Havelyn is standing over spawn's unconscious body. You can attack him from where you are on the map, but with the -4. Or you can five ft up to the right of leo and avoid the -4.
I actually thought you were right behind spawn attacking through spawn. If you're over to the side, then he can only reach to smite leo and attack leo. So 34 to leo instead of any to Neji.

Yea, I'm pretty much useless at this point. I'll drop a grease under the front line of the troops with tower shields that were lining up to charge the bridge (I don't see them on the map).
