How is everyone doing?

I am doing well, although sore. After the first two days of loading next-day boxes of Red Sox memorabilia into the trucks for the Burlington Mall I switched allegiance to the New York Yankees and by the time that died down 'tis the season that the Body Shop and Clark's and The Children's Place receive their seasonal shopping bags. And why do we have to deliver to Sears? Didn't they f&+&ing invent mail-order business, how come they don't have their own trucks?!? And did you know that Brookstone sells a f&#!ing jar of special French sand, called Sond, for $25 a pop? And, apparently, people line up for this shiznit, because I'm moving, like, 50 boxes with 10 jars each a day. For f%&$ing colored French sand!!!

Anyway, my back hurts, but otherwise I am good.

Turns out Sand is pretty cool. Still f!%!in' heavy, though...

I have been playing League of Legends my friend got me into the game which is free to play by the way.

I am beginning to get addicted.

Heads up folks: Long story short: The holiday season is really eating my free time. I will likely do a big post up on Yule (no work-wife working) but I am unlikely to have a lot of time before that. Enjoy the holiday in the fashion you enjoy and I will hopefully have spome good updatage dec 25.

Hey folks. Apologies are in order. My new year did not start well. I was running my bakery because my boss went on vacation, and I fell deathly ill New Years Eve. I was unable to work one day, which threw everything into disarray, as the shop was closed. Then we had a blizzard which complicated things more. Finally, I was unsure due to several things whether or not I would be working for my boss anymore.

So, again TL;DR I was not diligent in keeping up with posting. Mea Culpa

Hey all. So whats the story for Total Con? Which day did we want to meet? Saturday or Sunday? Or did we want to try for Friday, in which case I would need to take the day off.Feb 21, 22 or 23rd.

I have to work on Sunday. I can totally make Saturday. I don't know about Friday. Just guessing, but I would bet that they won't start on Friday until office hours are over, but I haven't looked at their website.

Saturday works for me. Earlier the better

What time should we start? 9 AM? Are any of you preregistering? We want to sign up for anything in particular? or do you want to wing it? Iron GM?

I'd like to do the Iron GM. I can bring Zombicide again if you want. I also could run a quick game with your guys. Maybe a nice run and gun.

It has been a while I think running a quick game would be a lot of fun.

What do you say Doodlebug? Might be fun to do some Iron GM and say hi to the guys like we did last time?

We should totally do Iron GM. In fact, I think I know which GM we should try and get (assuming he's there). If Patrick could whip up a scenario that Imogen throws at us, that would be cool, too. Or Zombicide.

It's a little far down the road for me to say with certainty, but I intend to make every effort to be there at the crack of dawn.

Sorry I can't make it, friends and comrades. Car ended up costing four hundred more dollars than it was supposed to and then a UPS check I'd been sitting on was unacceptable because the part with the routing number had been worn off.

I see from Facebook that you played under Iron GM-winning GM Chris Pierce who is awesome. Details, please. What were the three words, what level, was there a rapping barbed-wire enwrapped ninja, etc., etc., etc.

To everyone: I have been remiss in posting. A lot happening here, but I will attempt to catch up

Three things: purple worm, pent up desire and..?

planetarium was the third word.

Ooh...pent-up desire...

Yeah the BBG was a Behiir who was addicted to an ore used to run air ships. Thus the pent up desire. The purple worm was tied to a gem we were tasked with bringing to a planetarium. Mad Badger was an air ship captain in a world were dwarves ruled everything and every other race was considered slave races to the dwarves.

F*$*in' dwarves...

he he yeah we were outlaw smugglers. We made friends with dark elves and actually a dwarven general. My newphew's character impressed a dwarven general by out drinking. (rolled a 20.)

I killed the BBG second in command by rolling a 20 and confirming with a 20 to finish the game. Cut his head off he was a goblin half-demon.

Poor half-goblin...

The sorcerer had a good move putting fire trap on the ore and then bringing it up on deck and bluffing he was going to send it over the side the BBG chased after it and the firetrap blew up almost knocking the BBG over the side.

Yeah it was quite a scuffle. I did the cleric so I went with high diplomacy skills and played Healy Face.

Mad Badger got a taste of pent up desire from the drow captain of the guard (a stone-faced goddess that MB thawed with his brawny charms.) I think the Crimson Masque would have gotten along famously in that game.

How is everyone doing? Patrick things slowing down for you or been still really busy? Doodlebug how is the car situation?

The car is good, if multi-colored. Otherwise, just the normal go to International Woman's Day, hand out fliers at midnight in East Boston kinda weekend.

Just a heads up folks. My life is again becoming interesting. I am hoping that soon it will settle down, but until it does I just want to warn you I might not be posting too well. I can't seem to find the time to get it accomplished. Please accept my apologies and I will hopefully soon regain a more settled state where I can post regularly in the near future.
