I am pretty sure not - it is "+1 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls". Actually, reading the description with the "attack" being separate from the "weapon damage" if I were the DM, I would read that you guys would get the +1 on the touch attack, but not on the damage as it is magic damage and not "weapon damage" whereas I would get it with my bow since it is a weapon.

Here are my attacks - fighting defensively for AC20.
Attack-Hammer: 1d20 + 5 - 4 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 5 - 4 - 2 = 18 <-- -4 Fighting Defensively, -2 Small Weapon
Damage: 1d6 + 1 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 1 + 1 = 7 <-- Not sure what damage is. I am using 1d6 assuming this is a Warhammer that is made for a size Small person. Three +1 are Str, Magic weapon, bard song.

Alright, I'm back. Weds are my big 12 hours at work day : P
Amir is quick down the stairs behind Aurichalcum lighting the way with a torch. Faelar follows with his wand at the ready and softly singing an inspiring song. Karethas stays behind Kzrira who has her l'il magic hammer read to go. The crunch of the ancient charred bones beneath the boots of the living draws the enraged djinni from his sepulcher.
With a rattle and moan the ectoplasmic skeleton floats through the top of the stone coffin. Kzrira strikes and feels some resistance as her hammer drags through the incorporeal remnants of the ghostly robes. Then she disappears at Karethas' touch.
The ghost begins howling in a despair that prickles your skin and scales. DC 16 will or shaken Then a shining brass blur darts in with a blast of radiant energy.

Still singing I see Kzrira disappear and look around quickly to see if I can locate her, but upon failing get worried. Then I hear the moan of the Edimmu again and my attention is snapped back to where it should be. I step closer to it and try to touch it with my wand, a look of doubt written across my face.

There's some really good attack rolls in there, great job guys. Kzrira, for future reference, don't forget your buffs from me and Faelar, not going to matter with 5 roll, but it might in the future :-).
Karethas frowns, as Kzrira fails to hit and reappears. He reaches out again and casts the same spell. "I'm making you invisible girl! The Edimmu will not be able to dodge your attacks."
Round 2
Move next to Kzrira, Cast Vanish on her again. Figured she needed the help since she is attacking it's full AC rather than touch, using a small weapon, and fighting defensively.

Amir waves his torch to distract the restless spirit, but it is more interested in Faelar and another burst of painful positive energy. Kzrira reappears for a moment to swing wide with the little hammer and then vanishes again with Karethas' assistance. The deadjinni lunges at Faelar and its fingers brush past the elf's shoulder leaving painful frostbite marks. Faelar-2 hp Then Auri hits it with yet another burst of life energy and it screams in rage.
do we have a DC 11 for Faelar's wand and DC 14 for Auri?

I think so on the saves - one reason why Faelar should be casting CLW so that the save DC is higher. Didn't realize he was using the wand.

I shift around and attack from behind trying to give everyone else flanking.
Not fighting defensively this round since it is not attacking me.

That is why I am using the wand, it does not provoke attacks of opportunity to use in combat. The DC for the wand is 11, yes.
I lunge at the Edimmu again, hoping to remove even more of it's pain and suffering.

But somehow I seem to miss the Edimmu all together. I continue with my performance, by the way.

I have the flank with Auri I think, so if Kzrira can set up for Faelar then I think the best thing for us to do is "Aid another" to drive the bonuses up to keep the wand slingers hitting...and my understanding is in line with Faelar, lower dcs to resist but no provoking on attacks seems a good opener.

Amir continues waving his torch to distract the ghost, but it appears to distract Auri as well and he fails to cast his spell correctly in the heat of the battle. Falear also misses with his wand. Kzrira is more succesful and suddenly appears at the opposite side of the room to strike the ghost and feel the magic hammer drag as it passes through the skeletal apparition.

Karethas gnashes his teeth in a exultant grin. "We shall win this battle yet." He moves his hands in complicated arcane gestures and points at the edimmu, causing a flash of light to appear around it's head.

R2 retcon - as he still would have had a move left after losing his spell, Auri 5' steps away from the creature.

Cast CLW - hold charge.
Will have to wait for R4 to 5' step back and lay on the touch attack I think. If I failed on a 14 then I have less than a 50/50 to even perform the spell in combat :(

Amir looks dazed perhaps confused as to why he's waving a torch, possibly having a senior moment. Nevertheless, Faelar lands a telling blow with his healing wand. The avenging spirit shreiks as Kzrira follows it up with another blow of her mini-magic hammer. Splatters of ethereal ectoplasm fly through you as the spirit spins and howls.

No, making an attack with a touch spell is part of the casting action I believe.
touch spellTouch Spells and Holding the Charge
In most cases, if you don't discharge a touch spell on the round you cast it, you can hold the charge (postpone the discharge of the spell) indefinitely. You can make touch attacks round after round until the spell is discharged. If you cast another spell, the touch spell dissipates.
Some touch spells allow you to touch multiple targets as part of the spell. You can't hold the charge of such a spell; you must touch all targets of the spell in the same round that you finish casting the spell.
Otherwise Im facing having to roll a 14+ to cast the spell (or lose it), possible AOO's, a to hit roll, and then it gets a save... thats an awful lot of 'not gonna happen' - so if the above is true, I'd be best gimping it and only shooting every second round. :p
R4 action will depend on what happens per the above - R1 I got a spell in, R2 I failed the roll and lost a spell, R3 would have been step back and cast for R4 delivery. If that doesn't work then I am out of sequence :(

ok Auri, got you. i missed that the concentration check was for round 2.
Kzrira vanishes again, but before Aurichalcum can close for the attack, a gust of wind spins around the room hurling the tiny dragon toward the wall. DC 25 fly check (at -4) or 8 hp non-lethal The winds whips up the ash and particles of bone in a stinging cloud that makes it difficult to see. 20% concealment.

I continue to sing, even though I can't see much and a piece of bone flies into my mouth. I spit the bone out and try to lunge with my wand at the area where the Edimmu was.

The wind blows out Amir's torch, but he continues poking the burned stick in the ghosts direction. (i'll assume Faelar's light is also up) Faelar squints through the grit and spits out a bone as he boldly pokes the spirit with his wand resulting in another bellow. Fighting against the wind, Kzriras hammer swing is deflected.
actions Karethas? why do you say he doesn't have dex?

Kzrira was invisible from the Vanish. Thus, the ghost should not get it's dex bonus against her attack while she was invisible and she got a +2 on attack (which is already added into my previous roll).

oops right you are. busy weekend so posts were a bit rushed, but that will be a hit!
Kzrira pops into view to rip through the ghostly skeleton yet again with her magic weapon. The spirit vents its wrath on the elf with its icy grip Faelar-1 hp cold just as the tiny dragon battles back against the wind to lay a final healing touch upon the cursed dead.
There is an immense implosion that sucks life force from everyone in the tomb as the sarcophagus cover splits with a crack and the pieces fall to the sides. The ash and bone fragments slowly precipitate to the floor and the presence is gone. DC 14 fort save or 1d4 Con damage.

Blowing the dust back out of his nostrils, Auri puffs himself back up to his fullest and mightiest stature "And victory is ours! A triumph of the Dragon and his comrades once again!" he seemingly misses the fact that he is covered in dust and sand, and is still half crumpled from his slamming against the crypt wall.
