Rikal begins his war chant to stir the blood of his allies, and to allow them to better smash the gargoyle. He studies the monster as he does so.
Chotka heard the sounds of battle and stepped forward in a rush of steel and teeth. Despite his efforts, his attack seemed completely ineffective.
Karek grunts in annoyance and moves up to attack. "Why isn't anyone happy to see us? Or struck by our awesome manliness." Karek struck in a suitable virile manner, but only bruised his fist against metal plates and stone hide.
Spidre stretches out her hand and whispers to the air. A drift of spores blows past the gargoyle, reaching into its mind. The creature ignored her magic. At the same time, her hyena attacks with a new ferocity.
Snarling, the gargoyle lashed out at Rikal. He blocked one searching claw, but the second tore at his arm and grabbed hold, hauling it into the creature's mouth for a painful bite. Throwing his arm free, the gargoyle pierced Rikal's shoulder with a horn. The force of all the strikes left him almost on his knees. 1 hp
Roaring at the gargoyle, Groomahk swung his axe. It cut deep, but his tusks failed against the hard hide.

The gargoyle turned on Spidre's hyena and tore its throat out. The creature faded away as it wheeled on Groomahk and ripped at him with claws, teeth, and horns.

You could indeed. Let's say it's 1d4 damage from the class. It'll hurt and not be great to swallow longterm, but there's not a lot of it and he'll probably spit a fair bit out. If he has commodious distress tomorrow, would he even make the connection? :)

Most likely not, but when he finally recovers his ability to think clearly in a few days it'll be one of the standouts of a blur of poor decisions. Somehow I doubt the glass is going to be kind enough to pass in one night anyways, so he'll probably be dealing with the unpleasant aftereffects for some time.

Chotka managed to slam his axe into the gargoyle's stony chest and finally leave a mark, then ducked low and clamped his jaws onto the creature's leg hoping to knock it down. His axe bit into its hide and the creature swayed, but it proved too heavy for him to tear from its feet.
Karek growls and steps back, clearly something extra is needed to deal with this pest. Since Chotka is getting through to hurt it Karek takes out an extract bottle. "Here, drink this! It will strengthen you." He threw it into Chotka's mouth and the orc crushed the vial in his mouth. He began to grow. It'll take until Karek's action next round for him to fully enlarge.

Since Groo's first to hit the thing and I checked...
Groo's axe bit into the gargoyle's shoulder and kept going. It cleaved through the creature's throat and neck, nearly severing the head. For a moment the monster stood still, its head dangling from a thick mass of sinew as blood gushed across Groomahk's face and chest. Then it fell.
