Yeah I noticed that after posting it, hmmm I can't seem to find a good portrait for what my character looks like in my head, maybe the grinning blond child but he is too happy...and blond.

I would totally go out to eat again if it meant I got Rally's cheeseburgers and fries! I've had the plan for a while now to ask them to fill a bag with fries using the large fries container, and then just charge me for how many times they dumped fries into the bag...

I, on the other hand, had all kinds of awkwardness going on as a teen. :P

Teenage angst is certainly a great subject for roleplay in my opinion. Few other subjects can elicit the gut level laugh and the honest wince of sympathy at the same time. It is a large part of what in particular appeals to me about this game. Currently I am trying to figure out how exactly I want to portray my own angsty teen character, the issue I’m running into right out of the gate is that I want him to be largely introverted and awkward while still being able to have his story told but it is inappropriate for me to tell his tale in my typical way, through dialogue(because of said introversion), so so far I’m falling back on narration to sell his situation correctly. It’s all good though it will be fun to see where I can take this character over time.

Yes, I know, I'm trying to think of a better word for it, basically that combination of being unable to process social interactions easily and also finding it difficult to articulate your point of view coherently. Not sure if there is a widely recognized term for that.

lol yeah, but there are a lot of different types of awkwardness. I used that term too but "Introverted." seemed to fit as well.

Well, from one awkward introvert's point of view, it doesn't mean you don't talk, but maybe not much unless someone happens to ask about something you really like and then moments of enthusiastic conversation followed by awkward silence.

Also, much more likely to engage in conversation one-on-one than in a large group.

Not that there aren't plenty of other variations on this theme. :)

I've always been kind of the odd man out. I do well in social situations, and have never had problems making friends...on the other hand i like my alone time, and prefer to be at home. I usually have to be coerced to go do social stuff. Even with family.

Siblings always fight dirty. Siblings who can mess with the time/space continuum like the three of you....well, I always figured that the demons were jealous they couldn't do all of that....^.^
