Sorry for the lack of updates, my schedule has me out of the house (and away from my source books) largely from 8:30am - 11:30pm. Goes on for another couple weeks, but should be able to sneak in an update here or there in the meantime.

It's breaking immersion, but since you used an exclamation point and may feel slighted, I'll go ahead and let you know that it was an invisible person who entered before Clegg made his entrance. Can't notice invisible people several rooms away even with a Perception check of 20. If they were close by, sure, but this man was already in beforehand.
