Numeria has a long history of mystery and wonder buried under its rugged landscape, for on that one fateful night thousands of years ago, the Rain of Stars scarred the land. The fragmented remnants of a ship from beyond the stars fell from the sky, scattering strange technological ruins and deadly perils across the land. Today, these sites are feared by the barbaric tribes and coveted by the sinister spellcasters of the Technic League. Yet something worse than brutish berserker or super-science wizards has risen to power in these hidden technological ruins.
Something stirs in the shadows of Numeria and unless someone figures it out the whole world could be in danger.
Casting: When casting a spell defensivly if you fail you do not automaticly lose the spell, rather you provoke an attack as you normally would for not casting defensive. If you are hit you must make a concentration check dc 10+damage taken if you fail this check you lose the spell.
Rolls:
Many rolls will be handled by the GM in secret.(don't worry, I don't fudge.)
Any result that can influence the character behavior will not be rolled open.
Rolls that will be handled by the GM:
Perception
Sense Motive.
if you make the check I will send you a pm or make a post and put it in a spoiler depending on the situation.
Sometimes I will roll Initiative others I will ask you to roll depending on the situation. In some situation (rarely) I will bypass init entirely and have you all go first and enemies second or have enemies go first and you all go after.
Combat rules:
I'm a fair GM, I dont roll combat in secret, I don't change results, I don't ignore bad calls from the characters.
Sometimes, character dies, but I'm not a player killer, if I think that an encounter will be easy handled, when it should be more challenging, I will make it a more challenging, if the party it's not prepared to face something, I will drop hints, if they insist... well killing one or two players never made me lack sleep...
Actions:
I'm a GM that do not punish the character for trying something new or cool, or even strange. Visual appealing actions are encouraged, the dc will of course depend on what are you trying, but you can try! If what you want to do is wicked cool, I can even bend the game mechanics to allow it! The most importat part is: You are villains. Villains are smart, resourceful and have style! Have you ever seen a memorable villain that could just swing his sword and do nothing more?
Posting Rate
If it could be done, I expect 1/day posting, if you can post more, it will really good.
During weekend, this rule does not apply. If you are able to post, great! But dont stress over this, everyone need some time to rest (In my case, I need time to play and DM :D on my tabletop games).
Level up
Aside from character creation, when you level up, if you want something not from core rulebook, you'll need to search it inside the game. basicly what you need to do is just show in game your character is searching for that knowledge. This rule is not meant to prohibit anything, I just don't like something like this: "Character always as a full caster, never picked up a sword in his entire life, and then he gain a new level and says: Master, I'll level up as a fighter now..."
The rats squeal and try to avoid the flames two of them are caugh of guards but the other safely rolls away unharmed.
reflex:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 With Evasion
reflex:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 With Evasion
reflex:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17 With Evasion
Kinna punches a command into the keys on her forearm gauntlet and a fan of coruscating light in a million clashing, eye-searing colors flashes out at the ratmen after they attack.
Figuring val to be the most dangerous foe they all go for her first.
The rats use acrobatics to move unpredictably and two of them move to each side of Valeria. will the another comes at her head on.
acrobatics:1d20 + 12 ⇒ (18) + 12 = 30 acrobatics:1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16
One of them slips up however and leaves an opening for val to sing. So val gets both an attack of op and a readied action swing)
The one not flanking goes for a bite
bite:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 111d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 Make 2 fort saves one for disease and the other for lycanthropy if hit.
Your go.
Because of positions you would only be able to color spray one currently let me know if you still do that.
With the rats attacking, Sylvia decided that it was her group or theirs and acted accordingly. "You buncha blighters ain't stoppin' us!" she yelled out as she swung her sword at the nearest vermin.
Xaikon looks down at the battle and decides to try out her new spell she acquired recently. She chants while her hands dances and finally points to where a cloud appears, try to position to attempt to hit two foes at once. Arcs of electricity leaps out at the ratmen.

"Yes. Back to," She sighs; Scrapwall.
"Be it ever so humble, there's no place like home." She said, rolling her eyes.
"Hopefully Dinvaya will have some advice on what to do next. She has a small workshop set up were she makes money by repairing alien technology for the salvagers. We can hide out there for a while."
She looked at you all critically.
"Say, is anyone injured?" She asked aloud.
Heal check:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
The corpses carry a few pieces of broken technologies but otherwise just junk (leather armour, daggers, a few coins ect..)
You make your way to the workshop of Dinvaya Lanalei to lay low.
When you enter Dinvaya's guard-dog actives a towering monster of spare parts (a junk golem) however noticing Kinna and pharysene it allows you to enter.
"Glad you made it" says Dinvaya "Saw you take down the Manticore, that was mighty impressive of you." she says. "You are going to want to be careful now thought. You killed some of Marrows gang and he isn't likely to let that slide."

"What, you don't know the answer to that question?
Everyone knows stealing from a dragon is a VERY bad idea and very much not recommended.
I do recall a tale of a dragon that tracked every piece of it's horde that was stolen, and got every piece back by force.
This included destroying a whole castle all the way down to the underground vault where just one of the dragon's stolen coins was hidden."
Tale is based of an adventure a game shop owner I know played in.
I can relay the tale in the discussion thread if you want to know more about it.
Coins of dragon summoning.... very scary.
Kinna nods. "I have not heard that story before, but it does reinforce my point that one should not steal from a dragon." She turns and nods at Xaikon. "May I see what you found before we encountered you?"
She can craft/fix broken Wondrous or Technological items, so she might be able to re-size that suit you found right before Kinna joined up. Is there anything else like that?
She presents the red flight suit (scatterlight) to Kinna. Found this suit, but has no holes for wings. Would it be possible to alter for wings, else probably sell it for funds to other equipment.

A scatterlight suit is a tight, form-fitting suit of highly reflective polymers and synthetic metal fibers. It's designed to reflect beam weapon attacks, and provides only minimal protection against physical damage. Activating a scatterlight suit is a standard action; once activated, the suit diffuses and blurs light reflected from its surface, making the wearer appear hazy and indistinct.
While active, a scatterlight suit increases the wearer's touch AC by a variable amount—this bonus is an armor bonus, but does not increase the wearer's normal or flat-footed AC beyond the scatterlight suit's baseline armor bonus of +1. This bonus to touch AC only applies to attacks made by beam weapons and rays—it does not provide additional protection to other touch attacks.

"Is there any way to keep the rest of the rodents away from the ship?" Sylvia asked as their host took the suit from Xaikon. "There is no way in all nine layers of Hell I'll let them keep me from that prize, guv, I'm gonna learn all I can from it as quick as I can." It almost seemed like her eyes shone brighter and grew three sizes as she thought about the ship they left behind. "Oh, by the by, you know a good priest that can get rid of a poltergeist keepin' us from the engine room?"
