As an fyi I got into a pretty big car wreck on Monday night, I am pretty banged up and typing and what not is really hard so I will do my best to keep up but my spottiness will probably continue through next week.

Clarifying question. Look like Varkata and I are on the same target can I move to flank with a 5' step or will I need to use a move action/acro check to get in position?

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. As for flanking, since it is a large foe, Amir will need a tumble to move around him.

Karethas is astonished at the giant monk's maneuverability, but recovers quickly. Her first shot is accurate, but knocked off course by the annoying jann. The next two are just wide. However, in deflecting the first shot, the jann leaves himself open and the last shot pierces deep into his neck, striking a vital artery.

Ugh, I can't heal fast enough to fix this -- also, I assume I lose flanking if Amir is stunned?

Ebon Flame: 1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 13 + 2 = 28 -1 fatigue and +1 haste cancel each other out, maybe +2 flanking in addition to the divine favour

Karethas considers his options quickly, and weighing Amir's life more highly than a quick resolution to the fight he steps next to the old man. "Lets get you out of this mess." Karethas whispers in his ear. Two pops and a woosh, and they are both gone.

I'm not counting on the monk's mercy, so I will teleport him as far away as I can with my remaining range. I started with 240ft, but I've been using it at twice the rate by teleporting someone else each time.

Varkata lands another powerful blow though the monk's metallic flesh resists some of the damage. Karethas grabs his gravely wounded companion and the pair jaunt away from certain death once again.

Speaking a prayer, to both the Drunken God and her own Sarenrae, Kzrira continues to fire arrows with her new increased speed at the earthen monk.

Attack-rapid shot: 1d20 + 16 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 16 - 2 + 1 = 28
Damage: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

Attack-rapid shot: 1d20 + 16 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 16 - 2 + 1 = 18
Damage: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16

Attack-iterative: 1d20 + 11 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 11 - 2 + 1 = 12
Damage: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

Attack-haste: 1d20 + 16 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 16 - 2 + 1 = 35 <-- sort of makes up for all the 1s and 2s (this time it is a 2 and a 3)
Damage: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

Confirm Crit: 1d20 + 16 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 16 - 2 + 1 = 26 <-- hopefully?
Damage: 2d8 + 16 ⇒ (8, 3) + 16 = 27

Kzrira's arrows continue to be hit and miss. Two are well wide, but one is on target, with the monk easily batting it aside. As before though, one of the next shots manages to sneak under the monks raised arm as it swats aside the first arrow, striking it deeply. Kzrira only hopes that her small arrows are enough to reach the evil genie's heart.

Another flurry of arrows fly at the Iron Giant. He easily knocks aside the first and defiantly bares his teeth as the next two arrows bounce off his iron skin. He cannot catch them all however, and an arrow passes through his guard and into his eye. The genie remains silent, taking the death shot with clenched teeth and the Iron Master of the Brass Tower collapses onto the floor.

Amir gasps suddenly as the air returns to him, Confounded monks.

Amir shrugs slightly to himself and then searches the bodies...

Perception: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (10) + 12 = 22 My particular focus is keys but hey, I will take what I can get...

The pair of Janni all shrink back to their human-scale size. The assassins have matching magical scimitars, studded leather and bows (all +1), as well as ornamentation that Amir values at 500 gold coind each. The leader wears only the red cloth bands and a ring of keys tied around his neck.

Varkata drives her blade into the Janni's chest, just to be sure he's well and truly dead before releasing another wave of healing energy.

Shortbows?

Amir stashes the various gear in his bag and considers the monk, [b]The red bands...magic? Let me see about the keys here..[/ooc]

Amir will gingerly inspect the keys to make sure they are "okay" to take... Take 20

sure, why not? I think Long bows are waay over represented in this game.

Varkata revives the party after a harrowing battle to the top of the tower and answers Amir's queries. The wraps are indeed magical, +2 body wrap of Mighty Strikes, the keys are not. There is one small iron key, a large brass one and four nearly identical medium sized brass keys.

Karethas notices the keys, "The smaller brass ones are likely for cells down below."

Sorry, been overwhelmed for a few days. So Amir is taking a shortbow for now.
Adding to my sheet as group loot
+1 Shortbow
x2 +1 Leather Armor
x2 +1 Scimitars
+2 Body Wrap of Mighty Strikes (I assume no one wants these)
1000gp in assorted ornamentation

Voodoo- I couldn't find a breakdown of what was on the priest from outside. Did he have anything of value?

Amir ignores the howling and screaming around him to focus on picking over the corpse. Though the old rogue lacks magical sight, he does have an eye for value. He reckons the thick belt of some strange leather and a tarnished Bestial buckle holds arcane power, as well as the unholy amulet still somehow hanging off the headless gnoll. The full plate is masterwork and obviously of great value and finally, the greataxe itself probably enhanced.

Kzrira looks at the bows and the other equipment as she feels the bubbly warmth of Cayden's blessing.
Nothing is much better than what I have. Could use the axe if I get in tight quarters. Might be better than the short sword, although I would be giving up the shield.

free the prisoners?

Amir shrugs at the notion of things being better and proceeds to continue to push things into the extradimensional nooks \and crannies of his satchel, I many need to pull a few things out soon, but I think I am okay for now. Despite the tension of their task the old rogue can't help but pat the bag and smirk to himself while hooping the magical bow over his shoulder.

Ah thank you Voddoo. I have a hand written note about that but we should make sure to add that to party loot.
