Dyrant manages to stay up with six arrows in him, but then drops as the poison rushes through his system. Aralynn rushes back to him (double move, heals in Round 3) while Atol keeps the poison from causing any more damage. Glimmil rushes up and tries to stab one with his lance, but just misses even with Atol's blessing. Toffitt also moves up to be a distraction as Finneas puts up a second fog cloud to protect the priests.
The gnolls move nimbly back from Glimmil in the difficult terrain and fire a dozen more arrows quickly at the party.

While Dyrant does his impression of leaf on the wind much more blood is spilled in the jungle. Finneas hacks into one gnoll while Glimmil gets another. Toffitt is able to finish off the one gnoll Finneas started on, but can't quite take down the one Glimmil hit.
The gnolls do the flanking dance so everyone gets one. Unfortunately for them, it does them no good against the raging doctor and none of them hit this time.

Unaware of the slaughter in progress, Dyrant protects himself to deal with the gnolls while Atol does his best to rush up.
Cog misses, but Glimmil splatters the gnoll in front of him. Cog then takes Glimmil around to flank another gnoll. Finneas wipes the gnoll splatter off his face as he hacks into the next gnoll (G2). Toffitt smiles as Glimmil provides a flank and finishes off the gnoll (G2) with his two attacks. The last three gnolls take more swings at Toffitt and one manages to catch him with his battleaxe.
