"Okay, now what?"

Lang sits close to Ori, placing his hands in hers. close your eyes and takes a few deep breaths.

Ace mentally pauses the floating disk carrying the multitude of plates when he hears Ginni and Mel trying to find each other. He touches his medallion, concentrates for a few moments and then a small ripple forms in the air and Squeaky, his familiar, bounds out. Barking happily, the puppy licks Ginni, Tami and Ace in turn.

"Squeaky, be a good girl and go find Melody. She sounds a little lost, so help her out." The dog races off, seeking out the musician.

Squeaky is both a familiar and animal companion, thus she is quite intelligent. The 'summon from thin air' is just a cool way for Ace to retrieve her from the familiar pocket that is a part of his Belt of Many Pockets.

Djalos, the wreckage of his meal strewn all about the table, and looking significantly more healthy, takes out a ball of what appears to be molten silver from his pouch and begins fiddling with it.

There is a small pause between that message and the next one.

It's really interesting trying to describe a character that has, for all intents and purposes, lost their sense of sight.

Djalos sits perfectly still for a few minutes after eating his food, looking, for all intents and purposes, like he's sleeping. That is, until he taps a random passerby on the shoulder and asks, perfectly deadpan, "What do people do with all this free time?"

If nobody wants to respond to that, I can just get Jacob to have a small scene with Djalos, although that would be kinda weird.

Jaiye rolled her eyes. "Boring. As usual. I've explained how blocks work like five times since we got here. She still chews on them instead of building with them. "Based on extensive observation over the course of the last year, I'm gonna say social interaction. This appears to be the main use of free time. Also hobbies. If you have any creative pursuits you want to do, or sports you like to play, and so on. Or if you have any nefarious schemes, this is when you can work on those. I'd advise against that last one though. It tends to end badly," Keme said with his usual dry humor.

Wait, I'm the shuttle pilot? Sorry!, I didn't realize that!

Ardiente is quiet, pondering all the things Alev said. It was an awful lot to take in, especially in light of what just happened with Rae.

As he wasn't hurt in the fight, he just hops in the shuttle and fires it up once Fei and Alev are on board. He doesn't say anything as they fly back, still trying to wrap his head around everything, trying to figure out what their next move should be.
