof is only six feet above the surface. A set of dirty, broken steps leads down to a pair of rusted iron double doors. Gargoyle statues stand to either side of the entrance. Above the door is carved the face and wings of a bat.

Tribim gives the door a thorough examination, and it appears to be stuck shut.

and with a mighty wrench, he pulls the door open.
As soon as the doors open a sheet of fog rolls down from the top of the doorway, vanishing when it touches the ground, completely obscuring the doorway.

Stepping out of the fog does not stop this effect. You continue to rot, just more slowly.
