So, Question for everyone. Are we using the wand to heal everything and go on? I saw someone mentioned that but I just want to make sure. Also with regards to dividing loot. does anyone have preferences on how the want to do that? Obviously we will run into items that we want to keep for one person or another, but for the most part I assume we will find lots of toys that we want to sell (like the cat o' nine-tails and the Great-sword), but we may want to work out a system for keeping track of everything in such a way so that everyone ends up with more or less the same value of stuff. There may be times where we are separated and I can see people hitting the lottery on stuff, If they want to share it I would personally say thats up to them simply because, while it would be a nice gesture to share your lottery winnings with your friends, more than likely you would keep a larger share for yourself. Anyways, let me know what you all think and what we want to do with all this stuff.

I'd say pool and split the gold for the things none of us want or that are duplicative of things we already have and do the best we can to put useful items in the hands of who will be able to help us most with them. If we are getting out of whack, we can temporarily suspend gold to someone. No one is going to hurt my feelings if they mention they think we need to balance things out at some point. I don't think I'm up to doing strict gold piece by gold piece accounting, but if someone prefers to do that you're certainly welcome to.

which means if someone can use it and it is needed to help them or the party we give it to them, sell the rest when we can.

I dont care to nickle and dime everything, either.

Just tell me what to shoot and I go Boom!


Even-ish split sounds good to me. Anyone needs something, no problem, split the rest more or less evenly, perhaps set up a bank account that gets its own share for any heals or raise deads we may need.

BTW guys I like the idea of the kolbold atleast til I can make 2-3 for one potions. But Varin is gonna take a lot of convincing and you guys might wanna keep an eye on him around the drow too.....

Boneyard is not going to be a fan either...not part of the job. And any additions are definitely a risk around the drow. While Boneyard is predisposed to accept and rescue Varin, he will face similar challenges getting added.

My vote goes for setting the Kobold free. There is no way Boneyard trusts him enough to share the location of our safe room or even any more about our group's purpose and abilities. Boneyard will be rightly paranoid about the drow and their ruthless ability to use people against us whether they claim to have good intentions or not.

Edit: Also, I'm trying to keep a running tally of what we have acquired loot wise. Not tracking anything someone has claimed, have it in my Salus profile under "party swag header." Tell me if I missed anything.

The only things that I can think of are the stuff in the box that I'm holding (3 Anti-toxins, 1 Wand of Cure Light Wounds (16/20) charges, 1 Potion of Cure Serious Wounds, Scroll with 4 charges of Resist Energy) and the statue but thats it.

I can give you my masterwork rapier or we can cast the enhance weapon scroll.

Either way, each player should take advantage of the pool.

kracow and Boneyard need to make sure every understands ALL the details of the weapon rack, an incorrect usage will still be your use. If I did not tell you something like with the amulet of mighty fists that is of course alright to ask

Also please read closely posts about loot. I do make mistakes, but it is important that you dont try to use things that you do not have.

well that is what you get for charging into the BBEG!

Boneyard found some daggers, a spiked, chain, some light crossbows and some rapiers, and a MW transformation scroll. Perhaps they will allow you to use one. Or I suppose you could plop your ring or mask in and we will see if anything happens. No one knows that answer.

Meh not risking my mask not yet sorta have to have it for spells besides I can enhance it on my own at cost. I will try the ring. And a dagger is Meh I had the Falchion cause it was an orc weapon. The crossbow loss is what gets me the most now I can't stay back and plink.
