Looks to me like you succeed. He is grappled. Since he uses a rifle and that is a two handed weapon, he can't actually attack with it.


Obi can't break the grapple unless he rolls a '20'

Once the horde of hungry ghosts vanishes, a new spirit appears.

A balding dwarf appears- curiously indistinct—he has no eyes, for example, and when he speaks, his lips barely even move. Since you have the guide to the mines, you can ascertain the location from what the ghost mentioned, but following the trail is going to be tricky in these conditions. I'll need a survival check to find the indicated path and stay on it.

I should probably note that the ledge you are looking for is 2000' up the cliff, so I don't think you have enough rope.

That makes it nice and easy. The storm is really howling now and you're quite glad you weren't crazy enough to try and climb it. You waft up to the ledge on the cliff.

There's a bunch of fog obscuring the edge of the ledge, so you stay on the carpet and fly over the ledge looking for your goal. There is some overhang on the ledge so the snow has not piled up so much towards the back of the ledge and you see a number of grave markers and a body lying exposed to the elements.

At the same time, a ghost manifests itself out of the body.
