As all sleep well two hours after midnight a dark ship with black sails glides close to the rock. Two longboats are lowered to the water and approach the tower concealed by a suddenly appearing cloud of fog.

The guard tells McCleagh and he silently raises the alarm waking everyone in the tower and getting them ready to fight back.

The two guards start shooting the people in the boats.

Besmara jumps up and grabs McCleagh's Bow and arrows "Gimme that. All of my officers who can shoot something come to the top of the tower with me, all others go hold the door." she orders before rushing to the roof herself.

Once there she starts shooting the boats too.

Lito heads up top and grabs a crossbow. Then when he sees the others are ready, he starts quietly chanting to give everyone up top a clear view of what is in the fog.

The men in the boat keep rowing. It's about 30 of them.

Estelle misses even the boats with the javelin.

A scantily clad woman with little more than a cloth around her hips and one around the breasts casts a lightning bolt that runs through Estelle and into the door.

The door explodes into splinters.

With now clear sight she shoots another arrow - this time at the sorceress.

The arrow hits the woman, but simply falls off without effect.

Noonan waits by the door to hit the first thing that isn't Estelle.

Loremaster take 20 + 9 for a 29 to identify the spell effect on the woman. As soon as he knows the spell (I'm assuming it pro from normal misses,) he'll tell the others what it is and how to deal with it.

Hey, that was a a nice door! Try knocking next time you wench!

He continues to chant to clear up the fog and as he does so a golden shower of dust appears over the woman's boat.

Casts Glitterdust, DC 15 on the boat the woman is on, getting as many people as he can. Also do I need to keep clearing the fog, or can we see everyone, so I can switch to inspire courage next round?

Once a few people make it inside he pulls water from the bay and forms a wall of water where the door stood.


Narrator

Under order of McCleagh the guards and the pirates at the door form a cordon to greet the intruders. The first one is cut down by Noonan. Trytton shoots into the air making it rain over the area.

Trytton, are you at the top of the tower or at the door?

The second in line steps in to attack a guard.

The guards retaliate.

But only one of them gets a hit in.
Estelle can get two CMW potions from the Lady. But that means 4 rounds to get there, use them and get back.

She is protected from normal middles, use magic, melee or you are going to have hit her with a ton of mssiles to do anything.

This time the arrow gets through and draws blood. Even though it is but a scratch.

Isabella finds herself silenced. She throws a fit in the air but it is kind of silly as nothing is heard. She points to Lito and beneath him opens a large hole and an endless stream of boiling hot water shoots out of it to a height of 50foot.
Damage: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 2) = 10

Everyone else on the tower top is also burned by the spray of the geyser. 2 points of damage
Lito: DC 18 Reflex save, or you are thrown into the air and take 5d6 falling damage if you have no means to avoid that.

On the ground floor, it is the only way I can use my kinetic cover to block the door

The ballista bolt hits and penetrates the magic barrier.

The guards move out of the area of hot water and use their cross bows.

The crew of the other ship presses into the tower but can't even attack as they have to fight through the wall of water. Noonan stops the approach of the first one in. A barricade of dead bodies starts to form at the door.

The already hurt one gets killed too.

The snake then slithers towards Lito and tries to bite him.

Since he is in Silence, Lito stop chanting and tosses aside his crossbow. Then with a smile draws his rapeir and begins an elaborate attack, inspiring the others around him to attack the woman also.

Inspure courage around 5/14 but switched from verbal to a visual performance. Come on Besmara! I've got flanking and inspiration going for you, and she landed, so let's see you rip through her!
