It is a site, I can link it to you if you want. They use a in site made chat window(I think it is in site made) to run the games. It seems to weekly thing or if people need more flexible than GMs can just run something.
TBH it wasn't so much what he attempted in game, it was the condescending attitude he'd respond with when you'd try to reign him in that got to me. yeah we all have powerful characters, but they also have pretty exploitable weaknesses. It's almost like he tailored Soli to immune to everything so he could F with people. I mean, look at Jim Rivets. Almost the same character theme, but not an a&!$*!!, and works within the scope of the game. It could have been done, he could have contributed, but for some reason he just chose not to.
While rereading the thread I couldn't help but notice how Jim and Soli were basically the same character except Jim is how to do this concept right and soli is what not to do. :)

Alright...fingers crossed, I can post a bit now. And apologies in advance as I keep forgetting all of the people on Team Desert and their skillsets. (=^_^=)
No worries about forgetting. Fei just got handed a whole lot to deal with. It's not surprising if people have to remind him about what's going on and who can do what. :)
I hate to butt into a private, spoiler'd conversation, but I'm gonna. Just want to say I agree with Kryzbyn--I was more-or-less okay with Vakkler getting attacked. The insisting that unprovoked koboldicide was perfectly justifiable is what caused me to start bickering.
And I'm back. I'm starting to feel less crowded in time, now that PaizoCon's over, so I'm considering returning in the next few weeks. Just gotta make sure everything's in order.
I have a different context for that incident than the rest of you do. Not two minutes before that incident I had been emailing him about the behavior problems up to that point and he agreed to work on it then turned around and that. In light of that conversation it was the action itself that was more than enough to say that's it.
Reposting, since I forgot to post this edit earlier.

Okay. Just let me know when you want Vakkler to come back from his vacation. He's been gone a week in-game time and Ryleh has been subbing for him. I think the students will be glad to have him back. ;P
Hey guys, sorry for my absence and/or slow posting pace the past couple weeks. Going to try to rectify my posting issues starting today. Too many distractions at home. (If any of you know of the Civ Zone... it is a horrible place that sucks lives away. On the plus side, I beat One City Challenge on King Difficulty in Civ 5 :D)
I think we're just about to the point of having the teams start making percentile rolls.
So far the strategies are:
Desert: Evasion
Forest: Defense and guerilla warfare
Mountain: attack? I'm really not sure what they're doing
Island: still being debated by the generals
Skivven has been approved, break out the flea collars and fear the bubonic plague! Ratfolk now freely wander Agartha!
So the remaining question is where to slip him into reality? An opposite personality arriving at the Academy moments after Cassius Rex drops in, floppy hat in hand? Or as a native dessert species, have some unfortunate student fall into his burrow and get magically and alchemically plastered to the floor by a 4' rat? I'm good either way. :)
It's not that he's already in the war, but that he's already living in the fortress, anyplace you can do alchemy without getting sand in the bottle is prime real estate in the desert.
Remember how I explained that the School was whatever was needed? The War is contained entirely in the school. It's the reason the words are strong and the students are easily monitored.
Grazzt is definitely the one most likely to spawn bastards and let them run free, not to mention he's got a horn-rack to make HB proud! Though I'm definitely going to picture Casseus with hooves now. ;)
On behalf of the forest kingdom, we'd like to present an offical apology for the looming atrocities against man, beast, god, and nature. Come to find out, the Ratfolk Code of Civilized Conduct ends at honoring business arrangements and table manners, completely omitting rules of genteel warfare and personal hygene.

Hehe being a big warhammer fan and having a special place in my heart for the Skaven, as well as my favorite childhood movie being the Secret of Nimh, I heartily applaud the inclusion of rat folk characters in any good game.

So as far as the wargames go are we going to play this fully out with individual combats and the like as well as rolling dice for the overall effectiveness of our strategies or are we mostly just going to figure out what each kingdoms strategy is and just roll the dice to see who wins? I’m not really clear on that part.
Yeah, got a bit sidetracked there. Basically once overall strategies are decided on (still waiting on that from Mountain and Island) each team will roll a percentile to see how effective their strategy is. If people want we can also play out a few individual combats, but there are many more people on each team than are PC or even named NPC characters. So losses may very well be just in mooks, especially at first. I think a percentile roll for every day that things drag on with potential negative/positive modifiers for fatigue and just wanting to go home as things drag on. Unless someone has a better idea how to handle this. I am open to suggestions. :)
