yeah the boards really got hit hard by something. i was shocked to see them down for most of the weekend, i am only used to seeing them down for an hr or two max

Do we see Ajit? Can we tell if he's an ally or enemy?

you can't really tell he is friend or foe, but he is shooting up the enemy. so the enemy of your enemy is your friend.

You can try communicating with him.

so is the Cougar a mech? How is it shaped, i wonder, that it chooses grappling over shooting?

It's shaped like a cougar. :) It's an invid inorganic cat. :)

Duke switches to a command frequency as he circles overhead looking down on the fight.
"Big John, this is Duke. I got us a red mecha of some kind here, looks a lot like an enemy design. But it's beating the hell out of our enemies too! Maybe some civil war or political betrayal maybe. Uploading sensor images now."

Do a google search for Invid Cougar. That's how I found it.

it is currently 11pm on Thursday where I am.

I'm going to sleep now, and tomorrow I am going to work early and working straight through 36hrs or so. I may be in in the mean time, but it is not a certainty.
