But if you want to look, look anyway:

After taking Selaros up to her room, she leads him inside. this has been the room Sizma and Mary had been staying in and showed in its messy feel and sense of home, "Just sit right there, and your show will begin momentarily, just need to get comfortable," Sizma says as she directs Selaros to sit down. From there, she heads back behind a a curtain to change

From the bed, Selaros can see the outline of Sizma getting out of her clothes, piece by piece, simply dropping the cloth on the flower. Noticed closely, you could tell each action was deliberate in action to tease the poor half-elf.

"If Mary you are here, please, can you get the mask on, that'd help," she says cooly.

After a minute of slowly taking off her clothes, Sizma slowly steps out from behind the curtain, clad in only her bra and panties. Her skin was littered with old varasian scripts of a language few knew in intricate patterns. Yet the most noticeable thing besides the lack of clothes was that she now wore a a purple bandanna with eye holes on her face, with a black top hat.

"Watch and be amazed as you are astounded by the awesomeness and majesty of the Purple Rose," she posses, in a strange sort of 'bizarre' pose.

Night falls. You all go to sleep.

Nobody gets attacked overnight. Some may be surprised by this.

The next morning you rise, and meet back at the Rusty Dragon. Thinking back, it's been a very eventful three days. Merely three days ago, there was a goblin raid on the Swallowtail Festival, and the four of you (well, and the Desna Knight...) were instrumental in repelling the goblins and saving several people. You have since been proclaimed the "Heroes of Sandpoint", and have started getting more attention from the people in town.

Ameiko Kaijitsu, the proprietor of the Rusty Dragon Inn (and Selaros' employer) has given you some free meals, and offered free lodging if you want it, in exchange for your service to the town.

The day after the raid (two days ago), Sheriff Hemlock approached you and asked for help. Mary was perhaps surprised that he would ask her, but he's remained inscrutable. The Sheriff took you to the Sandpoint Boneyard, and in particular the vault of Ezakien Tobyn. There, you met Father Zantos, who was killed a few years ago in a fire at Sandpoint Chapel that also took his beautiful daughter Nualia. Inside the Vault, you found two disturbing things. First, you were attacked by two skeletons! Also, the body of Father Tobyn was missing.

That night, at the Rusty Dragon, there was a confrontation between Lonjiku Kaijitsu and his daughter Ameiko (the proprietor of the Rusty Dragon). A noble, he loudly proclaimed that it was embarrassing his family that his family to have his daughter continuing in this role. He declared that he was moving back to Magnimar, and she was coming with him. She disagreed. He ended up storming out, and your group provided support for your friend Ameiko.

Yesterday you went on a boar hunt with Aldon Foxglove, a man whose life you had saved during the goblin raid. He will soon be returning to his estate outside of Sandpoint, but invited you to visit him at some point. Before that, yesterday morning, your group visited the Sandpoint General Store. There, the pretty daughter of the store's owner (Ven Vinder), approached Selaros with her flirt turned up to 11. She said that there were problems with rats in the basement, but her father didn't believe her; she hoped a Hero of Sandpoint would help her. That evening, at the appointed time, he came to help, only to discover that it was all a pretense so that Shayliss might try to seduce him. He did not fall for it, and then, as her father came down the stairs to the basement, tried to frame him for assaulting her. Her father didn't believe it, and Selaros, rather shaken and angry, left back to the Rusty Dragon to commiserate with the rest of you, and (together with Calin) to ask the women of the party for advice in approaching women they were interested in.

It is now the fourth day after the goblin raid. "Hello, heroes! I hope you slept well. Got word that Sherrif Hemlock wants to talk to all of you at the town hall."

Assuming that you follow up on this request, you go to the town hall, where you see Balor Hemlock and Mayor Kendra Deverin. With them there is a tall blond elf woman, dressed like a ranger of the woods, looking like she's either recently been in combat, or has come straight here from a hard night's travel.

Picture of the Elf

Hemlock gestures you over. The Mayor speaks first. "Thank you all for what you've done in town," she says. "The 'Heroes of Sandpoint' may seem to be a bit over the top, but it's nice that we're celebrating you rather than mourning many losses from a goblin raid."

Sherrif Hemlock nodes to the blond elf woman. "This here is Shalelu. She's a ranger, and comes through town a couple of times a year to check up on us, deliver news, and lend a hand. I guess you could call her an unofficial member of the town guard."

Some of you remember seeing her in years past, although you've never talked to her. Selaros knows that she is a particular friend of Ameiko.

He turns to Shalelu, gestures at your group, and says, "This is the latest crop of goblinslayers."

Back to you, he says, "Shalelu has been a thorn in the side of the local goblin tribe for years. She tells us that Sandpoint isn't the only nearby town to have seen increased goblin activity recently. There has been an increase in golbin raids all along the Lost Coast, particularly between Nettlewood and Mosswood. Just a day ago, a farm south of Mosswood was burnt down by goblins. Shalelu was fortunately nearby. She wasn't able to save the farm, but she drove off the goblins and saved the people. I'll let her tell you more about what's going on."

Shelalu looks at all of you, and begins to speak. "Well. The 'Heroes of Sandpoint'. Hmm. It looks like Sandpoint may be needing some soon. Belor’s told me of your work against the goblins—well done. I’ve dedicated the last several years of my life to keeping them from causing too much trouble around these parts, but they’re tenacious and fecund little runts. Like weeds that bite."

"There are five major goblin tribes in the region, and, traditionally, they’re pretty good at keeping each other in line with intertribal squabbles and the like. Yet from what I’ve been able to piece together, members of all fi ve tribes were involved in the raid on Sandpoint. A fair number of the Mosswood goblins I dealt with yesterday were already pretty beat up, and there was a lot of chatter about the ‘longshanks’ who killed so many of them. Now that I’ve met you, it seems obvious from their descriptions who they were talking about. Seems like you’ve made an impression.

“In any event, the fact that the five tribes are working together disturbs me. Goblin tribes don’t get along unless they’ve got something big planned, and big plans require big bosses. I’m afraid that someone’s moved in on the goblins and organized them. And judging by these recent raids, what they’re organizing seems like bad news for all of us."

Let me know how you proceed.

"I've never heard of goblin tribes banning together like that. It's distrubing to know that some goblin cheif has the ability to make five tribes come together and much less work together. I share you fear that maybe a non-goblin has a way to rile the goblins, it has to be someone truly terrifying to make that work. Have you seen any sign of them working for someone?" Selaros asks after hearing the story.

"Yes, you are right," Shalelu says. "It is unusual. There are a number of goblin 'heros' in the area right now, who might be behind it."

Sheriff Hemlock interrupts. "I will leave you to talk about it. Myself, I'm going to head south to Magnimar to see if I can recruit some more town guards. I will be out of town for several days. If your group would make a point of having a presence about town for the next few days, that will help reassure people. And, Desna forbid, should another goblin raid happen, it will make me feel better to know that you are around and on watch."

Mayor Devrin also takes her leave.

Shalelu says, "We have much to talk about. However, I also have some few things I need to take care of. Let us meet for dinner tonight at the Rusty Dragon, and we can talk about all things goblin."

Let me know if any of you want to say anything else right now.

Also, what do you want to do during the day today? The next "scheduled" event is dinner with Shalelu at the Dragon tonight.

If he hadnt felt awkward and out of place the night before with the heavy drinking and flirting that had been going on.... he certainly felt out of place now being asked to speak with the sheriff and well the elven ranger Shalelu.

He tried not to stare at her... instead trying to recall all the teasing and harsh words of the elves when he had been back home with his mother. He also swallows at the news of the Sheriff leaving even for a short while to Magnimmar to get additional help.

I'm... I'm going to make a big show of patrolling about the town, A show of force to help ease the populace's worries. With the Sheriff leaving town for a bit it might help. Anyone want to join me?

Selaros heads backtowards the Rusty Dragon... but doesn't seem to make it.

In completely unrelated news, the Desna Knight lurks throughteh shadows, keeping an eye on the town. All seems relatively peaceful, but he can still detect that the town is a little on edge from the goblin raid a few days ago. He does observe something that makes him a little uncertain, however. He sees a woman -- he recognize her as Aemele Barett, a local, the wife of Alergast Barett and two children. He sees the woman clutching her baby girl Verah to her chest, and clinging to the back of her young son Aeren's shirt with the other hand. Both Amele and Aeren look very distraught. "The Sherrif is out of town," she's saying. "We have to find the heroes of Sandpoint!" She seems to be talking to herself.

Perception for Desna Knight DC 20:
There seems to be a bit of blood on the boy's arms.

Meanwhile, Calin and the two women make their presence known, and along the way end up, somehow, completely unexpectedly, end up at the Pixie's Kitten. As you arrive, the proprietor of the place, human woman Kaye Tesarni, emerges from the front door. "Why, hello! Belor told me he was going to be out of town trying to get some more temporary guardsfolk, and that he wanted you lot to keep an eye on the place while he was gone. How fare you all?"

Let me know how you proceed. (We have two threads going... keep track of which one you're in!)

Man the Desnan knight gets all the hero opportunities! *lawls* I need a mask and cape I guess.

He swallowed looking at the proprietor and blushed.

Well... we are well I uh... we i mean... Were walking about the town and I thought well...

He took a deep breath and tried to pull his eyes up from the ground.

I uh... Is miss Tessa working today? I hope no...err I mean I hope she is about. I uh.. wanted to give her this, We've never spoke just I've... seen her shopping about town and

His nerve seened to be faltering so he pratically threw the pretty blue ribbon into the owner of the kitten's hands and turned to hurry off.

Amele starts, surprised by the appearance of the Desna Knight. At first, it looks like she's going to turn and run; she pulls her son closer to her.

"Oh... it's you. I was going to look for you, and the others who fought off that goblin raid."

"My son, Aeren," she says tearfully, "has been complaining of monsters in the closet since the raid. He saw a goblin do a terrible thing, set a cat on fire, and he hasn't been able to sleep. My husband and I, we thought it was the trauma, but..."

After a pause to wipe her face, she says, "His howls of terror at night would send his dog Petal into a barking fit. Last night, my husband checked the closet in an attempt to calm Aeren, and wasn't surprised not to find anything. This morning, shortly before dawn, we heard Petal cry out in pain, and Aeren's screams turned shrill. My husband went into the room, and there really was a goblin. It was..."

She shudders. "It was standing on Aeren's chest, trying to chew his arm off!"

She holds her boy's arm and turns it, and the Desna Knight can see fresh bite marks all over it. "The goblin had killed poor Petal, jammed a knife into the poor dog's ear. Alergast chased the goblin back into the closet. He went into a rage, and started tearing the closet apart looking for the goblin. I grabbed my children and ran out, but discovered that the Sheriff has just left town, so I came looking for you and...."

She pauses, sobbing with both fear and despair.

"Don't worry Mrs, I'll take care of this pest problem." The Knight runs into the house with his glaive at the ready going after the sound of the closet being teared apart.

"Sir. Will you allow me to dispatch of your goblin problem?" he says stepping closer to the closet to look for a hidey hole the goblin uses.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20 Hope this is enough to find it.

Did I find the goblin?:

Upon discovering the goblins hiding hole he imediately attacks it, before it has time to climb out of the closet again.
Init: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Damage: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Is it ok I put it all together? I thought it would be good to quickly dispatch the goblin.
