"Cavern?" Blamo's ears perk up. "To cavern! For vengeaaaance!"

One wonders if he even remembers the mission they're supposed to be doing.

Nevertheless, the goblin stands proudly at his proclamation. He continues posing as he has no idea where the cavern is.

Whoop. I'm out of Rations now. Now is time for eating of things that perhaps should not be eaten!

is it evil of me to say that i was kind of counting on Blamo to run out of food?

Male Catfolk Warrior Ninja 1 AC 16/13/13; HP 16/16; 0 non-lethal; Save F2/R5/W0; Init +5; Per +4, Low-light Vision

Prescient, yes. Evil, well maybe.

"Let's go cavern-hunting, then."

Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Drewan is set to search and has to stop to cough up a hairball

Blamo pokes and prods the hairball

...Blamo is hungry...

Male Gripplis Adept/1 Priest/1 AC(12/12/11) HP 15/15 Fort +1, Ref +1, Will +7

wow, that goblin must eat ALOT. How did you lose all your rations? I only ask as I still have eight days of rations and more bread making stuff. (Did 2 weeks of material mean enough to cook it every day or what?)

Unnamed

i figured every other day since bread lasts. so lets say you have used 1 of 7 in the kit.

Male Goblin Alchemist Expert 1 / Trickster 1 | HP 6/17 | AC 18/13/16, Fort +3, Ref +6, Will +1 | Init +3, Darkvision 60 ft.; Perception -2

Blamo only brought along enough for a few days, the rest is in storage. Also goblin. Alots are delicious, he can't help himself.

Blamo contemplates eating the hairball. (!)

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 91d20 - 2 ⇒ (17) - 2 = 15

Blamo walks along while munching on the hairball and it is not too long before he drops it staring.

Tunnel! He cries joyfully pointing into the dark thicket.

Male Goblin Alchemist Expert 1 / Trickster 1 | HP 6/17 | AC 18/13/16, Fort +3, Ref +6, Will +1 | Init +3, Darkvision 60 ft.; Perception -2

Blamo jumps into the dark thicket with no forethought whatsoever.

Drewan quickly follows calling Sarge wait

Spes trundles along behind.

Male Goblin Alchemist Expert 1 / Trickster 1 | HP 6/17 | AC 18/13/16, Fort +3, Ref +6, Will +1 | Init +3, Darkvision 60 ft.; Perception -2

Blamo knows not who this Sarge person is! He continues onward, undeterred.

Unnamed

Drewan is out of town, Spes is sporadic and Mini is at a week long conference. Blamo how do you feel about putting this on hold until next week? If you want to keep moving I will make sure you get a post a day, but since it is me botting two characters it seems silly. Thoughts?

Male Goblin Alchemist Expert 1 / Trickster 1 | HP 6/17 | AC 18/13/16, Fort +3, Ref +6, Will +1 | Init +3, Darkvision 60 ft.; Perception -2

I'm fine with putting it on hold. It's no bother since I seem to have accrued a workload that last year threw at me.

Blamo Drewan and Spes charge into the darkness. The tunnel wends and winds for hours. Of the beetleman they find no trace. It takes days, even weeks to convince Blamo that the Beetleman must be dead already.

Once that is finally done they return to their search for the goblin and orc. On the way back out of tunnels they discover a hidden passage inside chained to the wall is the, now dead, orc. Apparently the Beetleman had been keeping it prisoner, but now it has died to lack of water and food.

The heroes return and head back into the hills where they come to a highly detailed and complex system of tunnels. Inside our heroes are faced with hundreds of simple traps and goblins everywhere. On multiple occasions Blamo almost succumbs to bolts to the face and fire to the rear. But each time Spes manages to keep him stable. Drewan sneaks ahead and learns that the complex is ruled by the goblin who has developed unimaginable powers.

The battle is long and viscious and ends only when Spes blasts a support structure with fire and tumbles the ceiling down onto the goblin. Our heroes drag the unconscience Drewan out of the rubble heal him...after Blamo licks him, and they make their way back tot he camp. Victorious.

Prepared to be rewarded our heroes march in proudly only to find the camp abandoned.

If we ever pick it up again, this is where we will start again.
