Oof, I feel you there. I've had a number of computers crap out on me at bad times, and I've had worse luck with the things than most people I know. Glad to hear it's sorted out, though.

Hey Rhal, any luck so far with the computer? I know getting a new one set up can suck.

At the moment, Luke is still hanging from the cave with one arm missing and in the middle of a painful scream.

Sadly, I believe this game has died, despite the sudden awesome twist. I'm still open to playing, but unless the GM comes back or a new one takes over, I'll be out. PM me if anything changes, as I'll be removing this from my dash.

Do we want to try looking for a new GM if Rhal doesn't show up again? It's been ten days since he posted, which isn't awful or anything, but if he doesn't pop back in I'd be open to looking for someone (if anyone is interested). I don't know if any of us would be interested in taking over; I potentially would, but I dislike PCs controlled by the GM and I've got a lot on my plate already at the moment. I could help in searching for someone, though.

I'm willing to give him a bit longer. Life comes at you hard, sometimes. We should trust in The Force, at least a bit longer.

I'm definitely still interested and really want to see if this character is as fun to play as I hope. Considering Rhal hasn't posted since he mentioned his screwed up computer, I'm willing to think it's still hardware issues. If he stays gone for a while longer, I would also be open to trying to keep going with a new GM.

If I wasn't moving to Oregon at the end of April, I would suggest I take everyone on this table over to my own SW:SE game if Rhal doesn't come back, but I'm not sure I'd have the bandwidth for a while if I did.

We'll see, though. I definitely want to PLAY more than I want to GM.

PS: I still say we nickname the Droid "Beex."

I'm definitely willing to wait, I'm just talking about if Rhal doesn't show up again. I have a feeling it is just stuff getting in the way of him getting everything up and running again (I've certainly had that issue with computers myself), but just in case I wanted to know if you guys were up to looking for someone new if needed. Hopefully, Rhal shows up again soon and we can keep trucking along.

So... I have a feeling we're not hearing from Rhal again. So:

1. Do any of us want to GM this? I'd even be fine with someone being a GM PC potentially, but I dunno that any of us really want to do this at all. If so, I guess we should talk with each other and see what's going on. If not, we have option 2.

2. Do we want to try for a new GM? I dunno that we'll find one for a homebrew game, but I guess we could try. If not, we could just let this die.

Give me a bit to think about this. I've done time-travel Star Wars games before, but never such a game where the outcome of the canon was altered to this extent.

I'm also running at a brain deficit as I'm helping my mother prepare for her first house purchase, and her move to Oregon (which I will also be making). So my brain may not be up to it.

If I can and if folks are interested, I may do a soft-reboot, but we'll see.

If anyone else wants to volunteer, I'll support that, too.

See, I wasn't sure if canon was even that altered? I understand this was a clear allusion to Luke, but I wasn't convinced that was what was actually happening. Of course, if you take over you can do whatever you wish. I would potentially volunteer but I'm already looking to restart another game of mine and potentially start yet another one... which would bring me already to five. That's a lot. If you don't want to, though, I may step up and give it a try.

I may also be able to take over. I have never done a time-travel Star Wars game before, so I may not be the best choice, but I've got experience GMing Star Wars. I would definitely want to do a soft reboot, though, to phase Breaker out of the game. I don't like doing GM PCs.

I know it's been a while, have any of you thought more about potentially picking this up?

I'm knee deep in moving from San Jose to Salem-area Oregon, so I've had no time to put thought into this.

I'm willing to give it a shot, but it might be a couple of weeks before I could petition to take over.

I am interested, but I'm seriously in no position to take over right now. I'm literally having anxiety dreams about moving. It's not a good idea for me to take on a game right now.

I've considered it, but I don't know that I'm up to the task of keeping this game moving. I'd rather someone else do so.

As much as I like the game and the characters, I wouldn't want to try and take this on. I'm already running one homebrew Star Wars game along with several other campaigns.

I don't really know the system well enough to GM a game yet. I'm also sort of on a break from running games and wouldn't want to come back in to something big and intensive.
