Female Human (HP: 50/50; AC22/25; FF17/20; T15; F8;R8;W4/5) Fighter/4, Ranger/1

Karethas - I think that you still have your Bonded Item spell if you want to use it.

Male Elf Bard - 5

Seeing that my target has disappeared all of a sudden I turn my attention to Amir, placing my hand on his arm. As long as there is no-one else near him to hit me.

Cure Light Wounds : 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

I will post Round 9 once the enemies have acted.

Faelar- you know Amir fell right next to the invisible janni sooo likely he'll be threatening... or maybe with a WIS 8 you don't.

Female Human (HP: 50/50; AC22/25; FF17/20; T15; F8;R8;W4/5) Fighter/4, Ranger/1

The area should also be Greased.

Male Elf Bard - 5

In that case I will cast the spell and hold the charge, the walk over to Amir and release the charge, so it doesn't provoke any attacks of opportunities. Also I was assuming Kardswann is Large, so taking up 4 squares, which is all that Grease covers, I believe. So only the squares under him are slippery, so walking next to Amir on the other side should have both Amir and I out of the Grease.

Faelar casts a healing spell and moves to revive Amir as the little dragon launches back into the air and toward the archers on the balcony above. Kzrira ignores her former mentor to bend and recover her weapon. This elicits another nip from the floating head.
Kzrira-1 hp. DC 13 fort or -1 Wis.

The archer steps aside and fires point blank at the div, seriously wounding it. While it angrily howls, Karethas flings an orb of acid after ordring the misty raptor after the archers. Karethas-no DR, but SR 13

ok, Amir is conscious and I need Karethas' SR roll then i'll finish the round.

Female Human (HP: 50/50; AC22/25; FF17/20; T15; F8;R8;W4/5) Fighter/4, Ranger/1

Fort: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15

--> Still Wis -1

Kzrira take another nip from the denizen of the nether planes, but again manages to shake off the chill from its bite. She watches the head out of the corner of her eye knowing that the next two shots are going right between its ugly eyes, but her eyes are mostly focuses on the woman she had called mother for nearly 20 years.

M Pseudodragon - 15pt - Oracle (flame) 4

Auri- you may charge an archer if you like. you've got enough movement.

Oooh - a flaming Auri rocket.

Male Human Wizard (Conjurer)/ Level: 5 |HP: 32 of 32| F=2 R=4 W=6 |Initiative +6| Perception +6 |AC 13(17 w/ Mage Armor)

Kzrira-I used my Arcane Bond spell to cast Sleep on the tower outside so they didn't raise an alarm. My only remaining spell is Grease. Voodoo-I meant SR there. The Acid Dart bypasses SR.

Male Human Rogue (3) Fighter (2)

I could've sworn I had a potion but nothing is on my sheet...mhmmm

By Abadar that hurt!

Any chance on an updated map? I am slightly lost...or an update of the fiel I just can't seem to suss it out all the way.

Female Human (HP: 50/50; AC22/25; FF17/20; T15; F8;R8;W4/5) Fighter/4, Ranger/1

Amir, do a search on "potion" in the thread and see if you got one and did not drink it. I think you and I should each have one from somewhere, you probably forgot to list it.

EDIT - here is the link I think from about 4 weeks ago. You might have one from February or MArch as well, I did not look that far back as I have to run now.

Amir takes the Potion

M Pseudodragon - 15pt - Oracle (flame) 4

Ok charge resolving... they only have bows out, so should ruin their day a bit

Attack 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 8 + 2 = 18
Save or Sleep.
Sting—injury; save Fort DC 12;

Karethas- Ah, I was going by an acid dart spell on the d20pfsrd and didn't notice it wasn't official content. course, i did just notice the acid DR...

Kzrira's steel arrow is quickly expelled from the beastly horned head and it actually stops yelling and laughs as the splash of acid drips harmlessly off its face. The tiny dragon swoops into the balcony in the wake of the breezy bird. The injured gnoll archer is buffeted by the elemental and his partner is stung with pixie poison causing him to slump to the floor snoring. The lone awake gnoll on the second floor fires at the elemental hitting it. elem-5 Two archers remain on the floor above and fire down on the bloody rogue. Amir-7

The horrible head continues harrying Kzrira, but she nimbly dodges its maddening bite. Haleen looks around for the tall (not Large) janni who is nowhere to be seen. "She is a fair shot, master, and brave if foolish. I personally saw to her training. It would be a pity to kill her."

Just wondering whether you included the +4 to AC for Amir since he is still prone from collapsing when he was knocked unconscious.

Round 10

Amir, be careful.

I again step back and fire at the head.

Attack-rapid shot: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 7 + 1 + 1 + 1 - 2 = 27
Damage: 1d8 + 4 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 1 + 1 = 11

Attack-rapid shot: [dice[1d20+7+1+1+1-2[/dice]
Damage: 1d8 + 4 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 1 + 1 = 14

the AC bonus is for a low profile when the shooters at the same level. In this case, I think prone would actually be easier to hit when firing from nearly overhead. On the plus side, he apparently still has a potion of cure moderate wounds to slurp before the arrows hit.

oh, and fix your 2nd attack roll Kzrira- and roll something less than 18 for a change :P

M Pseudodragon - 15pt - Oracle (flame) 4

The archers will be busy, so that might stop the arrow spam on us

Female Human (HP: 50/50; AC22/25; FF17/20; T15; F8;R8;W4/5) Fighter/4, Ranger/1

Oops, missed that screw up on the post. Here is the second roll.

Attack-rapid shot: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 7 + 1 + 1 + 1 - 2 = 16

Male Elf Bard - 5

Round 9 : I will draw my wand out and attempt to remove some more of Amir's wounds with it. All the while still singing.

Revived and ready to help his companions, Amir leaps from the stage brushing against something he can't see and strikes at the div narrowly missing, but at least the fiend is no longer laughing.

Amir- your way is too obstructed for a charge. waiting for Karethas and Auri, I believe.

Male Human Wizard (Conjurer)/ Level: 5 |HP: 32 of 32| F=2 R=4 W=6 |Initiative +6| Perception +6 |AC 13(17 w/ Mage Armor)

Karethas frowns as his ruse fails. He notices the Div's distress and throws another glob of acid at it, trying to keep clear of hitting Amir. The air elemental presses it's attack on the archers, keeping it's arrows from falling on those below.

Auri attacks the other archer with his flaming tail...

Attack 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
Damage 1d6 ⇒ 2

Pfft!

The elemental whips up the last gnoll archer on the second balcony and tosses him over the edge to his death. Despite the Div's apparent near immunity to acid, Karethas tosses another glob its way missing. Kzrira rapid fires a pair of arrows at the floating head, one hits but is only a flesh wound and is quickly expelled to little affect.

Aurichalcum takes on the remaining pair of archers above swinging his burning stinger as he swoops past. They return fire in a general sense, but the arrows come nowhere near.

The div smaps at Amir missing just as the tall scarred janni reappears towering over the short archer. "She dies!" he howls as he swings his heavy axe down on her. Kzrira- 13 hp

With Kardswann finally reappearing, Karathas calls out to the air elemental and then quickly casts a spell. A thick coating of grease appears under the tall janni.

Auran:
"The tall one is visible! Attack him please!"

The air elemental turns from the downed gnolls and swoops down towards Kardswann, it's smoky claws extended out before it as it slams into the scarred figure.

I think that this is the last round of Faelar's Inspire Courage, if not deduce +1 from att and damage

Round 11

Not particularly surprised to see the huge janni appear infront of her, but rather surprised to find herself bleeding profusely from the large gouge the janni's axe left as it cleaved through her calf. Kzrira bites her tongue to resist the pain, as she whispers a prayer to the Dawnflower and once again steps back and fires her bow hoping against hope that the janni does not have much left in it.

Please Sarenrae, bless these shots and let me finish off this monster of evil.

5-foot step back (not sure of my postion, but assume that I can do this.

Male Elf Bard - 5

Whilst moving behind Kzrira, I would have continued singing, but upon realising that it wasn't having the same effect I would have stopped. In short, By Kzrira's attack and damage in round 11, my bonus would have worn off. I think I have an idea what my next feat will be :)

Female Human (HP: 50/50; AC22/25; FF17/20; T15; F8;R8;W4/5) Fighter/4, Ranger/1

Lingering Performance is a nice thing, especially once you reach 7th level and can start a performance with a Move action.

Also, Faelar, don't forget you have an almost fully charged CLW wand which will not draw AoO when you use it I don't think.

Male Elf Bard - 5

That was the plan for the next feat, means I can triple my amount of Performances. As for the wand, I already have that out and have been suing it. I can't do much else during this combat, so I will just be healing with the wand whenever possible. I am all out of Performances and Spells.

Female Human (HP: 50/50; AC22/25; FF17/20; T15; F8;R8;W4/5) Fighter/4, Ranger/1

If you can give Amir flanking, he will get the 1d6 sneak damage bonus. Other than that, healing is key.

Male Human Rogue (3) Fighter (2)

I guess I need to try to get this div thing dealt with rather than try to dance with the Janni and leaving this thing behind me...

Standard attack with L Mace 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 1 = 8

Feint attempt vs. the div--> 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21 The hope being to full attack it next round with the feint

Near the top of the battle market, Aurichalcum releases a burst of flame which engulfs the remaining archers. The smoldering gnolls howl in pain, but keep firing at the pernicious little dragon. One shot hits. Auri-3 hp

Below, Faelar circles around the combatants ready to assist Kzrira. Amir continues to pair off with the demonic head missing as Karathas conjures an oily mass beneath the vicious janni's feet. Again the genie falls cursing as the elemental swoops down on him, but is beaten back.

Kzrira staggers aside bleeding badly as she fires at her attacker. Unfortunately, the angle is bad and her first arrow ricochets off Kardswann's breastplate. The second sticks in a dead gnoll near him.

The genie carefully gets to his feet and readies his axe to finish Kzrira when Haleen suddenly steps between them and deflect the awkward swing of the axe with her blade.

Kzrira feels some of her more serious gashes close as the cool healing magic flows through her.

Thank you mother, and thanks Faelar, I should survive at least a few more seconds.

Kzrira again attempts to calm her nerves as she calmly aims her bow and again fires at the janni hoping that her shots land this time.

Male Human Rogue (3) Fighter (2)

I think it is, in fact, impossible for me to suck anymore on damage than that. ;-p Until the diecbot decides there is a 0 face on the die.

Above Aurichalcum drives a burning stinger into an already severely burned gnoll and it dies painfully as it falls still smoking. The last archer has had enough and quickly backs away from the small yet still lethal dragon.

Amir's feint is successful, but the follow up is only a glancing blow though the div appears to have felt it. It swoops at him jaws extended, but its fangs grate on leather armor.

The whistling elemental nearly knocks the janni over as he stands bludgeoning the scarred gnoll leader. It's next strike, however is knocked aside with a parry of the great axe. Karethas takes advantage of the distraction and lands an acid glob on the chief.

Faelar releases a spell from the wand and staunches the bleeding from Kzrira's wound, but the archer is still wounded and running out of room to avoid the janni's reach. She steps back toward the hallway and keeps firing, but her injury hinders her. The flagging Janni follows dividing his attacks between the two women and Faelar finds himself suddenly in the action as well.

"Traitor!" The janni screams as he whirls the wicked battle axe all about and again cuts into Kzrira and with a powerful back swing slices into Haleen.
