I have two questions: does hardness reduce only physical damage or all damage (f.e. also fire damage). Is an animated object considered a 'creature', can I throw a tanglefoot bag at the pyramid?

Shoris and Elenial's shots both miss, bouncing of the hard sandstone of the pyramid. The pyramid charges at 1d2 ⇒ 2 Alia, trying to slam into her Somehow from 10 feet away, because it has reach... I am having trouble picturing that personally..

As for Shoris' spell, bard song would only give a +1 to the attack roll, because I believe inspire courage specifically says it adds +1 to weapon damage. Rowanna, the pyramid is indeed large. Also, once you finish casting your spell you have your entire turn to take. Alia, yes you have flanking, but it won't matter because the pyramid is going to roll away.

Shoris' acid hits the pyramid. Does elemental damage get through hardness?

Puh, good question. I'm trying to find that out since days now. I think it's the GM's decision if certain attacks damage an object, like an axe or fire damages wood or rust damages metal or something. But I was not able to find something written in the rules about that.

It takes a full round action to cast a summoning spell. Since Rowanna started casting it during the surprise round, she has to take another standard action in this round to finish it. Then she moved back 10'.

As for the next round action, I'm going to see what Alia and Shoris are doing before posting.

It definitely helps spells that use an attack roll for both to hit and damage. I'll find the reference. You can get sneak attack damage with those too.

Rowanna, I stand corrected. Shoris, I am going to rule that acid vs stone is not that effective. Sorry, but your spell had no affect. Elenial, yo uknow that it is a construct, that it has hardness and construct traits, you can clearly see that it is made of stone, and you assume it has a trample attack.

Alia's arrow strikes true, but it appears that only a tiny chip appears in the side of the pyramid. Shoris' bolt hits the pyramid, but appears to have dealt no damage. Rowanna stands ready to hex the animated pyramid. Elenial throws a bag a the pyramid.

Reflex: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Reflex: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13

Which glues the rollers to the ground, making the pyramid unable to move. It also catches fire, but this does not seem to affect it.

The pyramid attempts to get out of the goo.

Strength: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13

But is unable to do so.

I just wanted to clarify that the acid dart was my round 1 action. This crossbow shot was my round 2 action.

I don't know if the pyramid would get an AoO when it's entangled and glued to the ground, but I try to get past it.

A pair of heavy stone doors carved with images of rampant sphinxes stand at the terminus of the long causeway. The stone doors are heavy and stuck closed (hardness 8, hp 60, break DC 28), but up to two characters can work
together to open the doors, adding the results of their Strength checks together.

Getting past that pyramid construct was a little too easy. It's best not to dwell on it, I suppose.

"The builders of this particular pyramid certainly were obsessed with sphinxes." The witch muses as the others look for traps. After a moment she casts Guidance on Elenial once again in case the ranger was called on to disarm a trap.

Remembering what happened last time, however, Rowanna opts to take a few steps back from the door.

You can translate them only if you speake Ancient Osiriani, or speak modern Osiriani and make a DC 20 linguistics check.

There are no traps on the door, and after a few attempts you are able to open it.

Jus ton the other side, you see that the 10 foot square directly on the other side is a pit trap. The trigger appears to be on the top right square. You are able to move around it with no trouble. Moments later, the pyramid comes rolling through the doorway, falling into the trap.

Tall, pink granite columns, carved and painted to resemble palm trees, stand around the perimeter of this chamber, supporting the barrel vault of the ceiling. Slabs of the same pink granite line the walls. A stone sarcophagus stands alone on the limestone floor in the center of the room. Beyond, a dark doorway leads deeper into the pyramid to the west.

You also notice some concealed doors on either side of the room. Now open areas on the map
