The burlap bags yield 150 gold pieces and twice that many silver pieces. The third contains a haphazard assortment of small gems and jewelry worth a total of 200 gp.

The bow is masterwork, and the quiver contains 19 +1 arrows. The dagger radiates a weak evocation aura, but you cannot discern any actual magic properties.
If he can't find someone to rent/ borrow a book from he will buy scrolls if needed.

Unseen servant and Feather Fall are available from the reference spellbooks in the Elvish Embassy in southshore. It takes you a couple days to make full sense of them , but you safely add them to your spellbook.
A scroll of knock is likewise easy to procure from the Acadamae .
