At the very bottom it says 99% taken from The Sixfold Trial. My guess is it was done for a non-Golarion world, so the deities got changed.
Your role in scene 3 is pretty easy if you have time. Drovalid offers to undertake the test of the flukes first.
For everyone's turn with the fluke:
Apply fluke, make a perform check to pretend to be in the throes of ecstasy, make a DC 17 fort save to avoid damage. Once you have made the act roll need to make a DC 20 Heal check (the specially enhanced daggers grant a +6 circumstance bonus to that roll). Each attempt mean another round of the rot grubs burrowing - so for each failed heal check please make another Fort save.

Rev returns her kiss. Her wince gives him a little smirk, which he doesn't entirely wipe of his face. Apparently he really enjoyed making her sore. But he certainly cares for her enough that he does something about it. His left hand gently moves down along her body, over her hip, to her behind. He focuses Pharasma's power through the spiral scar over his heart, the cure spell heals, 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11.
His voice a quiet whisper, probably still exhausted. "So, your friend sneaked in here and whispered in your ear while we were sleeping?" He teases her, his tone sweet, almost sad to see her go, but certainly not one to keep her against her wishes. "Of course, that means breakfast is on you, next time." Cocky bastard, assuming there will be a next time.
And to answer you question from last night, no it is not common. And while it may call for a response - which may be anything ranging from oh my god how does he do that to huh that's handy - depending on the person, Rev moved past it so quickly and seamlessly that it didn't seem to call for a response.
