The heroes are called to investigate a young man's claim that something from the sea kidnapped his fiancé while he was visiting her at a remote village. What was it, and will the heroes be its next victims?
As you go from room to room none of them appear to have anything that would help you in your mission. The few objects of interest that are found are just artifacts(not magical artifacts) of an ancient civilization.
"While this is all very interesting from an anthropological standpoint, We're here for another mission today. Where should we go now? " Castiel says, looking up to the next layer of rooms.
Flying to the top of the tower gives you an ever more impressive view of the island. You also see an area that you had missed before. There seems to be a staircase carved into the island that leads into the sea.

"Well barnacles! I guess I owe someone 50 gold. Lets go check out the second level and retrieve Castiel's horse. Then we can go inter tha sea?" Rasso asks the others, eying the staircase.
"There was a staircase this whole time?!? " Castiel exclaims. "How did we miss that on our initial sweep? Nevermind, It look like there's nothing on this level of the lsland, let's head back down. "
just commenting that we could have walked up those had we circled the island. I think we'll go down to the 2nd level now, walking down the staircase if possible, or does the staircase only go up to the lower levels?
I don't remember a post about circling the island, sorry about that. The staircase's seems to disappear.
I misspoke. A section of the island plunged into the sea it seems. The stairways is near this area, and while it goes down it does not make it to the 2nd level.
Mordecai spurs his pets to turn around and head down to Castiel's horse and his guarding cloaker. "There's nothing up there!" he calls out amidst the wind. "Let's try another part of the island!"

Lol, that was anything but clear. But if the top level appears to be abandoned, we should go back and get Skit. Then explore the second level of the mountain/island.
With the beach front being level 1, and counting up from there, which levels does the stair connect?
Castiel prefers to slowly lower himself down rather than taking a risk with flying skeletons again. Once he has ensured his horse's safety, he leads the group toward the nearby building on this level.

Yep I agree with Rasso, now you just dumped half the place in the sea I have no idea where we are other than up the top of some building of hovering rooms :( with some old stuff that dos not work any more.

Dizit sits and drinks her tea, then a small bat comes and lands on her arm. She takes a note from it, and reads it, then burns it. Se packs away her things and looks to the others.
"I'm sorry to say I am needed at once at by the council, I think I have all the information I need now to make a suitable report. I do wish you luck in your endeavors here, I have every confidence in your ability, to resolve this matter. Should you survive I hope to meet you again, But for me this is good bye."
With that a silver ovoid surrounds her then shrinks to nothing as she is teleported way to more pressing events.

Sorry about that. Could you tell me what it is not clear? It seems we lost Dizit. I would prefer to clear everything up before we lose anyone else.

I may not have been clear earlier, but the stairs don't connect any of the levels.
