Numeria has a long history of mystery and wonder buried under its rugged landscape, for on that one fateful night thousands of years ago, the Rain of Stars scarred the land. The fragmented remnants of a ship from beyond the stars fell from the sky, scattering strange technological ruins and deadly perils across the land. Today, these sites are feared by the barbaric tribes and coveted by the sinister spellcasters of the Technic League. Yet something worse than brutish berserker or super-science wizards has risen to power in these hidden technological ruins.
Something stirs in the shadows of Numeria and unless someone figures it out the whole world could be in danger.
Casting: When casting a spell defensivly if you fail you do not automaticly lose the spell, rather you provoke an attack as you normally would for not casting defensive. If you are hit you must make a concentration check dc 10+damage taken if you fail this check you lose the spell.
Rolls:
Many rolls will be handled by the GM in secret.(don't worry, I don't fudge.)
Any result that can influence the character behavior will not be rolled open.
Rolls that will be handled by the GM:
Perception
Sense Motive.
if you make the check I will send you a pm or make a post and put it in a spoiler depending on the situation.
Sometimes I will roll Initiative others I will ask you to roll depending on the situation. In some situation (rarely) I will bypass init entirely and have you all go first and enemies second or have enemies go first and you all go after.
Combat rules:
I'm a fair GM, I dont roll combat in secret, I don't change results, I don't ignore bad calls from the characters.
Sometimes, character dies, but I'm not a player killer, if I think that an encounter will be easy handled, when it should be more challenging, I will make it a more challenging, if the party it's not prepared to face something, I will drop hints, if they insist... well killing one or two players never made me lack sleep...
Actions:
I'm a GM that do not punish the character for trying something new or cool, or even strange. Visual appealing actions are encouraged, the dc will of course depend on what are you trying, but you can try! If what you want to do is wicked cool, I can even bend the game mechanics to allow it! The most importat part is: You are villains. Villains are smart, resourceful and have style! Have you ever seen a memorable villain that could just swing his sword and do nothing more?
Posting Rate
If it could be done, I expect 1/day posting, if you can post more, it will really good.
During weekend, this rule does not apply. If you are able to post, great! But dont stress over this, everyone need some time to rest (In my case, I need time to play and DM :D on my tabletop games).
Level up
Aside from character creation, when you level up, if you want something not from core rulebook, you'll need to search it inside the game. basicly what you need to do is just show in game your character is searching for that knowledge. This rule is not meant to prohibit anything, I just don't like something like this: "Character always as a full caster, never picked up a sword in his entire life, and then he gain a new level and says: Master, I'll level up as a fighter now..."
Just a reminder: Once he learns the PCs are heading
to Scrapwall, Torch’s elderly high priest of Brigh, Joram
Kyte, contacts the PCs with a personal request. He believes
that an old associate of his, a woman named Dinvaya, has
taken up residence in Scrapwall after she was forced to flee
from the Technic League’s persecution many years ago. His
research has indicated she’s not dead, but he hasn’t been
able to contact her—he gives the PCs his personal holy symbol of
Brigh as a token to show Dinvaya in order to help earn her
trust and a letter to deliver to her. At the very least, Joram would like confirmation that she’s dead or not living in Scrapwall. Joram promises to give the PCs his lesser rod of extend metamagic as a reward
once they complete this task.

"Are we going to have to fight those rats whenever we go out to that old ship?" Pharysene asked out loud.
"I wouldn't try to go back they will be swarming the thing by now it is in their territory after all and you already got most of the good stuff I would say says Dinvaya

Kinna produces the letter for Dinvaya. "They had a letter for you, Dinvaya." She offers the letter to the woman.
"Oh? let me see." she grabs the letter and reads it.
"Hmm so the technic league have lost interest in me and my friend believes it would be safe for me to return to Torch. Unfortunately I rather like it here I wont be returning just yet but I if your heading back to Torch I would like to give you a letter a reply once I have written it. In any case you lot don't seem like typical salvagers what brings you to scrapwall? I get the feeling it was more than just delivering a letter"

"So, what is going on in Torch?" Sylvia asked. "My companion and I had heard rumors of something going on, but didn't have a chance to get there before you all found us."
@Xaikon the suit modification will be done and only cost like 100 gold but will take a day.
"Well whatever it is that brought you here I am guessing it has something to do with the lords of rust and the new church of Hellion. Up until recently they were siphoning an enormous amount of power from somewhere when the link was suddenly cut. I had a theory that the power was coming from the facility under torch..."
"Was, it stopped a few days ago. It was being beamed using a power transmitter to the temple of Hellion and while I cant know the source for certain it was coming from the direction of Torch. I managed to intercept and steal a bit for myself too" she says with a grin.
Kinna nods. "Interesting. Assuming it was being beamed directly from the source, we should be able to track it down by walking in a straight line down the path of travel."
She turns to the group from Torch. "Do we need to complete your tasks here before journeying back toward Torch in the the direction of the energy source?"
Xaikon hands over the money to have the suit modified, Here you go for altering the suit.. She stands with outstretched wings and arms so Dinvaya can take measurements.
Well we need to wait a day for the suit to be altered before we can leave Scrapwall.

I've lost sight a bit, at what the variety of jobs was, that we still have active.
We've delivered the letter, delayed Torch's impending doom from being blown up.
Jayla is polishing her daggers, listening to the others.
High radiation or just radiation? There are a couple of suits that protect from low radiation, but the 1 thing that protects from high radiation is super expensive.
Lately the has been a growing movement in this area. A group called the Lords of rust who claim to follow the will of a god called Helion have all but completely taken over scrapwall. Nearly every gang here is under their thumb.
That sucks. I totaled my car a couple of years ago, no injuries but was a huge pain in the butt to do the paperwork and get a new one. Glad no one was hurt, DM.
Kn: Local check to see if Kinna knows of any other androids in town, particularly this priestess of Hellion working for the Lords of Rust.
You go out to the outskirts of the main base of the lords of rust and try to scout it out. (there are several lords of rust each with their own base but this is the one were the android priestess operated out of)
The ridge of refuse and junk is sheer here, like the face of a cliff. A gray metal wall sits at the base of the cliff, with a sizable metallic deck protruding south from its surface. This open-air deck is sheltered by a ragged awning of furs and scrap. Metallic double doors sit in the center of the metal wall, and above these doors protrudes a metallic armature of some sort with what appears to be a tube-shaped device fitted with a red crystal extending from the tip. A few scorch marks mar the deck’s surface here and there between the edge of the platform and the doors. You do not see any guards outside.
Guess flying onto the deck could result in me being attacked by that metal thing, as she eyes the wall of steel for better approach to enter the structure.
Looking at the entire structure shape, spotting windows higher up, she speaks of her idea, Well i can take to flight, gaining height over there somewhere, then glide over the structure to land on top of it. See what is up there too, but make my way to the windows to take a peek inside, seeing I can hover easily.
Seeing this is a long process, please do any require rolls for Xaikon to speed up the process of reporting back to the group.
The roof of the structure is a large satellite dish. Xaikon can see activity in the windows here and there but is eventually spotted and guards fire on her using rifles and she is forced to retreat.
