Egrias uses his wrath ability to cast True strike as a swift action, provoking an AoO from the Goblin minion. He then draws his dagger as a Move action and attacks the Goblin minion with the dagger 1d20 - 1 + 20 ⇒ (11) - 1 + 20 = 30 for 1d4 - 1 ⇒ (1) - 1 = 0 (minimum 1) damage.
