This +2 warhammer is forged from blue steel and is engraved with Abyssal runes that read "There are no screams for those who die the frozen death."
A compartment fitted into the head of the warhammer can hold a single alchemical weapon (acid flask, alchemist fire, bottled lightning, or liquid ice), dealing 1d6pts elemental damage upon a successful hit. The alchemical weapon disappears after 24hrs. The stored alchemical weapon can be switched or refilled as a full-round action.
Once per day as a ranged touch attack, the wielder can slam the weapon against the ground to release a crackling bolt of ice that shoots across the ground toward a single target up to 100ft away. On a successful hit, ice immediately freezes around the target, trapping it within a 9in-thick solid block of pale blue ice. The ice blocks line of effect to the entrapped victim, who is helpless (but can still breathe) and takes 9pt cold damage per round until freed. The ice has hardness 0 and 27hp. A creature can break the ice as a full-round action with a DC 24 Strength check.

Emberchill info: Emberchill is a +1 frost sickle whose cruel blade is crafted entirely of magical ice. The weapon itself is immune to fire damage. It is believed that one of Irrisen’s past queens originally forged Emberchill, and over the succeeding centuries, tradition has kept the weapon in the hands of the White Witches, such as its current wielder, Nazhena Vasilliovna. A spellcaster can store a single spell of any level with the cold descriptor and a casting time of one standard action in Emberchill. The wielder can use the stored spell to counterspell any spell with the fire descriptor, provided that the stored cold spell is 1 or more levels higher than the target fire spell (unless the cold spell specifically counters the fire spell). The wielder must still ready an action and succeed at a Spellcraft check to identify the spell to counterspell it. Once stored in the weapon, the cold spell cannot be used for any other purpose, but the wielder can harmlessly discharge the stored spell as a swift action to make room for another spell. Abilities that grant the cold descriptor to spells, such as the frozen caress hex of the winter witch archetype, make those spells suitable for storing within Emberchill.

Eye of the Void:The eye of the void normally appears to be a small black glass or crystal ball 3 to 4 inches in diameter. However, when commanded to open, the eye reveals itself as the terrifying, multi-pupilled eye of some abomination from the dark spaces between the stars. Once per day, the bearer may hold the eye and speak one of two command words to open the eye. The first word creates a gaze effect in a 30-foot cone. The second word creates a gaze effect in a 15-foot sphere. Each creature subject to the gaze must make a DC 16 Will save; success means the creature is shaken for 1 minute, failure means it becomes frightened for 1 minute and takes 1d6 points of Wisdom damage. This is a mind-affecting fear effect.

Globe of Blizzards: Tiny white crystals hang suspended in a clear fluid inside this fist-sized glass ball, which contains a miniature scene of leafless trees in a snow-covered landscape. Shaking the globe (a move action) activates it, and causes the crystals inside to fly wildly about the globe, taking on the appearance of a mad snowstorm for 1d6 minutes until they settle back down. Shattering an activated globe (hardness 1, hp 2) creates raging blizzard conditions in a 2-mile-radius circle centered on the location where the globe was shattered. In this area, temperatures drop to below freezing, winds blow at over 50 miles per hour, and heavy snow falls (see pages 438–439 of the Core Rulebook). It takes 10 minutes for the blizzard to form, and the conditions last for 1 hour before dissipating, at which point normal weather conditions in the area return. Once shattered, a globe of blizzards is destroyed.

Now would be a good time to mention that Hobbes was originally wearing that ring, but it somehow got onto Neverhome's finger during the clothing swap scene. He hasn't noticed yet - although now might be a fun time. I also believe I remember that Neverhome thinks it's an evil ring. ;-)

Weapon enchantments can be purchased as usual. :-) From a flavor standpoint, they'll manifest as either embedded gemstones or carved runes.

So, there is a solid chance that Percy will use this rod of wonder until she gets shrunk two size categories every day. If that's the case and she becomes a consistently Diminitive creature, she may need to start riding someone just to keep up with walking pace. :)
