Jeran sighed. "Right. Umm. Hi. My name is Jeran. I'm trying to learn how to interact socially in ways that don't involve ripping anyone's arms off.....And you are?"
"Sometimes it's better to think of it as alternative music." She offers, knowing a subject change when she hears one. "Don't worry, there are better bands here. Well, better is, of course, a matter of opinion."

"Who combines flutes drums and yodeling?!?!?!" Triesdan covers his ears from the unholy din
Ace actually blushes a tad at Ginni's words "Thanks babe, seemed like the right thing to do. I felt awful about what happened yesterday, seems like a good way to make up for it."

"Different notes for different folks." She shrugs.
I cant hear you..." Treisdan says at an elevated volume.
"Here, let me check." Her heart was racing, but this time it wasn't fear. It was joy. She knew she couldn't stay in dragon form forever, but it was liberating, and that was practically a hug just now.
She sits up on her hind legs and shakes her upper-body, wings flapping lightly. Nothing shifts on the harness. "Nice and snug." she purrs. "I think I may have met him." the flamboyant caught her attention. Ardiente had definitely been flamboyant. "He was treating Raelle with respect, so I'm glad. She could use the company of more of her kind other than family, I think."
With the harness properly fitted, Vai is back down on all fours, bent so that Fei can easily climb on. Once she's certain that he is secure, she spreads her wings and leaps into the air, beating hard to gain altitude.
Her imagination has already gotten the better of her. She's reminded of a fiction book she read recently. In her mind, she is Gwyneth, and Fei is the noble knight Huma, and they are riding into battle against evil.
Fei....holds on. (^-^)
Removed from the normal bustle of activity on the ground, the school looks picturesque and serene, nestled as it is in the countryside. The twilight sky opens out in all directions up here, and the young monk finds an unexpected peace (as well as a spark of inspiration) up here with Vai.
Vai has to work harder and harder as the pair fly around the sky; the lower the sun is on the horizon, the less hot air is rising off the ground. Despite this, the flight is still easy. Once her imagination tires of the fantasy, her aerial maneuvers slowly dwindle away, simply leaving them peacefully soaring a few kilometers above the ground. Vai ensures Fei's breathing is okay, and that he is warm enough. The chill doesn't seem to affect Vai whatsoever. The last light of the sun disappears, leaving them flying through a beautiful, tranquil, twilit sky.
"Is there anything in particular you would like to see?" Vai inquires, though she knows it's probably unnecessary. This calm was exactly what Fei enjoyed.
"What? Who was it? Learn war? Oh, man..."
"It is as I said, spirits take you over when you are in need. As for who they are I do not know. My wife would more than likely know, but I have not asked her about them yet. Now since I said I would help you I am going to, I am going to teach you the way my people go to war."
At that Enre looks at his brother and his eyes looks as if his brother was going crazy "Brother you cannot do that, from what my niece and nephew tell me even our people get hurt or die from the training they go through. Cannot put him through that."
Caedes turns to look at Enre and shrugs "He asked for help and I keep my word." He turns to look down at Gavin. "When will you be ready?"

Tybalt begins to walk back to where Dave was. He sees dave and raelle going back onto the dance floor. "Well never mind then. Guess I'll go talk to the 0 other people here I know." Tybalt flashes over to a window continually slashing holes in the drapes and casting mending to fix them. "*Sigh*"

A group of Girls are looking at Tybalt when one of them comes over and asks him he he would like a dance, She seems like she has been go'ed into asking him, but also seems like she wants to as well. She says her name is Tinina and shes a half Elf from MzRonzo, shes happy to just dance.
on of the other girls comes over and soon your dancing with a munch of them, they seem to like you tail.

Raelle is dancing very energetically and also more suggestively. At the end of the song she throws her arms around his neck. She is flushed and her pupils seem rather large.
"I'm hungry are you hungry and thirsty I think we need to take a break and get some snack okay cause it's hard to keep dancing without stopping for refreshments sometimes right?" she says in one breathless string without pauses.
Tybalt begins to get really into the mixed up nature of this music balancing all of his female companions while shifting through elaborate dance maneuvers(literally and magically) while managing to pay the most attention to Tanina the one who approached him. Between sets he asks "So how long have you been here at Avalon I got here today and I think I like it." ;3
Roel has had enough of this dance... people keep stepping on him. "hmm. perhaps..." Roel formulates into humanoid form, and tries this "dancing" thing, rather terribly.

so she knows you're here then. Did you tell her about me at all? I kind of hope not I really am not all that thrilled with that kind of attention.
Lang takes another sip of his drink thankful it isn't the punch from down there with everyone else.
You know, Rosa did a great job with this pod. I doubt anybody even knows were even at the show.
Lang tries to keep the conversation more along these lines without much drama he now realizes its this kind of conversation that will go further with her. patience is the key to this friendship.
