So here is how I see it. We can to charge in there and take them out quick or try to hit them and draw them on in to us. I suspect we could set up some basic deadfall traps and th like. White ya think Mesdo?

I do prefer luring people into traps rather than attack them head on, but it depends on what the lay of the land looks like. Think we can sneak in and get an idea or would that alert them?
I suspect we could slip in at night. Might have t take out some guards to do that though. Which would mean in the mor king they mobilize. So if we go in we either attack or be ready for them in the morning . Averaka says not trusting that rameth and mesdoram could be stealthy enough to get past all the guards twice
OK Mesdoram easily makes his way into the camp, he finds that there are 20 orcs, 3 leaders of some sort and 2 or 3 that look like they might be magic casters of some sort. He also finds an interesting altar with phat lewtz on it
you can always take 10, if the rules allow for it-IE not in danger, and can take 20 if there is no bad result for failing. Just have to announce it before yo do it

The problem is I'm not sure if being in the middle of the an orc camp is "not in danger" (since I'm not technically distracted by combat.) 20 is right out, since there would probably be a penalty for failure here what with the orcs.

Having consumed his buffs...
Stealth:1d20 + 22 ⇒ (12) + 22 = 34
Mesdoram attempts to sneak up on the orc and ready himself for an attack, signaling Averaka to make sure they're clear while checking sightlines himself.
Averaka nods and moves to a spot with a good sightline, he signals Mesdoram, and readies an arrow in case Mesdoram totally biffs it.
so here is what I will do, your above stealth check got you into striking distance, make me another stealth check-no taking 10 (because thats boring)-then a CDG roll
Mesdoram plunges his rapier through the orcs guy and twists then rips it out, it snarls and reaches for its sword just as an arrow plunges through its eye.
Before long all three of you stand before the altar, which is in between many tents, there are 4 larger ones, that would suggest more important folk in side them
