"Yulai, get there and get ready to heal Bran!"
He points to the area south of the boulder and NW of #1.
If Bran pummels the guy, lets go of the grapple, and takes a 5' step, both Yulai and Zelligar can heal him.
On the other hand, if Yulai moves directly to heal Bran he'll be boxed in with no way for Zelligar to get to him.

Yulai reaches out with a tendril of energy, and latches onto the brawler to reinvigorate him, and pulls more energy into herself, closing her own wounds.

Standard action to Life Link Bran. He gets 5hp now, and 5hp at the start of every Yulai's turns until she turns it off. Then she Lay on Hand's herself for:

Confronted with a pair of would-be mageslayers, the bugbear steps down onto the roof, whips out a potion and drinks it down, giving Tal'ariel a chance to slash at him.

Iris' stab finds only air. Yulai's arrow is dead on, but as usual, the sorcerer's barriers turn it aside.

No need to roll concealment, that's just because Iris specifically is blinded.

The bugbear takes off from the roof, flying up to hover over the middle of the courtyard, some 40ft. into the air. He calls up yet another ball of flame, hurling it into the melee below. For a moment, the entire courtyard is lit on fire. Even with the shields, one of the two hobgoblins hit is badly singed, though he remains standing. Isawa takes the worst of it, and collapses against the rock. The mage is at the very least unconscious.

Coming out of the flames, blood pumping, the brawler hears the sound of a sword clattering and decides its time to take it up again.

If they still are he will instead go for the one who just quaffed a potion in attempt to finish him off with a shot from the cestus.

Yeah, neither #3 nor #4 are armed, although both of them have their shields.

One of the hobgoblins scrambles to pick up a sword from the ground, while the other one draws a wicked-looking dagger. Bran takes the opportunity to drive his new sword into a gap in the armor at the hobgoblin's shoulder. With Zelligar on the ground, the other two have room to close in with Bran and Tal'ariel.

On the one hand, Tal'ariel felt like she should just run away. The tide of battle had turned against them, and she was unlikely to survive. They all were. But she couldn't face the shame of being a coward, of abandoning her allies in their time of need to these wretched monsters, even if they had only just met. Instead, she steps forward, attempting a thrust through the first enemy and into the one behind it.
