You have done that wrong.....Last level you chose the D8 this time you roll as if ya had a sorc level....meaning 1d4+2
No, last level I took the average of the d8 and d6 (maximized) so this time I was going to take the average of the d8 and d6 again. Isn't that how it works? Or am I thinking of AD&D multiclassing?
At any rate, it's still 4 hp this level (either (5+4)/2 or 4).

We really should not post in that quick succession...
Basically you can retrain one of six things each level.
1 skill (-4 ranks in one, +4 ranks in another)
1 feat (one out, another in, presuming no other prerequisites are broken and you would have had the prereqs of the new feat, when you chose the olf feat)
1 class feature (something where you had to choose one class feature over another may be switched, e.g. rogue talents, barbarian rage powers)
1 substitution class level (normal level features out, substitution level features in)
1 language
or
up to two spells/powers - the chosen powers/spells must be of the same level as the new ones.
Those things take time and money.
A feat takes 2 weeks for example and 50 gp.
Class features / substitution levels = 1 week per 2 levels of the level of the substituted feature/class and 500 gp
Spell or power: 1 day and 5gp per spell/power
Skill: 1 week per skill rank, and 25 gp per skill rank

I will allow retraining for sorcs and psion spells as that is a big weak point. I am not sure I will allow the rest however

Long over do info
The inspired in Sasserine
Inspired have a presence in Q’barra; the Riedrans came to Sasserine well before they landed on the continent. The Lord Anteki is the Inspired ambassador to Sasserine Located in the champion district.
During the occupation of the Sea Princes, the Inspired provided material and emotional support to the people of the land , and a surprising
number actually want Sasserine to become a province of Riedra reuniting with the long forgotten homeland of the city's forefathers.
As far as anyone knows Anteki and his consort are the only Inspired lords in the city. The ambassador however is known to have 20 or more Riedrain servants in his home and many more with loyalties to Riedra work among the docks and move within all levels of the city. More then a few have turned to worship of the inspired and many of the nobles have been to the shrine in the ambassadors home.
The closer the ties to Riedra they city grows, the worse they grow with adar. This is one resone ties with the Vanderborns have be come so important. Many doors have closed for the enclave and some prejudice has begin to grown in the city against them. Story's of them being trouble makers and rebels have started and more then one attack or pirate raid has been rumored to be linked to them. As time goes on the city becomes less welcome for the enclave and the people of adar.
Sweet, sounds scary, are they common knowledge, would Ardanto know they exist or is it a secret organisation?
I am now think one of the Vanborens could be one of them, or maybe I am thinking too much.

they are scary killing a host is but a small set back, they have a hole nation they see them as gods and a race breed to be hosts for them.
No that fact they have massive evil overlord plans is not well known to any but the kalashtar. Everyone else sees then as a powerful foraian nation an empire even. Nothing sinister in it's self they come off as enlighten and helpful even.

Seeker:
Am I correct in assuming that the crossbows we have got are Light Crossbows with the repeater attachment?
Do the clips hold 5 or 10 shots each?
Finn, did you take one of the rooftop assassins crossbows, I have 2 written down, but I will remove one if you have taken it.
I put it on my character sheet. If someone else wants it, let me know.

well franz I can NPC him if ya like for a few weeks to see how it plays out at work or I can write him out soon after this in a way that allow you to come back, which ever way best works for you man
I'd say, NPC him until he is back in his shop. As soon as I have time again, I will pick him back up from there.
In the meantime he can work on the masterwork-weapons for the group. ;)

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up - I will be on vacation in Florida from Dec 23rd to Jan 7th. I should still be able to post, but it will likely be reduced in frequency (I'm still hoping 1/day, though). If anything starts to get held up, feel free to DMPC me.
