The Club patrons seem only amused. Most of them are probably on a wanted list somewhere in the galaxy. "A wretched hive of scum and villainy" They might show a bit of surprise when someone is shot next to them, but will continue to party as if it was par for the course. Between you and Vrokilaya there is no difficult terrain, the patrons know better than to mess with those doors. Kov'i is right next to Lulu and Rio so no difficulty there, but beyond that yes. Behind Scera is a lot of patrons also if she decides to disengage will be difficult terrain.

Scera wanted to resist when the binders were attached, she didn't want to be enslaved again but she felt better that than death, the bartender pulled her arms towards him more when he cuffed her and then even further forward so he could attach them to the bar on his side. This left Scera in a very awkward and vulnerable position and the bartender a rather nice view of her assets from the front and everyone else a view of those from behind as it forced her up onto her toes as she was stretched forward partway over the bar.

There is no firing into melee penalty in Starfinder but there is cover. Ehron got crit btw, Nat 20, another 1d10 damage and 1d6 burning at the start of Enron’s turn. Did he get the equipment held at the door last round? Assuming he isn’t unconscious of course.

Scera heard the order to fire again and the guard accept it this time, she heard the weapon discharge, and she somehow knew that it had hit it's mark. It was happening to her again, the people she was coming to care about were dying again and she was powerless to stop it. She started to cry as she felt the fear at what she now knew was to come wash over her.

Heading back for his gear, Ehron hears the orders come through despite his convincing the heavily armed vesk. Side stepping to place a display with a huge bowl of jello between them doesn't save Ehron from the lance of light, but the puff of steam from the bowl being converted to vapor seemed to have helped. Never the less he sags in pain as the laser still sears a large portion of one shoulder. With a grimace of pain he takes the last to distance eating strides and plucks his weapons from a huge distance. His long and thin arms going past the door staff to return him to an armed state.
Hoping the crowd will give him some cover he turns to assess the situation this has turned so quickly. "Kov'i, why not use those heavy vesk claws of yours? I don't think we can go for finesse here anymore." he calls to his friend.

Barely reclaiming pistol and knife from the security station, Ehron turns only to be hit with a second blast from the large laser canon. His nervous system shorting out, he collapses down into crowd with a spasm.
With a quiet groan he regains consciousness reaching for a serum at his belt and quietly drinking it while remaining prone amongst the cover of the crowd.

Scera was shocked that the Kasatha would risk himself to free her, of course she knew what he wanted of her and it gave her an idea on how to get the others out of here alive. She gave him a kiss on the cheek and said, "Please, help me save my friends and I'll reward you once we're safely away from here." Her tone of voice and hand on her chest gave ample evidence of the reward she promised, one she'd follow through with too, as she moved and began to head towards Eron.
I take it I can't reach Ehron and heal him this turn?

Zetara casts Overheat, gathering all the heat in the area and launching it in a 15 foot cone at Ferani and anyone else in the area (she moves forward to get in range if Ferani's charge didn't bring her within range of the spell). She aims to avoid hitting kitchen staff if possible, but the main idea is to burn Ferani.

It lists the DC for Phrenic spells in the rulebook as the same as Pathfinder (which would make it 15), but for regular spells it might be the "key ability" DC instead, which says "the saving throw DC for foes to resist your class features (if appropriate) is equal to 10 + half your class level + your key ability score modifier." On that even if we round down for level, the DC would still be 14, because Intelligence is the Key score for a technomancer, and my mod is 4. I really don't know which one it is, but I think either way you figure it, Ferani should take full damage.

With care to protect his long, slim limbs from the stampeding crowd, Ehron stands up again. Looking down again upon the angry vesk approaching and keeping a confident grin. "Oh, look a riot and a fire. I'm sure station security will be real soon. Bribes only cover so much. Maybe you should be going to make sure the security logs don't contain coverage of you using military ordinance on unarmed patrons?" He projects towards the vesk with a friendly confidence and undertone of expectation.

Been trying to decide what Zetara would do, since one more hit like that will kill her... I think she has to keep fighting. Ferani is in the way of her only way out, and there is nowhere to run. She could pull the pin on the grenades and mess up the place further, but overheat does more damage, and she doesn't really want to kill anyone. And she already tried talking ... Ferani would just hit her again... so, fight it is. If she dies, it was a short, but fun ride. :)

Oh, crap. I was typing at the same time Kov'i posted. Didn't know he was coming into the kitchen. If I can change my action, she casts energy ray instead (still taking the guarded step), so she doesn't kill Kov'i:
