That is the right of any creature, as long as they do not impose their choice on another. I certainly will not judge, it does not affect me. I wish you strength in your convictions and goals regarding the choice of merely eating plants. It's quite possible, if you consider it, that animals were created as a food source- many chains of life depend on this relationship. Hunters and their prey, a circle of life, you could say. Plants fall into this circle as well, as I understand things. Perhaps that is different in your plane?"
Through that long monologue, Anahita does take a moment or two to nibble at whatever she has on her tray, at this point, she's getting into the latter half of her breakfast selection of various treats.
She smiles sagely at that, and then asks, "So you are here to hide, if I infer correctly. I hope that this place serves you well in that. I certainly have no immediate plans as of yet, though I wish to learn of Agartha first, so I do not presume something in error. Do you know anything about Meh-kan-ics? It is a class I choose to attend, which may teach me more of technology. Tiny constructs that are so small you cannot see them."
Her expression on that last part indicates she's curious and surprised by this.

"That again depends on the shadow, some are like that other not, not its just I feel bad when I think I am eating flesh, sounds odd but, well that's me, luckily for me I can make my own food if needs be, but its boring and dull so I like foods."

"Yes, Uncle Ruby has a shop full of things like that, hes always messing about with stuff, Ive read some books on it, and worked with it, but its dull, lots of Maths, science and stable physics, things like that, it comes down to this really, The more lawful a place the more Magic fades and physics takes over, its to do with the stability of a Shadow or how close it is to the Courts of Chaos, this Shadow is half and half, half way from the Pattern and The Logrus. So you have both here, you know some places don't have ether, they have other things, but that I think is how it works. To be honest that could all be wrong, But I do know when you get a place with stable physics you can use Maths and science to do the same things as magic. Like fly and manipulate energy, that kind of thing, you can also make really clever Construct's that are teeny tinny. Or ones that are as big as a star system, I read up on some things here, do you know that have one of them R.O.B.O.T as a teacher. I should think she would be the one to ask about Techolimagic. I asked my Uncle once about Techo stuff and he just said in that voice of his, 'Child!' he said 'if your tech is distinguishable from magic it not advance enough' and then went back to his work, but I did spot a book he had open it was called *Technomancer* what a Technomancer is I have no idea, do you think they put the souls of the dead in all them Tech things?? O you know they say the Library her has a copy of every book that ever was, we could go and ask, see what it was about?"
Anahita takes in the information provided and it's clear that on some level, she's processing all the words Star Light said without pause or concern- merely more curiosity.
At the end of it though, she says"Then perhaps the pain is self-induced, that would make the most sense. You are the result of your thoughts, some say. Wait- You say this school has a Library with every book ever written?" Her eyes nearly shimmer at the thought and she nods, a few times, "Forgoing my sense of impatience, perhaps that would answer so many questions... Let us find this library and explore it." She rises up ready to go on this adventure, straight away.
Starlight jumps up,
"yes lets Anahita, I'm in the mood for books, now they say if you place you and on a wall and think of where you want to go."
She dos just that and an arrow appears, pointing to one of the dinning room exits.
"Well its seems it's that way, I'll walk I think, shall we go?"
She pops her flower lunch in a wast bin and looks at Anthita, as she moves the arrow stays ahead of them pointing the way.
"that will come with regained Experience." Umbri answered optimistically.
"Here's a copy of your schedule, then. Classes start tomorrow morning."

Immediately recognizing the Professor doing his registration, Ardiente loses the cool attitude, shifting to a more formal posture. How did he not notice him before? He walks up to the desk where Sorchan is seated. "Good afternoon, Sir."
Dara looks nervous, giving another small nod and retreating more behind his sister.
"So when did you have in mind?" Sadie asked, reaching behind her to give Dara a reassuring pat on the back.
"I was thinking maybe tomorrow night?" Vai said, standing back up to give Dara some space. "Oh crap... do we have practice tomorrow? We haven't been in classes so long I have no idea what day it is."
Anahita noticing what Star Light does with the tray, repeats the gesture though seems puzzled by it, somewhat. Clarity arrives once she notices what's in the tray, and perhaps the universal sign for 'waste'.
She nods at Star Light and proceeds to follow the arrows, though it's impossible to keep the speed Star Light has, Star Light might find, at a brisk 'run', Anahita's extremely faster than any mere human, easily doubling her movement in mighty strides without effort.
"I do look forward to learning more- I was not sure if those classes suggested were appropriate. Imagine the surprise of the teachers if we happen to know what they seek to teach, and have learned it ourselves. That would certainly fill them with pride, don't you think?"
With a happy look on her face, she keeps up as best she can with Star Light, following the arrows or creating her own to 'find the library' after touching the walls of the Academy's halls.
When Anahita had left the lakeside, Ehos had joined her, though had taken only a small amount of food for himself, which he broke into small pieces to slip under his mask. He had been introduced to Starlight, though had stayed quiet throughout the conversation. Starlight had a dizzying mode of speech, and Ehos was glad for Anahita's patience to clarify it at times. He tags along with the girls to the library. He scribbles something as they walk, holding it up for Anahita to read. 'Sometimes, you find more than you are looking for. My sister found this out first-hand.'
Rosa stands in the center of the RIM room control center, with only one Student in a sim there is little to do, when the SIMMIND pings.
"You have a call"

Rosa knew of the 'Running', it was one of them gray ships that drop on and off the grid like ghosts, SC written all over it just for that and now this, well no shocker there.

The image changed to a young woman with Green Hear and big eyes. when she spoke it was in a happy mood kind of way, Rosa new this, after all she was her.

"I believe so, old Falling said it was, and you know what hes like, well have to dash, go look at them locations by the sea."

'Sadly I did not inherit my mother's psychic gifts, so I cannot enact telepathy on my own. Any magic I am capable of requires either speech or music on my part. If you have another suggestion, I would be very grateful.' Ehos is fleet of foot, and so is keeping pace with Anahita quite easily.

Anahita stops at the doorway as well, looking around into the interior of the Library of Avalon, considering the size of the place near Star Light and Ehos.
She waits to see if someone responds to Star Light's call for a librarian.
Anahita seems to consider for a moment, then appears to completely 'blank out' while staring off seemingly lost in thought. This lasts for a few moments with her not moving at all, merely standing there in some sort of trance.
After perhaps ten seconds or more, she blinks once, and her awareness seems to return to her, though it's clear she takes an instant to gather her surroundings before looking at Ehos again. "How.. how odd. I, went to think on something, and was elsewhere. Did I physical leave here?"
She looks thoughtful, but then smiling and giving that moment no more thought says, "You might find a device, perhaps, that throws a version of your voice-- just an illusion, or such, past your silence field? That may work, I suppose?"
"Yeah... Maybe.... I hope so at least..." Treisdan says offhandedly "so what time do classes start, do you think? I am not a morning person..."
"No your body was here all the time, just looked like you mind went off, I would know if you had left, Well I think I would, O get a feeling for that kind of thing, But minds, rules of the school say no peaking into others minds. She picks up the book that some one had put in the Trash bin, flicks the pages so fast hey blur and then drops it back in the trash bin.
"I feel a bit sick and I think I just lost some IQ points"
In desperation she uses her Time powers to go back and undo the event, she seems to flit back to where she was when the came in.

'Are you alright?' Ehos was looking worredly at Anahita before she snapped back to reality.
At her suggestion, Ehos shook his head dejectedly, writing out a response. 'We tried all manner of things when it first happened. My mother is a person of considerable power, as is our Headmaster, and this even has them stumped. The only thing that appears to be safe is telepathy... perhaps I can acquire a device which will allow me to communicate telepathically at will.'
Anahita looks at the book in the trash quickly before saying, "Someone falling in love with the undead? That is absurd. They are unnatural and cursed. Who in their right might would do so?"
Clearly she has some cultural or other disposition that she doesn't mind expressing on that subject.
She peers around, looking for a means to readily find what book she might be seeking, before standing there and debating where to start.
"If any book written, were in fact here, what would we wish to read first.. I wonder." She taps her chin in thought, eyes seeming to shimmer a moment with the light while doing so.

"I shouldve guessed that....wait? you sleep?" Treisdan is slightly baffled
Anahita glances back at Ehos and nods, saying, "I .. I thought I was in a library, and I was. Star Light said I didn't go anywhere, so, it must of been just a quick focusing- perhaps something about this place," she gestures to encompass the whole large library, "swept me off my feet, so to speak. It is rather large.. and impressive." She peers around again at the library.
Looking back at Ehos, she says, "Well, I've met a few people who appear to speak with telepathy- how hard would it be to learn to do so?"
"It could have been me, using a power like that, some times time jumps around me, sorry, Its why I am here. I need to get some control or this kind of thing happens. O look a book in the wast basket!"

"Arr, I have done this all ready, humm"
She stands up.
"sorry, caching up with myself, so Anahita this guy here with us who keep handing you notes, err is that normal?"
"OH! My apologies, Star Light... Ehos, how horrible of me. Please.. allow me to introduce you two. Where were my manners?" She stammers and quickly introduces the two to one another.
"This has been a most amazing day, with all the new discoveries and wonders I have witnessed. I never imagined this possible-- and yet, here I am, in what some might only call a dream."
She smiles at both Star Light and Ehos, then says, "Ehos requires writing what he wishes to share with me, and I have been enjoying his hand writing. Plus, it affords me some time to think of a response. I do apologize for not thinking to introduce you two earlier, a thousand pardons."
Giving the two a few moments to greet one another, she steps a few steps into the library and looks around with hands on her hips, still holding onto her head dress from the desert attire she has on.
"If we were to consider the possibility that your statement were true-- and any and every book ever written were in here, than..." She trails off at the prospect.
Ehos does a small bow before writing on his pad, and promptly showing it to Starlight. It reads (in rather messy text): 'Pleasure to meet you Starlight, I have enjoyed listening to your stories.'

"Sorry, I did not know if you where her, Familiar, some odd ones here and you never know. Nice to meet you Ehos, you know if you do not have a voice I bet there is a magic or science book in here that can help, I know some magic items can talk, you could make a sound box, to make your thoughts into sounds, how I have no idea, but I bet my uncle can"
She reaches into her pocket and brings out a gold disk with a Red Tophat logo on it.
"Here take it, I only have one but it want work for me as hes not talking to me right now, we had a fall out. All you need to do is think of a red hat my uncle Ruby will find you, Well good luck I have to find them books on Techno thingy"
With that she changes back into a 6" tall flying elf like being and zips off into the miles of books.
Anahita looks at Ehos with a warm smile and says, "That is cute, my familiar." She looks down briefly after that and then towards his note pad and the disc with the red top hat, saying, "Perhaps there is some sort of device, as she said, that might emit your thoughts into a spoken illusion, through the self-imposed exile you have?" She leans in a bit closer to look at the disc, but not overtly in any manner that would be deemed impolite.
"Perhaps the other thought would be, find yourself a familiar that can speak for you, or train a creature to help? What an interesting item this is ..." Certainly sounds like a possibility to her.
then for the slightest of moment a flash of red, between the books, but now, must gave been the light.
"i sleep. usually anywhere from 2 in the morning to noon." Umbri answered. "but i am most active during the hours of 4-10 in the later hours." the nymph continued.
"oh..." Treisdan looks at you sheepishly "I figured as an undead that you would have no use for sleep...."
"well, i'm technically half living as well." Umbri answered. "and as an enchanter, ilusionist and shadow wielder, i still need to sleep to refresh my mind enough to recover the mental energy allotted to spellcasting."
Dom walks Rin to her room. "If you like to meet up after your done with your cloths I will be at the club sign ups. I hope we shall cross path again soon." He bows to her after giving her cloths and heads to the club sign ups.
The book in the waste basket slowly lifts up and returns to it's proper shelf as a student with black hair and dark circles under his eyes comes around the corner.
"I don't care if you don't like it, there are some things you just do not do to a book."

Sadie shook her head. "I scheduled the first fencing club meeting for the year towards the end of the week. I find that cuts down on the number of enthusiastic but completely incompetent newbies who show up. They get distracted by other clubs first. That way we only get the ones who are genuinely interested in fencing."
After a moment, seeing that no further discourse would be forthcoming from Sorchan, Kezzin snatched up his schedule and stalked off to find his quarters.
