Vakkler Relkav wrote:"Amethyst dragons, by far. Though we do have a black dragon, a blue dragon, and a red dragon here. Why do you ask?"Vakkler's eyes widen. "Well, that explains why the Dustscales were so fixated on this school." He chuckles.
Immediately, his expression goes sour. "Would people know what type of dragon is common here?"
what about me? Forgetful High Seer? Is that possible?
Tarka the kobold |
"I just can't." he never should have left his room. He could have just let Lamai out so she could hunt off of school grounds.
"Hunh. Ok then."
she takes some chips from nowhere, and starts eating them."Well, at least try to relax. Nothing's going to hurt you here. Least of all me."

He hasn't seen you. Also, even a high seer may not know the name of your race.

i left the cloud dragon out too, because I haven't seen his dragon form either.
And High Seers forget more than most people ever know.

The professor fidgets with the straps holding his oversized crossbow in place. "According to our religion, kobolds were created by a great and powerful son of Tiamat named Kurtulmak. We were meant to serve Kurtulmak--and, by extension, all chromatic dragons."
Vakkler takes Slarrow from Ryo and sets the slurk on his shoulder. He sounds a bit pained as he continues. "As I said the previous time we discussed dragons, my kind take that sort of thing very seriously. If...they mingled with Agarthians enough to realize what's up there in the sky, they might feel their loyalties becoming...tenuous."
Advaran Silvertongue |
Out of boredom Advaran begins to juggle a trio of nonlethal grenades. One was marked with a trio of balloons and confetti, the second was marked with a trio of blue diamonds, the final was marked simply with a pie. "Hmm, perhaps I could up the ante a bit in a few minutes, add in a custard or flash-bang."

"I'll go speak with Professor Agave then. I'm sure she'll let us bury them in the gardens." He stands up, then pauses. "Why don't you come with me? You like the gardens after all."
Midori Tsuyomi |
"We're playing chess. You move the people around and you win when the other people's king can't move."
Midori is looking at the 'board' intently, thoughtfully. "That sounds alot like shogi, Sara-rin. My family prefers igo generally." She looks interested in the game then Lang mentions focusing their attentions on Hew, and she nods. "Hai! Maybe I can help somehow? I don't have that crystal the healer used to transfer my energy to you though Hew-kun..."
Tyrrin Denulia |
Ghalen stirs at her movement, then also stretches. He rolls over next to Tyrrin and gives her a light kiss on her forehead.
"I trust My Lady slept well?" he says with a grin on his face.
She opens her eyes and grins, leaning up slightly to return the kiss. "Quite well, and you played no small role in that. Good morning. If it is still morning."

Hew nods to Midori, thankfully. "Maybe as a back up plan but I have to figure out how to do this on my own. Otherwise everyday I'll have to get someone to help." Hew then looks to Lang. With a smile he tells him. "You guys should go ahead and have fun. I just want you all around to stop me from pushing to hard. I don't really want to end up helpless again."
Hew makes his way to an open spot within view of the group. "Sim please monitor the formation of Zilla's body." After putting in the command he starts concentrating.
Agarthian Storyteller |
"Hmm."
tarka considers wether or not to follow Pyry for a few minutes, before she eventually decides to teleport to him.
Pyry has secluded himself once more in his room, sealing off the door and sitting on his bed with his knees to hs chest. He jumps almost violently when Tarka appears in his room, and Lami makes her aggravation known by hissing loudly at the kobold.

Rena, the Companion |
"Who he is? Isn't he some kind of magic user? Spell caster? Finger waggler type that ..I dunno, uses magic? I knew this ..well, I vaguely recall this one guy, back a while ...or so." He pauses for a moment, looking about, stopping his chewing, then continues.
"He claimed there was magic in the universe. Three types... If I recall properly. Universal, channeled and personal. Or something like that. He was some kind of Supreme Master of all those-- claimed to be hellishly busy fending off things no one really knew about." There's the oddest look on Tryko'Sam face as he mentions all this, as if 'viewing' the memory from a different point of view.
"Anyway, that's in the past. Your guy Vare, like that? Misunderstood and going doing right regardless? Doesn't the money come easy from all the fat loot you get from beating up demons or whatever it is out here? Zombies? What are the threats out here? Place really seems kind of peaceful, unless someone comes here to stomp on it."
"Haven't you met Vare... oh. Right, the memory stuff. Sorry." Rena momentarily looks uncomfortable, likely troubled that memory was such a mutable thing. "Yes, he's a wizard... but more than that, he can't see the regular world - he sees the Dreamscape - the Plane of Dreams and my native plane - as it is overlaid with the material plane - what we see now."
"As far as magic.. uh.. I think there's 7 schools of magic, though.. maybe were you are from they have different ways of categorizing them." she seems to have recovered slightly, and looks more comfortable discussing familiar topics and not the terrifying prospect that one day you could just forget everyone you ever knew or loved. "Hmm, honestly, adventuring isn't very good for profit. Vare spent alot of healing potions and emergency scrolls, material components, foci..."
Rena grinned at that. "Besides, not many people want anything to do with something you pry out of a demon's hands, right? Better to destroy it, or it might corrupt."

Tryko'Sam grinned, in between his chomping on ribs and corn on the cob like food, cleaning his face while saying, "Hey-- I vaguely recall some really nice demon, who did quite a lot to help folks, so, I wouldn't pull that race card so quick, Miss Dream Wyrm Made Flesh. Heh. But, sure, I get your point. Sounds like Vare needed to hook up with a healer in his adventures-- less over head, no? Plus, company never hurts. Especially if you get a hot looking, or smart, or both, feisty healing partner-- soothing your wounds."
Chuckling, he takes a swing of one of the many wine skins, though, there's no label on what's inside. He's clearly not drinking water though, given the coloration.
The food is good, if his consumption of it is any indicator.
Carl "Ironfist" Promethium |
Carl head back to the ship to get another group.
"So Tinman, you think you could Pilot a shuttle on your own?"
