Ok this will be my first game set in golarion so lets get to the basics

20 point buy
2 traits from any of the books listed below{1 being a campaign trait}
Average starting gold
Hp= Max+con mod
Books I will allow
Core, most of the PFCS,Lof player guide, equipment from the RotRL and Cotct players guides
I will also allow the following companions: Talador, cheliax,Qadria and elves of Golarion.
I will also be allowing the playtest classes as long as your ok with them maybe changing.
I may allow some other races, earning your freedom trait would suit that, but see below about getting alone
House rules:
min number of skills are 4 per level all classes have at lest 4.
Multi-classing can only be done if you spend time training before you level up. This may be done during down time but you must make tell me that you are doing so. No more then one PRC unless you have a damned good role playing motive
Also I would ask that you make a group that can work together and mesh. I really do not want a group that can't get along and falls about due to not being able to get along

Ok still a few things
1>the elven curve blade, I am gonna go with the states out of the core book not the PFCS. so it would be 80gp,1d10 damage 18-20x2 crit 7Lbs
2> also you need s feat to use the curved blade as it is an exotic weapon
3> your taints, you still need a campaign trait. While Dusk walker Agent is in the LOFPG it is a general taint not a campaign one

If there are 2 sources of info (such as the elven curved blade) the core book is assumed to be the correct one, the other is assumed out of date

also on the campaign taints the LoFPG has alot of traits in it, but only the last 6 are campaign traits the others are all general traits

Seeking Adventure: The Pathfinder Society has long

also eleven curved blade can not be used one handed
Okay, thank'e very muchly for that quick response. Will go about putting all that into the character asap.
Now, sorry to get into some sort of debate, but
A character can use a weapon one size smaller than itself one handed. So, Ayishi can use a 'small' Elven curved blade one handed, since she is using a weapon that has effectively been made as a two handed weapon for a Gnome or Half-ling.
The same thing (with similar penalties) is what is allowing the Iconic Barbarian to use a Frost Giant's Long sword as a two handed weapon. I'm doing what the game creators are doing, only in reverse to make a character who has a 'signature' type weapon.

While this is true she may use a two-handed small weapon one handed at a -2, I look at the weapon as the issue. The curved blade is a racial weapon. And while other folks do use them finding a small curved blade will be a challenge as , I see them as being very uncommon and normally made as gifts, as elves are not small, so finding one will be both hard and not cheap
Just the way I see them. Race weapons are rare outside the normal size of the race, a small curved sword is as common as a medium sized gnomish hook hammer or a large sized drawven war axe.
So I am gonna say no on the small curved blade

On the dogslicer if your class grants you Martial Weapons then yes, otherwise no
I am wanting to say yes to illiterate, however with a good backstory I can be made to change my mind. Once raised away from goblin culture for instance some taboos in time would be gone, but if raised among goblins it may be unlikely. All in your backstory really. If you plan to be a class that needs to read(a wizard) we'll find a way around that
Also keep in mind you will most likely be universally disliked on sight, not being attack or anything but ya know you are a goblin . And with that comes some inherent dislike
