Odric pulls a glass flask filled with oil from his pack. He begins pouring the oil on the rest of the body, being careful not to spill any on the floor or on himself. He takes out his flint and steel and commences trying to set the monstrosity alight. Once it is blazing, Odric intends to hack it to pieces.

Morkeleb remains calm and stern under Sandor's rant. Knowledge isn't what causes evil, my good dwarf. It's the practitioner. There is no reason to destroy knowledge that could be put to a useful purpose. Personally, I'd rather prevent Rolth from practicing his vile arts here by watching you cleave him in twain--he has clearly been corrupted by his dark arts such that there is little he will not do.
Since Sandor has made his intentions clear, Morkeleb now looks to the library, looking for what is useful to salvage, before a Dwarven molotov cocktail finds its way into the bookshelves.

You can, but they still need to be deciphered. I'd have tried the "Command Undead" first (I looked at the spoiler since you specifically said you told me) as it's most likely to be used!!

If trapped, I'll disarm.
Disable Device:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
I'll oil the hinges--they should be accessible from this side unless this construction isn't normal. Likewise we're leaving a room so locks shouldn't be a problem. If they are:
Disable Device:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15, 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19, 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27

Sandor watches as Odric sprinkles the oil on the body and then watches it catch fire. As Odric hacks off the the limbs one of them falls to the ground Sandor removes his helm and squats down getting a closer look at the burning flesh.
He is entranced at watching the flesh blacken and then shrivel up he reaches down and picks up the limb placing it back on the table with the rest of the body.
Everyone can tell his gauntlet is getting warm and then hot. He looks at his hand removes it from the burning limb, and then back to the shrivling flesh. Mindless of his action he takes the heated gauntlet and touches the misshapen scars on his face and neck. His eyes close with the lids fluttering slightly the heat on his face is disturbing to you, but seems to calm him.
He snaps out of his reverie, and in a quiet voice Morkelb I will not disagree that knowledge is the problem, and I also would love to cleave Rolth in twain. But take a look at your own statement that his dark arts corrupted him. We obviously cannot carry this library out of here, nor can we carry all of his equipment. So dening him use of these foul items will set him back at least, and maybe piss him off enough to hunt us while he is weak and without an undead army.
Sandor shifts the topic a little Now we have the head it's a beginning
“Our ways are not as yours. If a body does not go whole to the fires of the gods, the smoke of a warrior’s spirit cannot rise to the Great Sky. If I could send Gaekhen’s body to the Great Sky with honor and dignity, his father and brothers would listen to me and stay their wrat

This dry, well-kept chamber contains a narrow bed, a relatively empty shelf containing only a few books and some bones and skulls, and a long bench. A man’s torso, the chest bearing numerous tribal tattoos and with the right arm still attached, lies on this bench. The arm periodically thrashes and clutches at the air as if it were alive. Just barely out of the corner of his eye, Gaius spots another albino attempting to hide. He can see you, and you catch him just as he begins casting some sort of spell!

Morkeleb watches Sandor's reverence to the deceased without obvious emotion. After the above statement, he pauses for a moment, then replies.
This is neither the time nor the place for a lengthy philosophical discussion. I will say, though, that indiscriminately destroying all of these books is a foolish emotional response. Books are not evil--with some exceptions, of course--it is the choices one makes with the knowledge that makes the evil. If good work can come out of any these tomes, would that not serve to counterbalance some of the foulness created by Rolth's diseased mind?
.
If we utterly defeat him, then there is nothing stopping us from taking what is useful from this library, and destroying what we agree is distasteful, or dangerous. I know that you know the adage "knowledge is power," Sandor. I promise you, that adage is correct! Let's not hastily destroy knowledge because someone who read it did something we dislike.
.
I shall say no more on this now--but mayhap we can discuss further over wine, once this is over?
and the situation is very likely to change in the upcoming combat such that posting my action now would be foolish!

Odric, you can't reach the baddie to attack. Tell me what your movement for the round is.

An arc of fire leaps forth and (REF DC 13 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16) scorches the ranger a little as he dodges most of the blow. Grym takes half of 3d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 3) = 10, so 5 damage. The burning arc leaps from the ranger's back and slams into Ferox! (REF DC 11 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5) The inquisitor didn't expect the spell to bounce and takes 1d6 ⇒ 6 fire damage.

Gaius coldly evaluates the battlefield before him. And in the confusion of the melee, he moves past and behind his companions... And under the bed. (East 5 of his current position). He hides, and quietly draws his dagger, cursing the foul black-hearted wizard that ordained he must have a +1 BAB or better to draw a weapon on the move. Either I get a stab at him next turn or not.
