I have updated the map, only 3 Zombies left, but they're fodder anyway, it's Pilk who is the real problem.

If Ghilda hasn't posted in another 4 hours I'll bot her, do Pilks action and then it's the party in action again.

You're right though, I will state whose action it is at the end of each post, makes it much clearer.

We currently have 28 crew. 20 are needed to sail with no penalty, which leaves 8 over to crew weapons. I would recommend increasing our crew if we can.

Note: we can always drop down to 10 sailors during combat (once any initial sailing checks have been done) to crew more weapons.

I've been going over the Infamy rules, and I have to agree with Marnir. Spending days on perform checks for a +1 increase isn't very good, or efficient.

So I've house ruled it, you gain Infamy and disrepute for notable actions.

The new sheet is at the top as Infamy rank.

Let me know if you think of any other deeds that should go on the sheet?

Gaining crew still requires a check (Diplomacy, bluff or intimidate).

One more thing. Infamy rank 10 is the first milestone. It means you are now becoming known in the ports rather than having to tell everyone who you are. Still not famous, but making a nasty name for yourselves.

It is also the point when you can head for Tidewater rock.

We can sell off what we don't want (which I suspect is most of it), some we can keep to arm the crew, and we can probably make use of those siege engines if we can transfer them from ship to ship. The falcate I fear we may have to sell, unless anyone wants to learn to use it as their 5th level feat.

I'm thinking of keeping the +1 keen falcata.

I realize that I would need to use a feat to properly wield it but now that we go up a level, I suddenly have a feat available. :)

Is that too presumptuous for Markizio who just recently joined the crew?

Ghilda you can reroll the 1, or take the average. Which for a Cleric is 5 + con bonus.

Keen on a weapon is a nice thing. Svard was doing 1d8 + 4 damage with the Falcata. Crit on 17-20 for x3 damage.
