I did a bit of skill redistribution and bought a cloak of resistance. Everything else is the same. The game's been great fun so far, and the descriptions of actions are spot on. I look forward to what's in store!

I think that this went really well, and I am also quite enjoying it so far. Looking things over, I'm pretty happy with how I'm set up and think I'll pass on the opportunity to make changes.

Mira, I just realized that I completely missed the "(In case she doesn't offer care)" tag you put there when I read your post. Sorry about that, I feel a bit foolish for missing it.
I do think our group has more of a face feel. I mean, we've got a paladin after all. :b
While Mira is obviously great at diplomacy due to being a bard, she would rather be an assistant in public matters due to being an android maid. Due to my +11 in Diplomacy I auto-aid every time; Mira can assist Okian in his public appearances if he has no objections to that idea.
Also, I definitely agree that we're a more face-oriented party.
Ko is lamentaby not especially good at any sort of diplomatic endeavours. Not having spoken a word in who knows how long can do that to a kasatha. I'll try to assist but may not succeed.
If the Paladin and Bard were having issues with being diplomatic I would be very concerned.
I want to say, some of my favorite Stephen King Richard Bachman stories are The Long Walk and The Running Man, and so far this has been doing a fantastic job of emulating the kind of atmosphere about them that gripped me so much. I'm really happy to be able to be a part of this, and am really looking forward to getting in there and axperiencing the Crawl! :D

Speaking of which: obviously, there will be maps to use. For some reason, Google Docs doesn't work at my workplace, though I can usually manage it just fine at my home. That would mean combat maps would only update in the evening my time. Is that acceptable, or would you prefer to have some other means of mapping in play?
I think that should be fine. If it proves to be inconvenient, we can always adjust.
I agree. The only other alternative I can think of would be something like Roll20, but I've found that I really like the way google docs works for PbP and would still prefer it even with possible timing hiccups.
Google docs is definitely the best thing for me, I generally post from my phone, and I can view maps and such on google docs from it, but can't view it from roll20.
Remember to include your bonuses (and, though hopefully it won't come up, your penalties) from the crowd. Mira in unfortunately immune to the benefits, but the rest of you can enjoy them! They're in the header at the top of each page.
Question for the other party members; should we set up an assumption where, if it does not cause enemies to move up in the order, we have everyone else delay so Mira goes first? Delaying so she can set up her performance is generally the sound decision and I'd rather get that question out of the way now rather than ask every time we initiate combat.
