Yes, I need this issue as well. No, no-one seems to be offering it in PDF. (hint hint, wink wink, nudge nudge)
We'd love to bring all of the out-of-print issues of Dragon and Dungeon out in PDF form, but in order to do so, we need to ensure we have all of the rights to republish all of the content, and the older an issue is, the harder that confirmation is to come by. We have a big to-do list.
