Getting the group together...

Here is a Map of Khorvaire

Concept: Think A-team or Leverage. A group of "Bad" guys doing "Good" things... but first your team needs to get out of prison.
Standard Eberron build. Any race/class is welcome (from the PHBs).
You will be starting at 2nd level with 1000 xp.

Please decide what landed you in jail.
Particularly where you fall on the good/bad side of things:

  • You're innocent, but have been falsely imprisoned (basically any of the guys from A-Team)
  • You're generally a good guy that has fallen on a string of bad luck and here you are (kinda like a Nate Ford from Leverage)
  • You're a bad guy with a soft spot in your heart for the underdog (most of the team from Leverage)
  • You're bad, dark, EVIL. But maybe there's good in you, maybe you're trying to change, maybe you have to change b/c you've seen what awaits you if you don't... (ie, Darth Vader/Prince Arthas/maybe even Eliot Spencer, "the hitter", from Leverage).
  • You're truly evil with no redeeming qualities (this will be hard to play nicey-nice with the group... we'll have to talk about this one)

Or use some concept of your own, but just give some reason why you're in jail. What landed you there. Do you deserve to be there. Have you been in many jails...

The group of you have been in this jail for some time. Have you shared your backstory with everyone? Would you have made friends with anyone in the group? Did any of you land in jail together (you knew each other on the outside... may one of you caused the other to end up there...)

Just begin thinking about why you're here
(AND what race/class you want to play :P That's also important.)

Don't worry about equiping your character or giving yourself any starting cash. You're starting in prison. You've got nothing.
BUT! Please make a wish-list of level appropriate gear, maybe you'll find where they kept your stuff when you were brought in, or maybe you'll get lucky and find some items right away... whatever, just put together a list of items you'd like (both now and for the future).

Starting Location is still TBD, I have a few locations in mind, but want to see what kind of group developes before I pick.

There are a few first timers to DnD and 4th edition in here, so many of my posts may contain extra rules info... and we won't worry too much about little mistakes.

  • Since this is Eberron are you also allowing Dragonmarks?

Hello! Mostly just testing that I can post here. What's the story with avatar names? Should they be our character names or not?

I'm one of those with no 4e or Eberron experience. I haven't really played D&D since 1992 or so, but I've played a good bit in both the Star Wars d20 and Star Wars Saga Edition systems, as well of tons of Amber and homebrew diceless gaming systems.

Did I hear something about the Mournland being created in a war in living memory? I'm trying to figure out something that might work for a backstory. Working on the assumption that my character is basically good but may have made some bad choices...

    Sol!
Good to see you made it online.
You're going to create an ALIAS and you'll let your alias's name be your character name (the nice thing is that it then allows you to have multiple characters on your account). Click on Magik13(Etienne)'s to see his personal profile and then you can also see his aliases, Aurr and Atreos. If you click on them, you can see that they are his character sheets.

    About the Mournland:
The creation of the Mournland was like the nuclear bomb that ended WWII. It is a recent event (within the last few years), it effectively destroyed an entire kingdom (the Nation of Cyre), leaving everything within its boundries a grey waste (and strangely touching nothing outside of its borders). No one knows what caused the magical explosion, but it signaled the end of the Last War (effectively a civil war that lasted nearly 100years as each of the 5 Great Nations sought to own the continent, a land once collectively known as the Kingdom of Galifar).

Let me know if you have other questions or want more info.
Glad to help or give more backstory on the world of Eberron.

    Etienne,
Yes, you can have a dragonmark. :)
PS, if you decide to go with a mark, let me know -- I'm thinking of boosting the power a bit (the 4E marks aren't nearly as good as the 3E marks... so I'm probably going to give them a little extra).
For those that don't know about dragonmarks:
A dragonmark is a magical tattoo you're either born with or that magically forms on your skin at some point in adulthood. For some reason, 1000s of years ago these magical marking began showing up at random in the different races. Each mark was unique and gave the person some special power or affinity that allowed them to access magic more easily. The marks are hereditary (though they're more like a recessive trait). After many generations, groups of similar dragonmarks formed families of power. The Dragonmarked Houses. These Houses banded together and whiped out the existence of any non-house marked creatures, known as the War of the Mark. There are currently 12 recognized marks, one of the marks split families recently, so there are 13 Houses.
The Houses are part mafia-families and part business corporations. They're spread across all kingdoms and owe no single ruler allegiance, but that also leaves them suspect for thier own agendas. The Houses control things like making magical items (Humans of House Cannith); providing banking (Dwarves of House Kundarak); hospitality/inn services (Halflings of House Ghallandra); to bounty hunters, mercenaries, and spies... Although, most marks belong to a certain race (like humans and the House Cannith mark), it is possible to have a non-human develope that mark -- it would just be rare.

Etienne, feel free to add to my explanations of Eberron -- you're very familiar with the history too.

Hey all, just jumping in to say howdy.

I like the concept. Starting at level 2 ought to be fun.

I am thinking about a backstory concept (nothing solid just yet) and I have no idea what race/class I want to play. Does anyone have any strong feelings?

Well here is my character idea:

I would like to play a human Blackguard(Striker/Defender role). Blackguards are Paladin that have lost their way so to speak. I would of liked to of been part of the order of the Silver Flame also. My character was part of the more horrible things that order has done.

Quick Background on the Church of the Silver Flame: The Silver Flame is tied to the Nation of Thrane. Imagine a whole country livleihood that is based on religion and you will get the idea. Their tenets state that they are out to eradicate all evil. But who decide who is evil?

Anyways my character was one of the more zealous soldiers that carried out some of the darker missions. Eventually he was caught by another nation and to save face his country let them imprisoned him forgoing any knowledge of his activities.(Basically the Hitter gut from Levereage...Or Mission impossible I guess..but LESS crazy than Tom Cruise)

He was raised to be soldier and knows nothing else. He thought he was doing it for his country. Now he woudn't have much to hold on to. Revenge would not be in his motivations. He knows he did terrible things and still beleive in stopping evil in its tracks.

As for the Dragonmark I was thinking an Aberrant dragonmark. The Terror one sounds good! -1 to attack me whever I sue a daily power on an enemey for the rest of the turn.

Anywho what do you guys think?

    Male Halfling Warlock / 2

hey all, I like the concept. I'm going to have to figure out how to make a second avatar etc which I may email you about Sean if I can't get it together. I will figure out a character idea and backstory and will run it by you.

    Deedo wrote:

Discussing details with Sean in e-mail, but I'm strongly leaning towards Eladrin Bard (Leader role) at the moment.

And we start at level 2! Even though it's in bold, I missed it every time I read Sean's message.

    Female Revenant Assassin 2

I have never played an evil genious...I will have to work on my muah-ha-ha before I decide if that is the route that I want to go.

I haven't played a spellcaster in a while so I think I am going to look that way. I will also think of a secondary "stabby" type in case we need another defender.

Things at work have been crazy but I promise to sit down wth it tonight or tomorrow night and post more specifics.

Sol, good choice! The bard is pretty cool.

ATN, I love it! I have been thinking about a stronger religious aspect and I like what you are doing with it. I don't know anything about the blackguards. I can't wait to see what you can do.

    Katsuye/Annette:

Might I suggest the warlock Hexblade. They have some cool spells Including Stabby attacks. Also the pact with Devil would also explain why they would lock you up. There are diffrent pacts you can choose from. I was only paraphrasing there.

    Just a suggestion!

At the very top of any Piazo page you'll see a link: MY ACCOUNT

    Click that.
About halfway down on the left you'll see a box: MESSAGEBOARD ALIASES
The bottom link should let you Create new messageboard alias
Click that, you'll be able to enter a name and find a picture.

    THEN.
Go back to te same page: MY ACCOUNT >> MESSAGEBOARD ALIASES
And click on the new name. This will bring up your profile and allow you to enter ablity scores, powers, feats and so-on...

This might help if you're ready to name your character and get some basic stuff started.

Great character concept. Good reason for landing you in jail. A paladin that let the vices of combat sink in a little too deep... You learned to like fighting a little too much or something along those lines?
I imagine the Blackgaurd is more striker than defender (I don't remember if they have a marking ability), but they probably get to wear heavy armor and have decent hp... so you'll at least be a good damage soak. The group may still want another defender OR another leader to provide the extra healing (it sounds like we have one healer already -- Sol's Eladrin Bard)
    Great job.
Etienne, as for the mark. Go with it. I'll look for some little bonus to give you with the Aberrant Mark if you do decide to add it to your character.

    Male Human Blackguard Level 2

    Hello Gang!

I think I will be goign to use this face. Does he look mean enough???

Anywho I will upload his stuff tommorrow most likely.

SeanDM: Do we know which prison we are in??? I hope it's not Dreadhold!!

For those not in the know, Dreadhold is the "Alcatraz" of Eberron, very nasty prison

Anyways just asking because it could influence which country had me imprisoned.

    LOVE the picture!

    Alester Redwyne. Nice.
I haven't picked the actual prison location yet, because I wanted to know the characters first. I've got some ideas, but no it's not Dreadhold :) (you're not really high enough level to warrant that prison... now maybe if you screw up down the road, I'll I have to put you there, lol, but not now).

(Just changed my ID from Sol, still don't have a name for my character and "Sol" isn't available for an ID.)

So, I'm still discussing history with Sean in e-mail (since I don't know enough about the universe to work out the sort of details I'd like to have!). But there are lots of character details that probably any of you can provide useful input on.

So, I'm thinking a female Eladrin Bard. A pretty solid chaotic good type, but legitimately guilty of a serious lapse of judgment when she was quite young -- though it's a fair question why she is only now being jailed for it. :)

Hopefully I'll be able to borrow a PH2 next week, but I glanced at one in the bookstore today to look up Bard. Seems like I'll want Diplomacy and Bluff as skills, though I'm not 100% sure how to justify Bluff with what I've thought of her background so far. (Maybe her part in keeping her crime quiet for so long?) Other suggestions?

Another choice I saw was Cunning versus Valor? While by name Cunning sounds better to me, looking at what they actually do, it seemed to me Valor was a better choice?

Also, I have no freaking idea what Eladrin names should be like. Are there resources out there for that sort of thing? Or should I just raid the Celtic names / mythology books again?

    Sol,
Eladrin Bard concept: love it! I'll have some more thoughts in email for you... but I like the idea you have here.

Skills: The Bluff skill is useful. Perhaps you picked it up recently while jailed. OR Maybe you've just got an ease with lying or a believable face... so it's less of a conscious Bluff, and more something that comes naturally. Maybe you're just a compulsive liar (Annette played a bard that was a compulsive liar -- well, it was more of a poetic liar, and most often just for the details of her story -- lots of fun)

Cunning vs Valor: Valor Bards are great. The boon of temp hp whenever someone bloodies or kills an enemy is really nice! - Bloodied, is a condition that happens when you're at 1/2 hp. Cunning is okay too, the sliding movement it provides can be really useful in getting your friends out of trouble... but I'm a big fan of temporary hitpoints. As an aside, if I had to stat Elan from OOTS, he'd be Valorous (it's more melee based than Cunning).

Names: I wouldn't worry too much about a naming convention. I don't regulate PCs names, pick what sounds good to you :) Personally, I do try to keep my NPCs naming styles focused, but that's just more for my own humor and enjoyment...

If you're curious, this is what the PHB has to say about Eladrin Names:

    PHB wrote:

Male Names: Aramil, Arannis, Berrian, Dayereth, Erevan, Galinndan, Hadarai, Immeral, Mindartis, Paelias, Quarion, Riardon, Soveliss.

Female Names: Althaea, Anastrianna, Andraste, Bethrynna, Caelynna, Jelenneth, Leshanna, Meriele, Naivara, Quelenna, Sariel, Shanairra, Theirastra, Valenae .

As for Eberron naming, the Eladrin do not have their own nation. They come from the Realm of Thelanis (the Feywild/FaerieLand). Some choose to live in the wilds (where the mortal land touches/crosses Thelanis), some live in the great magical cities to be closer to the arcane, some live with their elven brothers in one of the two elven lands... So, you could have a name that reflects location rather than race. Really, that leaves it completely open for you :)

I am sorry for the lack of posting...a couple of long work days. I am looking forward to fleshing something out tonight.

    no worries :)

I know you're thinking about your character

    Male Human Blackguard Level 2

    Hello Gang!

I have uploaded my charcater sheet with all the stats and such. I didn't add any background info yet but I will doubt that eventually. If somebody needs help doing this just let me know and I can help!

SeanDM I changed the wording for the the aberrant mark of terror from daily to encounter since you said you wanted to give a power boost AND I do not have any daily powers yet. Does that work for you or did you have something else in mind? Also feel free to review my sheet!

    Alester's Dragonmark:

So I was thinking two things:
    1st
Your mark provides the following power, similar to what you altered, but with a slight limiting agent (make it an encounter power):

    Mark of Terror
    Encounter Power - Free Action
Trigger: you hit an enemy with any Encounter Power or Daily Power.
Effect: that enemy takes a -1 penalty to attack rolls against you until the end of the encounter. This is a fear effect.
    Special:
Level 6: you gain a second use of this encounter power
Level 11: the penalty is now -2
Level 16: you gain a third use of this encounter power
Level 21: the penalty is now -3
Level 26: you gain a fourth use of this encounter power
Multiple uses of this power do not stack.
this matches the Cleric's Healing Word progression and the bonus progression of several feats -- if we play this long.

    2nd
Since most marks also allow access to rituals and such, I wanted to give your mark some similar power. There aren't many rituals with the right flavor: maybe Unseen Servant and Dark Light ??
So, I was thinking of the following powers (this is IN ADDITION to the Mark of Terror power above), these are only flavor items, they wouldn't be able to be game changers in combat, it's more for a character touch, Cantrips like a wizard (or wild talent from Dark Sun):

    Cold Light
At Will Power - Minor Action - Ranged 5
Target: One object or unoccupied square
Effect: The target sheds bright light until the end of the encounter or until you use this power again. The light fills the target’s space and all squares within 4 squares of it. Putting out the light is a free action. The light always appears to be a cold blue, purple, or death-white (your choice).

    Steal Spark
At Will Power - Minor Action - Ranged 5
Target: A small fire (not being wielded by another creature).
Effect: You suck the heat from the fire putting it out. This power can also be used to chill up to 1 pound of non-living matter for up to an hour.

Anyways, any thoughts? Things you were thinking differently?
I've a few other ideas, but they won't occur till later.

I finished rolling up characters. I made a Genasi Swordmage in case we need a Defender. As a back-up, I made a Tiefling Warlock (Dark Pact) in case we need another striker. I am happy to play either. I have different character concepts for both.

I am going to build the Genasi's character page and will just switch if we need something else.

How are we generating stats, anyway? And SeanDM & Deedo, are you guys going to be around today? We're finally back from Cincinnati, and I'm hoping to borrow some rulebooks...

    Male Human Blackguard Level 2

I like the DragonMark! very nice!! As for the character sheet. I would have to generate all the defense scores without equipment and such first correct? How did you want to handle the equipment again?

    Sol,
Abilities: Point buy system (or you can use the pre-made abilitiy arrays) Commonly, many people pick on of these pre-made:
    16, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10
    16, 16, 12, 11, 11, 8
    18, 14, 11, 10, 10, 8
And then apply their racial bonuses.

    Alester,
Stats and equipment: I had Annette go ahead and have character builder choose her equipment, then she went in a tweaked it a bit, then she went in and UNEQUIPPED it all. That way she had a clear "wish list" of items and/or a list of weapons/armor that she had prior to being put in jail.
Your defense and attack stats will be quiet low. If you just want to note on your online character sheet what it is with and without, that would be nice.

Female Genasi - Cindersoul Swordmage 2

Hello! This is my alias for the Genasi Swordmage (she's a fire elemental as you can see). I have the basic page complete (minus back story and descriptive stuff). Sean is right, all of my stats right now do not reflect any gear of any kind. But I do have all of that written down so that I can switch once we start to pick things up.

Sol, it is great that you are back. Yes, we need to get together and help you and Jen finish up characters. I will email you about that.

Sean, do you want us to include the wish list on our pages or email you a list?

    Savi wrote:
Sean, do you want us to include the wish list on our pages or email you a list?

Just keep the list on your character sheet at the bottom. You can also include other items you might want to have in the levels to come... I'll keep an eye on it and fill treasure accordingly.

PS. Love the picture for your Fire Genasi. Very cool!

Some campaign notes for you. Genasi do not have their own nation in Eberron, they are a fairly rare species.
In remote places you may draw attention to yourself or be confused for a powerful magic-user. You might also be able to bluff some sort of draconic or demonic herritage with some people. Now, you don't really look like an elemental -- you can pass as a human or elf/eladrin/0.5elf in dim light, you just have certain features that betray your ancestry (you'll want to establish what those are, check out my Forgotten Realms Campaign guide for more info on the race -- your ancestor was probably an Efreet). In lore, your ancestors would come from Fernia (the Fire Realm, "The Sea of Fire"). At one of the coterminus points, your ancenstor would've crossed over and mingled; may have even stayed...
Fire creatures tend to like the deep earth regions (Ironroot Mountains, depths of Sharn, maybe even the desert plains of the Halflings and/or Valanar elves), but you are free to pick any place you want to be "home" and we can easily place you in any kingdom.

Looks like the group is coming together. We have:

    Eladrin Bard (leader)
    Genasi Swordmage (defender)
Githzeri Seeker (controller w/ a little striker in there)
Human Balckguard (striker w/ a little defender in there)

Dave, when you make up your character, feel free to pick any role. Since all the major spots are filled, you can take anything. Extra healing is always nice, but we've also seen a second tank work perfectly... and another damage dealer is always welcome.

As of now the group looks to be pretty diverse and "rare", misfits almost -- which seems to fit the theme well.

Remember to think about what landed you in jail. What would persuade you to "do good". Primary character behavior... how do you look... and if you want to give me some character hooks, I'll be sure to work them into the story. Some of you have already provided me with some baddies to show up in the future.

Once Sol and Jenn are comfortable with posting we'll get this crew on the road (probably as early as next week).

    Female Eladrin Bard 2

Sean: Figured out how to print PDFs here from the Character Builder stuff (you're still logged into my machine!) so no worries on that front.

I've been looking over my sheet. Think I misread a couple of things last night. War Song Strike looks a lot less compelling when I notice that it grants my allies who hit my target temp hit points equal to my Con modifier (ie 0). Ditto for the Virtue of Valor -- it's just giving allies 1 HP right now. Could have sworn those were Cha-based.

Anyway, I've swapped War Song Strike for Guiding Strike. Not sure what to do about Virtues; Valor and Cunning both seem pretty weak.

On the bright side, I'd completely misunderstood that both Strike powers let me attack with my longsword using my Cha modifier instead of my Str. That's sweet! I guess the only obstacle to routinely fighting on the front line is not being able to absorb much damage...

You can play around a bit with your stats, try to bump up your con a bit. If you drop your CHA down to a 17 or 16 (with +2 racial, that gets you a 19 or 18, which is still really good)..., if you drop your CHA down slightly you'll be able to bump your CON up maybe 2-4 points, which will make those powers more attractive again (Go into Character Builder, to Abilities, and click the tab point buy -- it will keep your current stats and give you little +/- boxes that allow you to tweek your stats).

If you don't like that, there was always that other Virtue (Prescience?) which gives your allies a shield to defenses.

Problem is, I'm addicted to the high CHA. :)

    Quote:

Based on WIS, which means, if you interpret the rules literally, I'd be giving my allies a penalty rather than a bonus.

Is sliding your allies 1 square more useful than I think it is?

    Female Eladrin Bard 2

And that said, I've tweaked my stats so that I have a 12 CON. Since (as far as I can tell) she doesn't need STR for attacks, and it seems appropriately in character, I traded a point of STR for a point of CON.

Though I do feel my character is more about cunning than about valor. Or maybe equal bits of each...

    Male Halfling Warlock / 2

Sliding allies 1 square isn't necessarily huge but it is usefull. You can slide an ally into a flanking or attack position and save them a movement, or you can slide them away from a bad guy so they can move away without provoking an attack of opportunity. Just thought I'd offer some food for thought =)

    Male Human Fighter 2

Sean, I have my character set to go minus a complete backstory. I'm not sure how to add the powers etc. outside of the base stats the generator asks for. I also had a couple questions regarding building and also the other game so I was wondering if I can give you a call sometime that works for you to clear everything up and get Thringorn all set to go. Just let me know.

    Dave

    DAVE!
A fighter... I was expecting you to go shaman or druid again, lol.
I like it though, it will give the group another defender that doubles as a striker. Should be a good fit.

Yeah, give me a call sometime. Anytime really. I'm not sure what my schedule is... but try whenever you're free and hopefully I'll be there, lol.

    Male Human Fighter 2

Ha! Yeah I like to switch it up and try different toons. I'll try you tomorrow and see if I can catch ya.

    Female Eladrin Bard 2

    I've now got a more-or-less complete profile up for Orla. And now I'm going to test out the dice rolling facility here: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31 and 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (4, 4) + 5 = 13.

And I'm going to try to consistently switch to OOC for bits not in character, too.

    Male Human Blackguard Level 2

I can't wait to break out of Jail with you guys!

Female Genasi - Cindersoul Swordmage 2

I have my full page up now (description; backstory)...

Do any of us know each other? I mean, aside from...hey, didn't you steal my pudding at lunch? Or didn't I try to shiv you during open time? kind of way...

I am an adult and left my homeland several years ago. I would have been in Karrnath as a sword for hire for the last couple of years.

I am also interested in magical artifacts and may have met someone in the "library of magical stuff" if there is one in this part of the world.

    Male Halfling Warlock / 2

I am a bit shy on backstory still. I don't have a 4.0 Eberron book at my disposal so I'll fill in the gaps with Sean or a bit down the road as to where he's from etc.

Thringorn has been a mercenary for as long as he's been able to wield a sword, and although he won't give up much personal information, anyone (the group) who spends much time with him and was friendly and non-judgemental would know that he was lied to in taking a job killing someone for hire in which he was led to believe was a murderer and thief. He was instead set up to kill a nephew of an upper class merchant who wed the woman the man who hired him was in love with. That was what landed him in prison. Although he is not a stranger to questionable actions (unaligned) he does have his own set of principles and would not kill anyone he deemed as an "innocent".

    Male Human Fighter 2

I am still short on backstory as I don't have a 4.0 Eberron book at my disposal so I will fill in the gaps with Sean as we go.

Thringorn will not offer up much personal information. Anyone who spends much time around him and is friendly and non-judgemental, will hear his tale. He has been a mercenary for as long as he could wield a sword. He was conned into taking a job believing he would be killing a murderer and thief, but instead killed the nephew of an upper class merchant who married the woman the man who hired him was in love with. He was essentially framed and set up to be caught and that's what landed him in prison. Although he has taken part in questionable actions, he has his own code of ethics and would not kill anyone he deemed as being "innocent."

I've been assuming Orla is a very recent addition to the prison. With her history, I fear she would have made several attempted breakouts before now if she had been in for a long time. (Though it might make sense for her to spring into action if it seems like a more recent addition to the prison makes escape more likely.)

Come to think of it, I've been assuming this is pre-trial....

On further consideration, the idea that this is post-trial or she's been in prison for a while can be pretty easily worked into Orla's backstory.

My character would of told anyone who asked why he was here: Serving Thrane and the order of the silver flame. He thought all the killings he was ordered to do were justified. After being arrested and seeing how the rest of the world perceived his actions, his worldview changed. His Fury powers everything he does. Know he just want to be let out and do some good again. He has probably be in jail the longest. He was convicted before the end of the Last war.

Unless the DM says otherwise, I am assuming that I have been here at least one year.

Thringorn, if you were a Merc in Karrnath, we may have bumped into each other in those circles outside of prison. I also believe that I am here for the wrong reasons (although mine are not so "noble" as yours). It would make sense that if a break-out occurs I would invite you to escape with us or give you the means to do so.

Orla, I like your style. You only learn through failure and I like your "try, try again" attitude. I could definitely see a little escape talk happening...especially if I think you are up for trying again.

Alester, although I might be a little at odds with the blind devotion you had (not recognizing that I have some of my own), I think that I would like your newfound cynicism? and respect the way you use your anger since that is exactly where I am.

Zvia...once I read your character sheet we can bring you in.

So, maybe Orla and I are the planners (who thinks to watch women for plotting?) and we're watching everyone who might be useful? That said, if you'd really rather have this be a "Fugitive" moment (i.e. swept up in someone else's escape) I have no problem with excluding you from the plan and letting you jump in whenever DM sees fit.

Orla is aloof, and doesn't talk about what brought her here. Rumors mention conspiracy, treason, and murder. Orla makes no protestations of innocence. But she is insistent that she needs to be out of here; there are important things to do. She will keep trying to escape until she is out... or dead.

Actually, aloof isn't quite right. Unflappable? She's not willing to descend to the level of this place. But she'd certainly be polite and friendly to other polite and friendly inmates...

Thringorn's character sheet and background is finished for anyone who is curious to check it out. Looking forward to getting this game started and seeing how this group dynamic works out!

Not to mention, with the way work is going today, I could really use something to kill...
