I will be running the anniversary edition of the classic adventure path starting on Thursday, October 11th at 6:30 CDT. I'm looking for five people. If you wish to take part, please PM me or post here with answers to the questions below.

I will be setting up a forum to communicate with folks before the first session. I strongly encourage to communicate with one another as well, set up relationships and so forth, get into character. There will be bonus XP for excellent roleplaying during and between sessions.

Characters will be 15 point buy, no evil characters.

REQUIRED MATERIALS

A webcam, a computer capable of running Google+ hangouts with Roll20, and at the minimum a copy of the Pathfinder core book. It's available online.

QUESTIONNAIRE

1. What experience do you have with Pathfinder?

2. On a scale of 1 to 10, how committed are you to showing up every week, with 1 being "Meh, if I make it I make it," and 10 being "My wife's in labor, I've just been shot, and the Sri Lankan militia are holding us hostage -- let's play!"

3. Lawful or Chaotic?

4. Rules-heavy or rules-light?

5. Do you enjoy and take an active part in roleplaying?

6. You (the player, not the character) see an old woman on the street. She asks you for directions. What do you do?

7. Do you have any problem working with a relatively inexperienced (with PF), DM?

Just to let you know, Thursday is the 11th. Wednesday is the 10th.

So it is. Thank you for catching that.

Hey Vannevar. I can't commit, but I just have to say I dig your style. Love your questions, I hope to get a chance to do a PbP or something with you in the future.

Thank you. :-)

Is the webcam absolutely required? I am interested and am in the central time zone. I am taking a new job that starts next Monday and that should give me Thursday nights free. It is just the webcam I do not have.

I can let it slide if you don't have a webcam, although I'd like it if you pick one up eventually.

I start my new job on Monday. Let me see what my schedule will be and I will get back to you soon. No guarantees though.

I now know my schedule and would be able to make it for the Thursday night game if you would like to meet up with me sometime online. What voice chat program do you use? I have ventrilo, teamspeak, and skype available.

Evenings are available to me as of now and I can play till about 11 if all goes well. I am in central time as well so timing shouldn't be an issue.

1. I would say about 5 to 6. If I don't know something I have the materials & other resources to look it up.

2. 10 if the game is engaging and fun. I am looking to join a group for the long term.

3. Chaotic.

4. Rules light.

5. You bet I enjoy it. I also love to take part in it as well.

6. I would help her. (Case in point, I had a guy ask me for directions last Saturday when I had just arrived at the shop to have my oil changed.)

7. I do not have any issues with this.

I sent you a PM with this info as well.

1:Playing since it came out, been running games for the last few years. I'm currently running five PBPs and playing in several more as well as running an IRL game.

2:Considering it's gonna be 5:30 AM on Wednesday for me I'll have to think about it more before I commit for certain, but if I choose to commit I'd be a 7 or 8. If I was going to miss a game, I would provide advanced notice.

3:Chaotic

4:Rules as written

5:Yes, more so in PBP format because I have time to think about it. But if the entire group stays in character I enjoy roleplaying 'face-to-face' as well. Level of roleplay is usually a group wide phenomenon in my experience.

6:I would answer her question to the best of my ability, then politely excuse myself and move on with my day. If she required more assistance I would probably provide it, if I didn't have preexisting commitments to return to.

7:No, as long as you're willing to learn the rules as you go and admit mistakes. Only problem would be breaking normal rules and then claiming it's a house-rule afterwards instead of being like "Oh, I didn't know that. Sorry."
-----------------------------

I've really been wanting to try Roll20, I've already got an account. Never done Google hangout, but I have access to it, and have a webcam.

As far as what character I would play, a human fey bloodline tattooed sorceror. Focused on enchantments and conjurations.

Probably a Sczarni playboy/con artist.
